Shenzhen COCO Park Phase 2, located in Futian District behind the immensely popular COCO Park main mall, has gone through remarkable changes over the years. Before its current form, the site was home to Junshang Department Store, a high‑end retail brand under Tianhong Group, also known as Rainbow Group.
First built in 2004, Junshang Department Store (previously named Dreams On Department Store) operated as an upscale shopping destination for nearly 14 years, offering premium goods and daily services to local residents. In 2018, Star River Group took over the property and began large‑scale renovation and repositioning.
After two years of reconstruction, the venue officially reopened as COCO Park Phase 2 in May 2020. Transformed into a trendy lifestyle complex, it now features a supermarket, clothing stores, arcade hall, cafes, pop‑up stores, etc., fitting perfectly with modern Chinese minimalist and family‑friendly consumption trends.
