00:00Why didn't Venom talk to Spider-Man?
00:05In Spider-Man 3, when the symbiote bonds with Peter Parker, it doesn't speak directly to him.
00:09Unlike what happens in the Venom movies, where the symbiote is constantly talking with Eddie
00:13and even with other people around. But there is an explanation for this coming from the comics,
00:17guys. Venom himself told Eddie that he preferred to remain silent with Peter because he saw himself
00:22as a servant. He wanted to be loyal, helping Peter enhance his powers and offering a powerful suit
00:26without interfering too much. But after Peter rejected the symbiote, Venom realized that this
00:30servant role no longer made sense. From then on, he decided to act actively with his next hosts,
00:35becoming a constant voice full of personality. And there's more. Since the symbiotes are connected
00:40by a collective mind, the others learned from Venom's experience and started to interact
00:43directly with their hosts as well. In other words, guys, Venom only stayed quiet with Peter
00:47because he wanted to be useful, but once he realized he had been rejected, he never stayed silent again.
