00:29multiple drivers reported seeing Spears swerving in and out of lanes,

00:39One caller told dispatchers they were loosely trailing the black BMW
00:43while another claimed the vehicle almost hit three or four cars on the road.
00:47Police later reported detecting a strong spell of alcohol
00:50and said Spears appeared to have red, watery eyes and rapid, slurred speech during the stop.
