00:09We've got three different phases. So we're having a brand new conferencing and hospitality floor refurbished.
00:16So the Kingsmill suite, known as it was, is no longer. It's all been completely ripped out.
00:19We're going to create a brand new match day experience for fans and lovers of hospitality on a Saturday watching
00:25football.
00:26It's going to be phenomenal. And then we're going to have a state of the art conferencing facility built.
00:32We all know in Highlands there's not enough conferencing facilities.
00:35So this is kind of almost going to be like a brand new conferencing facility available for Highland businesses and
00:40groups and associations.
00:42State of the art equipment. The views, stunning views across the Murray Firth.
00:45Obviously easy access from the A9, bundles of parking, banqueting functions available if that's what people want as well.
00:54Well, I think, you know, the feel good factor just continues.
00:57Obviously last season we had record numbers in from hospitality.
01:00When I first started with the club, there wasn't any hospitality.
01:03Finished a season with 146 people in hospitality.
01:07And then the feel good factor, 5,000 fans in here. Incredible.
01:11No one really thought we'd get back to that number. So it's great that we did.
01:15Hopefully those fans come back and revisit next season in the championship.
01:19So all in all, this goes on top of obviously what the club did last year in terms of refurbishment
01:24inside the main stand.
01:25New carpets inside and out building or inside the building.
01:29We're having a brand new Macron shop built.
01:31We're having a brand new Cali Jags coffee shop built and a supporters bar.
01:35So there's very exciting times ahead.
01:36If you look at where the main conferencing facilities are at the moment compared to what you've got here.
01:41I think, you know, anybody that comes into this football club or in a boardroom of hospitality
01:46always leaves saying what stunning the best place I've been to in the Highlands in terms of what we can
01:51offer here.
01:52And I just think, you know, I think it'll be really, really busy next season.
01:56I think Alan Savage said when he came into this football club that he wanted to turn a club around
02:00off the pitch and on the pitch.
02:02And he's done exactly what he said.
02:04It's been a huge project already.
02:06As I mentioned already, last season was huge in terms of investment we put into the football club.
02:10And now I'll see the new phases of the three phases I've just mentioned, the coffee shop, the conference facility
02:15and the new shop.
02:18I think that proves what we're doing here.
02:20And then next season or not even next season, possibly during the season, there'll be some more renovation works happening
02:25as well.
02:25Start the North Coast 500.
02:28The list goes on what we're trying to do here.
