00:04I'm at the Old Canberra Inn in Lynham where I've spoken with the owner Ben
00:08about the low noise levels in the ACT which have meant he's had a lot of noise
00:13complaints from neighbours. Behind me you can see one of the beer gardens and
00:18behind the beer garden is a massive suite of apartments. For some of these
00:23residents the noise from the pub can get too loud. It means the pub can't hold
00:28large events because it always goes over the noise limit and they're restricted
00:32to using the front beer garden but guests will also be affected by noise from the
00:36road.
