00:00For the second three years in a row, when you are lying on a sunbed somewhere next week,

00:06hopefully with your phone off and spending some quality time to be present with your children,

00:10when you get back, how much clarity do you have in your mind about what you need to do next season?

00:19What's that kind of risk look like?

00:21So I can imagine the moment that you just described, so probably what I would do when I'm dead,

00:26I pick up the phone, I call you and I tell you exactly how I feel because now exactly is not the best moment to do it

00:35and I don't feel in a way to do it. I have quite a clear picture, but I need a few more things to then have a real clarity

00:44and analysis and describe the season with the right words because I know that that's going to be very, very important.

00:51But the picture you have in your mind of what next season looks like, assuming with the trophy in your hands,

00:58that alignment, the players, where you go with this squad is very clear in your mind.

01:04What's the most important thing about getting that right next season?

01:08Alignment.

01:10With the people that are, you know...

01:11Everybody at the end. We all feel the same way, that we feel that we are capable.

01:15It's not just a dream or it's not just something you want to do it.

01:18It's that we have everything that is needed to do that.

01:21And even if you do, there is a lot of things that are going to play a part to win.

01:25A lot of things. Performance is going to be the squad quality.

01:28Availability is going to be referees, the schedule, who do you play, when, in what kind of form they are,

01:35how many days do you have to recover.

01:37And then the randomness of football.

01:40That one I cannot control.

01:41I cannot control what can happen in that dressing room to somebody in his personal life

01:45that can affect his performance, or something happens, or our competitors do something like,

01:51in the history of this league, you have seen it sometime, boom, they do that,

01:54and then there's a lot of randomness there.

01:57So things that we can control, I guarantee we'll do our very best.
