00:00When you first arrived, this season almost felt like there was even more pressure
00:04because of those second-place finishes three seasons in a row.
00:08What was the most difficult moment this campaign for you?
00:17I think the start was tough because I think when you build the club,
00:24the team into a zone where the only thing that is left is to win it.
00:30And then the margin is so small, especially with our competitors,
00:33is to see can the team handle that kind of pressure from the beginning?
00:36Because we remember the conversation, the press conference in September and October.
00:41If you guys don't win, the league is over.
00:43And it's still eight or nine months to play.
00:45So to play with that back constantly is not easy.
00:49And that's been probably one of the toughest moments.
00:51That's why when I said to him, we won the league, but I'm the most proud is that how we've
00:57won it.
00:58Because we've shown, I think, very important values, not only in sport, but in life as well,
01:04which is perseverance, which is, you know, to be resilient,
01:08to be composed in moments when people are doubting, to be vulnerable.
01:13Because I've asked that question to myself,
01:16am I good enough to lead this team, this club, these players, to win a major trophy?
01:23Until you don't do it, you cannot validate yourself.
01:27And I thought about many ways.
01:29What is the best way to do it?
01:30We have to bring people from outside and speakers to inspire them.
01:35And then you have to find your own way.
01:37But the big lesson here is, it's stay humble, stay curious and focus on the point and what you want
01:46to achieve.
01:47And if you give your very best, you give yourself a good chance.
01:51And we're giving ourselves a very good chance for three years.
01:55And this season we've done it.
