Japan festival offers rare glimpse of tattoo art in public

Crowds gather to attend Tokyo's annual Sanja Matsuri festival, one of the few times in Japan where "irezumi" or traditional tattoos are openly displayed, in a country where they still remain controversial due to their historic connection with the criminal underworld.
