00:00In more news just coming in, this is the first look we now have of India's bullet train.
00:06These visuals released by the railway ministry display the image of the upcoming bullet train.
00:12India's first bullet train is officially now scheduled to launch on the 15th of August 27, remember?
00:19And we are told that it is designed for maximum operating speed of around 320 km per hour,
00:26and average speed of around 250 km an hour.
00:30These pictures now have emerged.
00:32The railway ministry has introduced the first glimpse, the first look of what that bullet train will really be like.
00:41Now, the flagship one will go from Mumbai to Ahmedabad Corridor.
00:47It will also use Japan's shrink-and-send technology,
00:52reducing travel time between the two cities from seven hours to just two.
00:59Remember, this is still about more than a year away.
01:0315th of August 27 is what we are told, is when this will be ready.
01:08But at the moment, it looks like the ministry has the first official glance for all of us to really
01:16have ready.
01:17And that's been the release.
01:19Piyush Mishra on the phone line with us.
01:21Sir Piyush, the deadline here, the official launch is still scheduled for 15th of August 27.
01:29Well, that's right, sir.
01:31Before that, we are now getting these pictures coming in from debate number four of Railway Bawand.
01:37What we are now told is that this is a picture of a country's first proposed with a plane that
01:42has been displayed at the Ministry of India at Railway Bawand.
01:45At the debate number four, remember that we work for this entire project is going on for parts of space.
01:52If you talk about this entire project, this is going to be completed by 16th August 2027.
02:00It is a 508 km long project between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
02:05The plane will run at the speed of 20 km per hour.
02:08I'm going to reduce the travel time from around seven to eight hours to two hours and something yet, really.
02:14What we are also given to understand is that, recently, the three-degree turn cut-ahead lowered for Mumbai and
02:22Ahmedabad.
02:22The production project was also achieved with the lowering of the first cut-ahead of a single boring machine at
02:30Dukloli in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
02:32And the work for this entire project is going on for this past phase.
02:37But yes, the first picture has now surfaced and these pictures are being displayed at the table four of Railway
02:43Bawand and the Ministry of Railway Bawand.
02:45And this is certainly telling us to how the government is very much committed as far as the military project
02:50is concerned.
02:51Can you help us understand these pictures? What more are you reading into them that we are not at this
02:57point?
02:58And how similar or different are they from the ones that we have seen in Japan?
03:03Well, these are different, not different, but based on the Japan technology.
03:08And remember that, I know you have already been signed between India and Japan on this.
03:12And once fully completed, it will come to several times to under three hours.
03:18Remember that the project was started a few months back and since then we have seen a lot of achievements
03:24achieved by the Ministry of Railway as far as completing this project is concerned.
03:29But this picture, somebody is telling us as to how the kind of commitment which was made by the Narendra
03:34movie is now going to be fulfilled very true.
03:37And this is the first to propose picture of a bullet train which has been displayed.
03:41We have different colors. We can clearly also see the pattern color on the top of the bullet train.
03:48which also has two eyes. We can also point out eyes that have been made of a bullet train which
03:54is signifying us how it is somewhere like a bird.
03:59We have seen in China and also in Japan where they call bullet trains world and which here is the
04:04air and travel fast and that is what is also going to look like India's first bullet train.
04:11Alright, Piyush, thanks so much for bringing us up to speed with the first glimpse of India's very first bullet
04:17train there on your screen.
