Amazon is expanding Amazon Now to offer deliveries in 30 minutes or less across more U.S. cities, using micro-fulfillment centers and Flex drivers.

00:08across dozens of U.S. cities as it accelerates its push into quick commerce, according to CNBC.
00:15The e-commerce giant began piloting Amazon Now in select U.S. cities in December and has also
00:21launched deliveries in 15 minutes or less in parts of Brazil, Mexico, India, and the United Arab
00:28Emirates. Amazon Now is expanding to cities including Austin, Denver, Minneapolis, and
00:34Phoenix, and plans to bring the service to tens of millions of customers by the end of
00:38the year. Amazon said the service uses micro-fulfillment centers located closer to customers and relies
00:44on flex drivers using personal vehicles. CEO Andy Jassy said faster delivery investments
00:49drive higher conversion rates and repeat visits to Amazon's site.
