00:00What made me light up? I did career day. So I spoke one of my best friends from high school
00:04is a school counselor. Shout out to Taggart Elementary in South Philly. And I got to do
00:08career day for third graders and for eighth graders. And it was so funny because the third
00:12graders were very vocal and they wanted to talk about Bad Bunny and they wanted to talk about
00:18Michael Jackson because a couple of them had like gone to see the movie. They wanted to talk about
00:22K-pop demon hunters. And it was it was hilarious. It's a very diverse school. So a lot of them
00:27were
00:27like not necessarily country. But they had really great questions. The eighth graders were like too
00:34cool for school. Like they didn't want to be bothered with. I hate that. And so they wrote
00:38thank you notes. And my best friend like text me the thank you notes today. And they were so sweet.
00:43They're like, we love that DJ lady. She was really nice. And when she gets Bad Bunny's phone number,
00:49she's going to come back. Right. It was really cute. Were they receptive to radio? Do they know
00:54what radio is? Yeah, I was really surprised. It was interesting. The third graders said like,
00:58yeah, they listen with their parents. The eighth graders said they don't really listen.
01:01Now, the eighth graders also were like super quiet and like didn't want to say anything. So I don't
01:07know if they to the point I was like, hey, you guys, the third graders are like outdoing you on
01:12the questions like stop being lame. Yeah. But I think it's just that age. And I think it's interesting
01:17as they get older, they get worried that they're going to say something dumb and then people are going to
01:20make fun of them after school, like on social media and stuff. I think that that's a big thing.
01:25Because it's interesting when I was in high school, I was so bold and said whatever I wanted. Like I
01:30never thought about somebody like posting on TikTok. You know what I mean? And I think that it was
01:34really interesting. But the third graders were very cute. And both class listened. But I like the
01:41thank you notes. And like the one was like, she really did talk a lot. And it's like, yeah, I
01:46did.
