00:00Music is in your top three qualities for a man.
00:02Heavily, heavily. It's music, music, music, music, music.
00:04So who's your favourite musician?
00:06Man, I love Diljeet.
00:09I said it. I love Diljeet.
00:11How do you think this personality type of yours fits into acting?
00:14And how's working with Bobby Deo?
00:16I think for this discussion, we'll sit down.
00:21Tell me what goes on in vanity vans.
00:23This madam has asked me the best question.
00:26I have worked with a couple of male actors
00:28who would take more time to get ready to run out.
00:30I think they do a lot of push-ups in the van.
00:33I think they do a lot of pull-ups in the van.
00:35And coming to all the big names,
00:36do they also follow the protocol?
00:38I can speak in positive manner about Bobby because he does.
00:41And with you, yes, we've had a little bit of hard luck.
00:43Like Bollywood is spoken about because it's always a media sensation.
00:46People don't want to know about just a regular person's life.
00:49Hi, Tritha. I'm in Bombay for you, finally.
00:53Welcome to Bombay.
00:53So we are at your home, we are lounging by the pool
00:56and we're dressed in very contrasting attires.
00:59I know, I just finished my morning run and here I am.
01:01This is my usual day.
01:03Yeah, and we're lounging by the pool right now,
01:04but I would love to know what surprises you have for us today.
01:08Yeah, particularly you, right?
01:09Yes, yes, yes.
01:10It looks like you're going to take my case today.
01:12You've come dressed for it.
01:13I'm going to be lounging by the pool
01:14and I will take you through a lounge to another pool area.
01:17Let's go do it.
01:31So coming to your on-screen relationship journey, you know,
01:34when did you decide to start?
01:35Oh, that was actually a very interesting part
01:37where I've travelled with a group of my friends,
01:39which is all girls trip to Ladakh.
01:41And they were like,
01:42Tritha, there's a certain way you host us
01:45that makes the travel experience very different.
01:47Yeah.
01:47So, because you have an eye for details, you like.
01:50Oh, very, very, very detailed.
01:52And you know what? She does all of her birthdays to the finest detail.
01:56Like, every birthday has a theme.
01:58It's Gossip Girl, it's a scavenger hunt.
02:01It is.
02:01So everyone is actually waiting what your next birthday will look like.
02:05I think I know what it's going to be.
02:07I'm going to get Tritha to do all my birthdays for me also from now on.
02:11Done, done.
02:11What are you like? Type A, I would say.
02:14Type A?
02:15Type A is like alpha.
02:16You want to do everything before that.
02:18I mean, I am an alpha to some extent.
02:20And how do you think this personality type of yours fits into acting?
02:23Like, when you're on the set?
02:25On set, the only alpha is the director.
02:27And how's working with Bobby Dior?
02:29I think for this discussion, you need to sit down.
02:31But I liked your reaction when you said, oof, no?
02:33We can talk about how or whether.
02:34I think I need to sit down to answer this.
02:36Tell me what goes on in vanity vans, especially male actors' vanity vans.
02:42Madam has asked me the best question.
02:45You know, the best thing that happens is allotment of vanity vans, okay?
02:48So, I think there's a little bit of partiality there.
02:50Sometimes it's happened on couple of sets that they were a little impartial to the female cast.
02:54And they actually gave us only the front half of the van.
02:58While the male actor actually got like the whole of the van.
03:01How much vanity do male actors need?
03:04Don't women need a bigger space to get ready?
03:06I'm loving this bougie punch.
03:08Exactly.
03:08It's not about just that.
03:10Like, I think I have worked with a couple of male actors who take more time to get ready than
03:16us.
03:16So, what do they do with like the hair?
03:18I think they do a lot of push-ups in the van.
03:20I think they do a lot of pull-ups in the van.
03:22I think they end up probably just feeling that they need to be buffed out to probably
03:27buff for a character they don't need to be buffed for.
03:29And how is the ego clash like?
03:31Like when you're a new actor, are you supposed to listen to everything that everybody on set tells you to
03:36do?
03:37No.
03:37I particularly feel on set, there's something called the discipline and there's a hierarchy.
03:42That cannot change.
03:43Like you can have fun with, you know, the people on set and everything.
03:47But there's a protocol that we all have to follow.
03:49So, we have to listen to the director.
03:51We have to listen to his team executing it for us.
03:54So, no matter how big an actor you are, it's always respectful to listen to that unit.
03:59And coming to all the big names.
04:00Yeah.
