01:43rationing that limited drivers to 20 liters per vehicle. Long queues formed at the few stations
01:49still operating, and some drivers were forced to abandon their cars. The crisis has devastated
01:54Crimea's peak summer tourist season, a key economic driver. Approximately 80 percent of June bookings have
02:01been canceled, with roughly half of reservations for July and August also abandoned.
