Carrington, Manchester, UK
Transcript
00:00Michael, you've spent the last four months now working with this group.
00:03I mean, whatever happens with your future,
00:05what do you think this team can achieve over the next couple of years?
00:08What should they be aiming for?
00:10Well, you've always got to aim upwards, for sure.
00:16That's just the beauty of football and the beauty of competition, you know,
00:19to achieve something, to then back it up, to then improve on things.
00:22I think that's always the challenge.
00:24And for the players, for the squad, for the whole group, for the football club,
00:31you know, we want to keep moving in a positive way and in the right direction.
00:35And the closer you get to the top, obviously, the less room for progress.
00:43But progress is certainly what needs to be aimed for.