04:00You've worked with some, I'm not taking any names.
04:03But do they also follow the protocol?
04:04I can speak in positive manner about Bobby because he does.
04:07He did.
04:08I was very impressed that he actually showed up on set a couple of times before time,
04:13you know, to be honest.
04:14Bobby, I'm pretty sure would be doing his push-ups.
04:16He's so buff.
04:19I'm not giving you information.
04:21But on a serious note, and with you, yes, we've had a little bit of hard luck.
04:25Where I wish they kind of didn't delay the shoot so much, you know.
04:29Coming to, you know, Bobby was also in Bads of Bollywood series.
04:33Gave a glimpse into what life in the industry looks like.
04:36How much of it do you think is true?
04:38What do you think about the affairs and all the dating rumours that go around?
04:42I can't comment on the actual last which I could have, but no.
04:46The point isā¦
04:47But do you think everybody's dating everybody or is it as, you knowā¦
04:51It's a very human thing.
04:51As debaucherous as they say it is.
04:54I wouldn't call it a debauchery.
04:55I would call it a very human instinct.
04:57Where it's normal to be a little audacious, a little flirtatious and be a little yourself.
05:03Because often society conforms us and tells us, don't do this, don't do that.
05:08And that's when you want to do more.
05:09Bollywood is spoken about because it's always a media sensation.
05:12Like, sorry, but people don't want to know about just a regular person's life.
05:16Okay, but do you think actors genuinely fall in love on sets?
05:19Yeah, of course. You do have an inkling towards because if you're in proximity, it's not the
05:24physical proximity. You build a relationship. You're away from family. You're away from the
05:28comforts of your home and everything. So that becomes your comfort zone.
05:32But I know that's not the answer you were looking for.
05:34So are you dating an actor or would you be dating an actor ever?
05:38My track record has never been about dating actors and I don't think I've changed that.
05:42So are you dating anyone as of the moment?
05:45I'm exploring. Yes, I'm exploring for sure.
05:48I could just say that if I can manifest a man, you know, it kind of looks like adventurous.
05:56It kind of looks like he needs to have music as a priority and he can have the freedom to
06:01travel
06:01with me. So that's the kind of job he should be doing.
06:03Are you into music?
06:05Music is in your top three qualities for a man.
06:07Heavily, heavily. It's music, music, music, music, music.
06:09It's unbelievable. He's going to sing to you in the morning, night.
06:12Yeah, why not?
06:13Not sing. He probably should write me poems or probably create music for me.
06:20So who's your favourite musician?
06:21That could give us some leads.
06:24Ouch, that's a nice one.
06:26I love Diljeet. I said it. I love Diljeet.
06:30Like I think there's something about his presence, his aura and the way he just comes across as the
06:35guy you want to get to know.
06:36Yeah, and Diljeet is also notorious for naming his crushes in interviews.
06:40Right?
06:41Yeah, just like you.
06:43So come to your social media, which is also a big part of the acting journey now.
06:49When you put up content on social media, how do you respond to hate comments that might occasionally
06:54pop up? What is your strategy, you know, for your social media?
06:57There's a button called restrict. First it starts with the mind, then actual action. Because the point is,
07:02for me, it's not a bait. If my social media you see, it's not me just showcasing a dance video,
07:09all respect to who do it. But like my point is, that's not my strength. And I'm not trying to
07:13honey trap men by just showcasing, okay, this is what my Instagram is like any other girls.
07:18So, you've been Wally, you know, we just met your dad walking around.
07:22Yes.
07:23Yeah. So, you know, I think Wally is known to have more liberal family setups. So, you
07:28think your family played a very important role in you being a part of the sympathy?
07:33Right. They have never said no to most things that I've done. I've not said all the things,
07:38most things that I've done. And I think their support has been not interfering with my decisions.
07:44If a parent constantly is in your mind and you're telling you, I think you should do this. I think
07:48you're not good enough. I think you can't do this. I think you should explore more. You'll never be
07:53able to do that. The last person I need to judge, be judged by my family, you've been extremely,
07:58extremely bhalo in that sense.
08:01Yes. So, today was a very fun day, Siddhar. You know, I love lounging by the pool, then play legit
08:06pool
08:06with you. You're very competitive. And now that you're curating experiences, we love to be a part of the next
08:12Yes. Let's make it happen. Yeah. And of course, you love for Jiljit and Chuck.
08:16I'm Shreya. This is Boon Lee. And this is Tridha. Thank you for watching more of everything.
