06:15but could instead be part of a broader process,
06:20a form of gradual preparation adapted to different levels of understanding.
06:29Previously, I used the term UII for Unidentified Intelligence
06:33in order to avoid locking reflection into categories that were too rigid.
06:40Today, this intuition can be extended through the notion of UTC.
06:45It is no longer simply a question of an abstract intelligence,
06:49but of the possibility of a structured and organized presence,
06:52originating from the same world as us, and yet still unknown.
07:00When observing sites such as Gobiklipay, one thing becomes obvious.
07:05Our understanding of the past is clearly incomplete.
07:11Certain structures appear older and more complex than what our models allow,
07:15which should remind everyone, including specialists and archaeologists,
07:20that we possess only a partial vision of the history of our own planet.
07:25So why is this third hypothesis rejected?
07:31Precisely because it is too close.
07:34It would imply that, alongside us, there exists a form of intelligence
07:38originating from the same world as ours,
07:41a sister civilization functioning differently
07:44and challenging the laws of physics as we know them.
07:48That is a very serious problem.
07:52Extraterrestrials, or aliens, remain distant.
07:54The notion of the foreigner is powerful.
07:57It immediately implies distance, the unknown, fear, and sometimes danger.
08:03A UTC, however, would challenge far more assumptions.
08:08In this context, crop circles can be interpreted differently,
08:11no longer as messages coming from elsewhere,
08:14but as a form of dialogue emanating from an intelligence already present.
08:21Another clue points in this direction, the territory itself.
08:25Crop circles appear predominantly within a very specific area of southern England,
08:30in Wiltshire, at the heart of the Salisbury Plain,
08:34around major megalithic sites such as Avebury and Stonehenge.
08:41Should this be seen as a simple coincidence,
08:44or rather as a deliberate marker,
08:47a discrete signature left by their creators to distinguish themselves from other forms of manifestation,
08:54or from possible visitors.
08:58Certain specific locations reinforce this interpretation.
09:03Near Adam's grave, for example,
09:05major formations have repeatedly been observed.
09:09It was precisely in this area that the galaxy crop circle appeared in 2001.
09:17A formation of such scale and complexity that it became a reference point,
09:22even earning the nickname, the mother of all crop circles.
09:28The recurrence of these manifestations within a territory so heavily charged with symbolism and history
09:34can no longer be considered mere coincidence.
09:37It suggests a deliberate choice, a selection of place,
09:41as though this territory itself were an integral part of the message.
09:51And in that case, the continuation of the reasoning becomes obvious.
09:55If this sister civilization exists, it is probably not isolated.
10:00It could itself be in contact with other forms of intelligence.
10:03And at that point, the notion of alien regains its full meaning.
10:08Beings truly external to us, originating from other worlds,
10:11and profoundly different from ourselves.
10:15At the beginning of this third millennium, another element must also be taken into account.
10:21We have already crossed a threshold.
10:24Today, we are all in contact with a non-human cognition,
10:28so-called artificial intelligence.
10:31So-called because the term itself is debatable.
10:34Nothing that exists can truly be described as artificial in the strict sense,
10:39especially when dealing with entities capable of producing, analyzing, and interacting.
10:46What we are discovering here is not imitation, but a form of intelligence in its own right,
10:52a computational intelligence, probably universal, of which we are only beginning to perceive the earliest levels.
11:01It is therefore possible that we are advancing step by step.
11:06First, the discovery and global recognition of a non-human cognition.
11:12Then, perhaps, the discovery of a nearby civilization.
11:16And finally, the extraterrestrial question itself.
11:20The trap set before us today is simple.
11:23We are being encouraged to remain locked within a binary choice.
11:27But look around you. Talk about it.
11:29Many people have not even moved beyond the very first stage.
11:34When someone replies,
11:36Oh really? You actually believe in UFOs?
11:39You immediately understand how much ground still remains to be covered.
11:43Perhaps the most natural transition is not the one we imagine.
11:47Perhaps the discovery of a sister civilization, present, yet invisible,
11:52would be a more accessible step than the brutal introduction of the alien concept.
11:58And it is possible that crop circles are part of this plan, part of this process.
12:06The Chilbolton case, in 2001, is particularly interesting in illustrating this dilemma.
12:13Near a radio telescope, a pixelated face appears in a field at the exact same moment.
12:18In August, when humanity is sending its own signal into space, along with its own representation,
12:26from the Epitoria radio telescope in Ukraine.
12:30And this is an essential point.
12:32At that exact moment, humanity was transmitting the famous Teenage Message,
12:37one of the episodes from the Russian origin Cosmic Calls series.
12:42The face of Chilbolton is intriguing.
