00:00Iran is still capable of fighting the United States for a prolonged period between one
00:04and three months. But there are many factors working against Tehran.
00:09First is the economic factor. Iran's economy has been greatly reduced. Current income from
00:15oil sales and other industries has fallen by just over 435 million US dollars per day.
00:21Inflation in the Iranian market has reached nearly 200 percent. Iran is losing the cash
00:27reserves it had saved to pay the salaries of its army and national security officials.
00:32Second is the population. The vast majority of Iran's more than 90 million people over 80 percent
00:38are waiting for the Islamic Republic to fall. They will not support a regime they consider
00:43cruel and oppressive. The only Iranians who still support the regime are the children of Islamic
00:48Republic officials and the children of Revolutionary Guard generals. These family stents
00:53of thousands of people still support their parents' regime. They go out to demonstrate
00:58to show their ability to resist any rebellion forces within the country. But observers and
01:03analysts see that these supporters are vastly outnumbered. If the Iranian people erupt,
01:09the uprising will be large and powerful land. It will happen immediately.
