00:36the first deposit methods are just buying crypto on here you can either directly use your credit card
00:42or your bank transfer or a third party like alchemist pay or whatever you prefer these are
00:50pretty forward and very easy the confusion comes at least on the desktop application
00:56when you want to deposit crypto so let's head to the wallet deposit and you can see here on the
01:02top
01:02i'm currently i want to try to deposit usd tether and you think you see here it's only on the
01:09tron
01:09and for whatever reason we made it very unnoticeable that you can down here change the network so
01:16currently the default value is tron but for example i normally use the binance chain so i would need
01:23to go here select binance chain and this is true for almost everything else especially for bitcoin you
01:30need to pay attention you can also transfer bitcoin from the binance chain so it's a wrap bitcoin of
01:35course or buy bitcoin so if you're really using a normal bitcoin transaction like you can see me doing
01:42in the past on here you all you see all your transactions and you need be sure to select the
01:48correct network and then you just copy the address put it in whatever wallet you are receiving from or
01:55wherever your crypto is coming from and then depending on the network it can take a couple of minutes or
02:01a lot longer bitcoin for example takes most of the time 30 minutes and more but this is nothing

02:13coin on the bottom you select the network and make sure it's the correct network you want to try to