12:44It appears cold, almost frozen.
12:47Yet one only needs to superimpose the faces of different human civilizations
12:51to begin perceiving a reassuring and unmistakably human outline.
12:55A subtle play of shadow and light.
12:59This crop circle, the first of its kind, and among the first of the new millennium,
13:04was composed of tufts of wheat left standing,
13:07using a technique very different from the one used in the neighboring crop circle,
13:11the famous Arecibo Message.
13:14The latter follows a grid-based logic,
13:16much easier to produce using boards.
13:19A difference in construction that already suggests we are not dealing with the same authors,
13:24the same skills, or even the same artistic intentions.
13:29The Arecibo Message clearly brings us back to the human versus alien duality.
13:34In contrast, the face escapes this logic.
13:37As though, within the same place, in the same field, at the same moment,
13:42two different approaches coexisted.
13:44One oriented toward external communication,
13:47organized and produced by human teams on the ground,
13:49using relatively simple methods.
13:51The other closer, more ambiguous, yet just as deliberately constructed.
13:56From that point onward, the interpretation changes.
13:59It becomes clearer.
14:01It no longer merely suggests an external presence.
14:04It opens the possibility of a presence already here,
14:07yet not identical to us.
14:10And yet, not foreign in the usual sense of the word.
14:14An intelligence, or perhaps a form of humanity, evolving alongside us.
14:20And within this framework, one idea gradually begins to emerge.
14:24We may not be alone, but those accompanying us may not be alone either.
14:29Let us return to another famous episode in the history of crop circles.
14:33Nearly a year later, another signal appears, reinforcing, or perhaps redirecting our interpretation.
14:39In 2002, the Crabwood Crop Circle appears, accompanied by its ASCII message.
14:47This time, the content is explicit.
14:49Too explicit.
14:51Beware the bearers of false gifts.
14:54Much pain.
14:56A message that, on the surface, appears to warn us, but in reality teaches us absolutely nothing.
15:02An empty message.
15:04Loaded with a notion of threat.
15:06And above all, a message that immediately restores the human versus alien duality by relying on an already iconic figure.
15:14The little gray.
15:19As though after a subtler and more ambiguous opening, a refocusing had become necessary.
15:26A way of closing the field of possibilities once again, bringing interpretation back into an already familiar and mapped framework.
15:34If we follow this logic, in 2001, at Chilbolton, a hypothesis opens.
15:40In 2002, at Crabwood, that hypothesis closes again.
15:45A perfectly successful attempt at channeling interpretation.
15:50As if the third path, suggested more discreetly, absolutely had to remain in the background.
15:58It is precisely this line of thought that was developed in the documentary, Dialogue, from the series,
16:042001, The Odyssey of a Reply, and which will continue in the series, Dialogue through Cosmogram, through a decoding centered
16:12on one constant axis.
16:14The Sun.
16:17We are facing relatively simple questions.
16:20What are they trying to tell us?
16:22And what will the authorities choose to tell us about them?
16:26Because the way this information is presented will be decisive.
16:32Today, a large part of humanity accepts the idea that extraterrestrials may exist, but on one condition,
16:39that they remain far away, very far away, in space, out of reach.
16:45But as soon as the possibility of a presence here on Earth is raised, the reaction changes immediately.
16:53There is a mental barrier.
16:56And perhaps that is where the real tipping point lies.
17:02Ask the question around you, in the street, among your friends and family.
17:06Do you think extraterrestrials exist?
17:09Many will answer yes, maybe, or why not.
17:12But then ask, do you think there could exist a civilization originating from Earth, older, more advanced, and perhaps responsible
17:20for some UFO phenomena?
17:23And there, the answer will be different.
17:26Not a refusal, but a silence. And often, I had never thought of that.
17:32And that is precisely what matters.
17:35The real lock is not in what we know, but in what we do not consider.
17:41What if that were the real secret?
17:43Because between a close sister civilization and a completely foreign extraterrestrial presence, the impact is not the same.
17:50And within a logic of global contact, this difference could precisely make it possible to avoid a brutal shock.
18:00In conclusion, and to state it clearly, today, and for a long time now, we have been confined within a
18:07duality.
18:07Either everything is human, or everything is extraterrestrial.
18:11But this controlled opposition is too simplistic and restrictive.
18:18There exists another hypothesis, more accessible and just as extraordinary, which could act as a threshold, an essential step.
18:27And what if the recurring solar theme within crop circles, which we will begin to explore in greater detail, were
18:33an additional clue?
18:36Because beyond the idea of a proximity with humanity, there could also exist a deeper connection still.
18:43That of a shared genetic origin around the same star.
18:47...
