00:00Hey Tribe, we're here with Francisco, one of the leaders of this opportunity that I'm here in Las Vegas for
00:05called Boulder Tensor, an opportunity that is just beginning to get out into the markets.
00:10He's done something incredible that I heard yesterday before I even met him.
00:14And when he said he's Francisco, I was like, oh, they're talking about you, which is within three weeks of
00:19starting, he's already reached a very high rank platinum.
00:22And already pushing past that with the momentum, he's built hundreds of thousands of dollars in volume just within his
00:30first three weeks.
00:31So I wanted to give you his perspective about this opportunity, about the industry, about what it took and what
00:36he did to get to this level of success.
00:38Of course, there's a lot behind the scenes that leads to results like that.
00:42So Francisco, a little bit about yourself and your journey in this space.
00:46Well, guys, I started in the crypto space back in 2016 because I couldn't hold myself anymore of neglecting myself
00:54on the belief of Bitcoin and all the crypto.
00:57I heard about Bitcoin when it was just starting, when the white paper come out and everything was just starting.
01:03And because I am in the traditional financial sector with insurance and all that stuff, I was not believing that
01:08something out of the blue digity can reach the potential of what Bitcoin is right now.
01:14That was my thinking.
01:16So I have friends of mine that they were like in computer science, they were engineers, software engineers, and they
01:22were playing poker one day and online.
01:25And what they were using was Bitcoin.
01:26Oh, yeah.
01:27And Bitcoin at that time was not even since.
01:30So they told me, hey, you should invest this.
01:32This is going to be huge.
01:34I'll say no, because it's not backed by gold.
01:36It's not backed by the finances.
01:37Reasonable things.
01:38Reasonable things that I was just thinking, you know.
01:41So I say no that time.
01:42And I kept saying no.
01:44And I kept not putting attention until 2016.
01:47I said, nah, I do start to get to a hundred and some dollars.
01:50I say, I got it.
01:51I got to dab into it.
01:53And dabbing into it, I dab into what it is trading as well myself.
01:57And do what technically it is a little bit of spot trading.
02:00You buy, sell, sell, buy.
02:02You know, simple, simple way or form of trading myself.
02:04So for me, then I start dabbing into platforms and stuff and start surfing about all the stuff that happens
02:12out there.
02:13You know, the famous rock pools, the famous bad actors that start doing businesses.
02:16And then, oh, man, again.
02:19So I took a break after 2023.
02:21Back in 2023, a big, big fallout from company after company after company falling out of me.
02:28And I said, I went back to market products, you know, do my network marketing career, physical products, do services,
02:35all that stuff, and my consulting career.
02:38But I always was like, man, if only I can find somebody that is doing it right.
02:44And that was my thing.
02:46I was just, God, please, bring me somebody that is in the crypto space doing it the right way.
02:53And that's where a friend of mine made a post out of the Blue 3 weeks ago, almost four weeks
02:58ago.
02:59So she made a post on Facebook, and she said two things that for me were key.
03:04The first one was how you can increase your portfolio with a company that is backed by the banking system
03:11and also protect it in the insurance industry.
03:15I come from the insurance industry for many years.
03:18And I said, wait a minute, that caught my attention.
03:20I said, because if it is protected, an insurance company needs to do an underwriting process.
03:26Oh, yeah.
03:27Meaning they're testing it out.
03:29The underwriting process it is you need to make a deep dive investigation and backgrounds and everything on the company
03:36completely.
03:37And everybody involved in the company.
03:39Yeah.
03:39So when that happened, I asked her, hey, listen, who talked to you about it?
03:43And she mentioned a name that is a very good friend of mine, the two guys that help facilitate everything
03:47in the United States.
03:48I said, man, why didn't they come to me to talk to me, right?
03:51That was my first stop process.
03:53But then it says, everything has a purpose.
03:55Maybe I was not going to be ready at that time.
03:57But now I'm ready because I've been asking God for it.
04:00And when I sit down and I make the right questions,
04:03number one key ingredient to go from zero to platinum in three weeks is your belief system needs to be
04:08sky high.
04:08Wow.
04:09So how did you develop your belief system?
04:11Is it in the industry?
04:13Is it in yourself?
04:13Is it in the project?
04:15Where did you gain the sense of belief?
04:16First of all, you need to believe in yourself.
04:18That's the first one you need to believe.
04:19You have to believe that you have everything that it takes to build it.
04:22Right?
04:23Because we are creatures of the ultimate builder.
04:26God is our creator.
04:28He's the ultimate builder.
04:29And he made us inconform to his creation.
04:32So what it means is we have the ability to create and build if we believe that we can.
04:37Right?
04:38And because of that, that was the first ingredient.
04:40I say, I know I can do it.
04:40I know I can market anything I want.
