00:00Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and especially you guys, you young soccer
00:04players here today. Thank you for joining us. It's wonderful to be
00:09with you here in Dallas for such a meaningful community celebration. Like
00:14she just said, my name is Keith Webb. I am the Senior Manager for Field
00:18Operations for Genesis Motor America in the South Central Region. Today is an
00:23exciting milestone for Genesis, US Soccer Foundation, and MLSPA. Moments like this
00:31when we can come together to celebrate opportunity, teamwork, and community are
00:38exactly what we are here to do. At Genesis, we are driven to create world-class
00:46vehicles that embody athletic elegance and deliver performance beyond
00:52expectation. But our commitment to excellence does not stop on the road. It
00:58extends into our communities where our customers, employees, and families live and
01:04grow. That's why Genesis Gives, our corporate social responsibility
01:10initiative, is so important to us. Through Genesis Gives, we proudly partner with
01:16organizations like US Soccer Foundation to expand the access to youth sports and
01:22STEM education across the country.
01:27I have seen the first-hand the impact of sports on a young person's life. I grew up
01:34both playing and coaching football. And I also have for you guys, so you know I have a
01:40son that's going to be playing college football this fall. I know this, the lessons you learn on the
01:46field stay with you after the final whistle. Sport teaches discipline, confidence,
01:54accountability, and how to rely on one another and uplift your teammates. Team
02:01sports like soccer help shape character. They teach resilience when things don't go
02:07your way. Leadership when others are counting on you. And belief in yourself when the
02:14challenge feels big. Those lessons matter just as much as what happens in the
02:19classroom. Genesis invests in initiatives like this because we believe every child
02:26deserves access to a safe, high-quality space to play, grow, and dream, regardless of your
02:35background, your zip code, or whatever neighborhood you may live. This new mini
02:40pitch at William and Anderson Elementary School represents opportunity. It
02:46represents possibility. And most importantly, it represents our shared beliefs that the
02:53potential of young people who will step on this field. And we're so very proud to be a part of
02:59it.
