00:02this is my 31st year yeah it is it's wonderful you I found that I've learned
00:12more and more over the years and I've come into more and more contact with
00:16people who teach so much who have found out so much and it's it's been a
00:23wonderful experience and I know that in the coming years I'm just going to keep
00:25learning more and more and the beauty is that we can then share that information
00:30with people through our media partners at events like this and it just means a
00:35lot to be able to spread the word about what the scientists have been doing with
00:38all the money well if you mean my skin care then it must be Estelle Lord of course
00:48because I have also been with them for 31 years um I think really being working
00:53for a beauty company for so long means that you do learn a lot along the way
00:57about looking after your skin and of course applying makeup but I think also
01:02working so closely with people so involved in the health business in the
01:09cancer prevention business means that I've also learned a lot about self-care
01:13and taking care of myself listening to them eating as well as I can avoiding
01:20things they say we should be avoiding I think um I think it's been a combination
01:52of having a really good influence around me
02:02well he does look a lot like me but he grew into that funnily enough it was around puberty
02:06he started to look like me and the Irish side of our family before that he'd been
02:10very blonde and didn't look much like me at all yeah
