One Turkic Vision: OTS leaders unite for a smarter, connected future

01:16the presidents highlighted areas where the Turkic countries should implement joint projects.
01:42Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev turned his attention towards satellite monitoring of climate risks.
01:48For these and other purposes, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Kazakhstan are jointly creating a CubeSat satellite,
01:55which is set to launch in 2027.
01:57Every country is contributing its own technology.

02:06This is a scientific satellite, which shows the possibility of creation of a broader satellite constellation.
02:14A special emphasis was placed on the logistics potential of the Turkic world.
02:19Specifically, the integration of digital logistics platforms
02:23and mutual recognition of electronic customs documents.
02:26In this respect, all member countries have already adopted the new e-permit system.
02:45The topic of connectivity advanced further when President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev noted the upcoming launch of the Trans-Caspian
02:57fiber-optic cable line stretching to Kazakhstan.
03:00This will help to attract big tech companies as well as hyperscalers to locate their AI computing power resources in
03:11our countries.
03:12And in Kazakhstan, we have realized several large supercomputer projects, which became the largest ones within the region.
03:20Heads of states also noted that Zangezur and China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan corridors will in the future integrate with the larger
03:27middle corridor.
03:33The digital approach has also reached the cultural sphere.
03:37As part of the summit, the presidents officially laid the foundation capsule of the Center of Turkic Civilization,
03:43which will be built in the Kazakh city of Turkestan.
03:45The establishment of center-carrier strategy is important for the systematic study, preservation,
03:53and the broad international promotion of the rich historic, cultural, and the spiritual heritage of the Turkic peoples.
04:01In the cyberspace, historic and cultural data will be collected and preserved on a Turkic heritage platform,
04:07which the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation was tasked with creating.
