These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
My other international group associates and I always share video and photographic files wherever we go or whatever we do. On the surface, we really are doing what we are seen to be doing at whatever locations. Beneath the surface, there is information file sharing exchanges going.
The crowded, noisy, public spaces are great for handing off digital file storage devices to each other, along with other online sharing methods. It is not tactically smart to only use one way for dissemination of any information.
Busy, crowded, noisy places offer a lot of distractions to divert attention, so that most people do not see or notice the handshake that slips USB drives, SD cards, micro SD cards between contacts. The social interactions offer many opportunities to pass along information to several people if necessary. Even if the physical information trading is bungle by accident, like the digital storage being dropped into some drinks, and ruined by the liquid, there is still the other online digital sharing of the same information.
The various groups and their other allies only ask that the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators be shared by multi vector dissemination across multiple social medias. The global internet has 100000s of different web sites and portals for sharing. Are the various perps going to personally check every one of the 100000s of web site storage?
