In this quick and easy Microsoft Excel tutorial, you will learn exactly how to add text, data labels, and percentages to a pie chart. If you have a chart—like the monthly sales breakdown shown in the video—adding clear text labels directly onto the slices makes your data much easier to read at a glance!

We break down two simple methods: how to use the quick-access Chart Elements button to toggle data labels on, and how to format those labels to show category names or percentage breakdowns. We also cover how to insert a custom, free-floating text box for notes or disclaimers that stays locked to your chart. Perfect for beginners looking to improve their data visualization skills in Excel! #ExcelTutorial #ExcelTips #DataVisualization #MicrosoftExcel #OfficeSkills #mrdevotor
