00:18if the spurs are playing like they should then there's simply no chance that the timberwolves
00:23would have to win this game tonight but i don't know i question that i think at the very least

00:30yeah and i think the odds makers are looking at this saying you know the we've seen what the
00:34spurs can do defensively and we probably just don't trust what the minnesota timberwolves can do
00:38offensively and that will kind of carry us through but when you look at the splits between home and
00:42away the spurs are a better defensive team when they're playing at home most people are right like
00:47you're you're comfortable sleeping in your own bed etc etc plus we have to remember one of those games
00:52is kind of a bit skewed because victor wamanyama took himself out of that contest so the timberwolves
00:57are able to score a little bit more he's going to be playing in this game and he's going to

01:01the last time he was on this floor he made one of the biggest mistakes in his career and taking
01:05himself out of that game with the elbow that he threw uh so i expect victor wamanyama to come in
01:11with some intensity some you know some some kind of uh that killer instinct that he does have and and
01:16one of the reasons why he is one of the better players in the nba today not later on like
01:21i'm talking
01:21right now but on the other side there's a killer on that side too and his name is anthony edwards

01:26he hasn't gone down without a fight you know in many of his playoff series so i expect anthony edwards
01:32to the knees bothering him but he's going to feed off this energy off this crowd in minnesota
01:39minnesota knows that this could potentially be the last time they see their home team play
01:43i actually think that minnesota timberwolves i'm going to take them to cover because that's a big number
01:46i think they'll be able to keep it close and i actually do believe that they're going to actually
01:51push through and force a game seven back in san antonio whether or not they win the series i i

01:57san antonio will be too tough at home in a game seven but i i can count on them for

02:01i do believe in anthony edwards he's probably the most underrated star crack in all of american sports
02:07right now like anthony edwards is that good he should be a bigger star than he is even within the

02:32here oklahoma city as big as a favorite as you're ever gonna see maybe even going back to
02:37uh the warriors days dominating the west or the lakers days or even the miami heat like this is
02:42just a huge western conference uh favorite here at minus 290 but let's move on to something else that

02:56can actually get them if they go 4-0 in the western conference finals at plus 500 meaning they sweep

03:18either of those teams can win a game we saw the spurs have a lot of success against okc during

03:25regular season but okc has taken this to another level since the playoffs began what do you think
03:32they have and and i think the spurs are the one team that okc will genuinely look and say we
03:37probably should treat them with a little bit of fear uh and and i do believe that the you know
03:42spurs would make that a longer series you know okc has been able to kind of get by in the
03:46first two
03:46rounds by playing lesser teams they have had the confidence of like hey we won a championship we
03:50know we're better than you guys we're gonna step on the floor and prove it and i've been impressed
03:54by the way that they're going out and sweeping these teams like they're not allowing a you know a
03:58gentleman sweep they're just getting them out of there in four games the problem right now for okc
04:03isn't anything on the other side of the court it's internally it's jalen williams going to be healthy
04:08he's been able to kind of rest the first two series and miss some games here and there he cannot

04:12that against the san antonio spurs because it's a spurs team that's going to be coming in there with
04:16some confidence a spurs team that has some history with this okc team saying hey we beat you a couple
04:21times in the regular season when you were trying to win games so you know don't give us like it's

04:25regular season we weren't trying no no we were trying to win those games if you're okc and we
04:29still lost against the san antonio spurs so there's some confidence there for the spurs and i think
04:34victor waminyama is just an ultimate equalizer like he is just a different player that we've never
04:38ever seen so you know that's one guy that could take over a series so the thunder i i would

04:44they're not going to sweep the the the uh the spurs by any means and they definitely wouldn't sweep
04:49the the timberwolves i think the timberwolves are going to get a game
