27:55That brown-orange-ish color right there is indicative of it
27:58having actual fentanyl inside of it.
28:01And that's how a lot of people are overdosing is the one time
28:03that they buy heroin with a little bit of fentanyl in it,
28:07they take the same amount of heroin that they usually do to get high.
28:10And next thing you know, they're dying almost immediately
