00:00I just want to know, when you first read the article, you all in the Mon group had to be
00:06like, OMG.
00:08I mean, this is wild.
00:09It's wild to have anybody talk about your life.
00:12And I know Hillary has sort of mentioned this, too.
00:14It's like we both have grown up in this business and had people dissect who we are and the choices
00:20we make and all of that.
00:21But this was something altogether different and decidedly, like, way more upsetting.
00:26You know what I mean?
00:27Because it just, like, cuts to the core of I think the most important thing in my life is being
00:33a kind person and, like, that legacy of kindness.
00:36And anyone even insinuating that that might not be the case and with the company that I choose to keep
00:42is, like, is very upsetting.
00:44So I'd say that was the biggest takeaway was sort of the shock of, like, wow, I'm someone who is
00:50really scared by confrontation.
00:52But also when it's important, like, I am a huge proponent in, like, having a conversation if my feelings are
00:58hurt or there's something I need to get off my chest.
01:01Yeah, working about communicating.
01:01Absolutely.
01:02Face to face.
01:03Face to face.
01:03You know, it's not always, like, the most comfortable of situations.
01:06But so I think that's where I sort of differed and feeling like I wouldn't have handled the situation this
01:12way.
01:13I think the biggest takeaway from that whole ridiculous debacle of, like, wow, so it's a real slow news day
01:19is that I have I feel like it just sort of perpetuates the silly trope that women can't be supportive
01:27of one another and that we're inherently petty and that we're inherently out to, like, one up each other.
01:33And I have not felt that one iota since becoming a parent.
01:36I've actually been so surprised by, like, the meaningful relationships I've found with other moms and other parents just in
01:43general.
01:43Yeah.
01:44That's, like, that has always been my takeaway.
01:47Yes.
01:47And you need that.
01:48You need community.
01:49You need to find that support in, like, wherever you can get it.
01:53We need to be able to, like, talk about all of that.
01:56Yeah.
