00:00Three Premier League players are making a late charge for Thomas Tuchel's England World Cup
00:04squad. Can they come from nowhere and nab a seat on the plane? Let's run through them.
00:09The first and by far the strongest is Morgan Gibbs-White. He is comfortably the most in-form
00:14English attacking midfielder in the world right now. 12 goal contributions in his last 16 games
00:19have helped push Forrest to safety and onto the brink of a European trophy. With Rodgers,
00:24Palmer and Foden all struggling for form, will one of their spots on the plane be available for
00:28him to take? Or will Tuchel opt for proven quality at the highest level instead?
00:33Second, Myles Lewis-Skelly. Tuchel is a fan of the Hale-End graduate. He scored the first goal of
00:37Tuchel's reign and it's fair to assume that had he played more football this season, he would be a
00:42shoe-in for the final squad. But consistent benchings from Arteta means Lewis-Skelly is on
00:47the periphery. However, his performance in midfield versus Fulham was outstanding and versatility counts
00:52for a lot at international level. If he makes that midfield spot his own during a successful
00:56Arsenal run-in, he will likely go to the US this summer. And lastly, a wildcard, James Hill. James
01:02Hill does not get the love he deserves. He sits in the top 5% of Premier League centre-backs
01:07for
01:07defensive contributions, aerial duels won, duels won, interceptions and even chances created. He
01:12has been a mainstay in a Bournemouth side currently 15 games unbeaten and is somehow getting absolutely
01:18no credit for it. An international call-up is inevitable at some point, but will it be this
01:24summer for the biggest tournament of his life?