04:42Yeah.
04:42Because I believe in myself.
04:43But now, do I believe in the system?
04:46Yes.
04:47Do I believe in the company?
04:48Do I believe this is real?
04:50So instead of following the nonsense that people can post in social media, in ChatGPT, in Google,
04:57I wanted to say, I know these guys.
05:00Yeah.
05:01I mean, because I know these guys.
05:02And I know what they told me about insurance protection program.
05:05And then I saw Felix in action, the owner of the company.
05:08Guess what happened?
05:09My belief system now went from believing in myself, sky high, to also believing in the company, sky high.
05:15And then it's, you could be active, but less productive.
05:18Active, but less productive.
05:20Like busy work or something?
05:21You can be busy.
05:22But not productive.
05:23Because you can be busy doing things that are not going to drive your business.
05:27Okay, let's talk about that.
05:27So the thing is, when you get busy, you have to make sure that you are busy in the income,
05:33in the right things.
05:34Income producing a team in IPAs, okay?
05:37So the thing is, the first ingredient that I have to go from zero to platinum in just three weeks
05:42is identifying that I need to start out of desperation.
05:46Wow.
05:47So when you start your business, you need to start out of desperation.
05:51Why?
05:51Because that's not going to allow you to sleep until you finish the day productive.
05:56So the thing is, I went to my 9 to 5 every day, which I'm going to retire back in
06:01June now.
06:02I'm going to go back to my independence.
06:04But the thing is, I'm so desperate to make it work that as soon as I clock out, 5 p
06:11.m., I was working on the activities to build my business up to 12 noon.
06:15Wow.
06:17Because I say, my 5 to 12 is going to make me free.
06:21Yeah.
06:219 to 5 gets you a living, 5 to whatever.
06:25Not every time.
06:25It gets you a fortune.
06:26Exactly.
06:27So I build based on those concepts.
06:30And then you need to identify the right people.
06:32You don't want to surround yourself with the best people.
06:35Really?
06:36You want to surround yourself with the right people.
06:38Whoa.
06:39What's that?
06:39I blew your mind, huh?
06:40Yeah.
06:40Yeah.
06:41Because sometimes it's not about the best people.
06:43It's about the right people for you.
06:45What was right for you?
06:46The right people for me are also people.
06:49It's also people that have that good traits.
06:51It's people that want to do it better than you.
06:53There are people that want to follow systems.
06:56Sometimes you surround yourself with what you call a flow, your best people.
07:00But with your personality, they don't have a fit.
07:03They don't fit with your personality.
07:05They can drain your energy.
07:06They can drain your energy.
07:08Because they can be the best in what they do, but they're not the right people to be surrounding you.
07:13As opposed to the people that charge you up, continue to inspire you.
07:16Correct.
07:16Push you.
07:17You push them.
07:17Correct.
07:18That's what they do.
07:18So correct.
07:19So the best case scenario for me was identifying who's hungry.
07:22And because I'm out of desperation, I'm going to build desperate.
07:26And desperate means never give up on a day until you have a productive day.
07:31Okay.
07:31So I want to dive deeper to what you did in that five to midnight time frame that allowed you
07:38to start gaining momentum.
07:40It's easy.
07:41You got to do that.
07:42Go for no principle.
07:43I was thinking when you said until, I was thinking go for no.
07:46Yeah.
07:46Go for no principle.
07:48It's like, in my case, you need to do, this is a game that you should do.
07:53The numbers game.
07:54It's a numbers game.
07:55This is like a game for me.
07:57It's just, I'm going to present until 10 people in a row tell me no.
08:01Wow.
08:02Look at what that means.
08:03I love no.
08:03Number one says no.
08:04Number two says no.
08:05Number three says no.
08:06Number four says no.
08:07Number five says no.
08:08Number six says yes.
08:09Now I have to start away.
08:10Oh, man.
08:11Because that's the game.
08:12It's a numbers game.
08:13So you need to have 10 in a row that tells you no.
08:16Wow.
08:17I heard about the go for no concept not in that way, though.
08:20I mean, like, that's a good, fun.
08:21Because it is a fun way for you to apply the principle.
08:24Yeah, yeah.
08:24You're almost hoping for 10 no's.
08:27I want 10 no's in a row.
08:28But what you're going to do is what happens if number five tells you yes, okay, you've got to start
08:32again.
08:33Yeah, yeah.
08:33So you're focusing on the activity, not in the results, not in the outcome.
08:38That's amazing.
08:39That is such a shift because it's like if you show up with the practice of doing the activities, you
08:44create your own luck.
08:46You create momentum.
08:47So that put me in a position that in three weeks I have signed up 18 personals.
08:51From the 18 personals, we have close to 180 people in our group with over pretty much touching over $400
08:59,000 in trading account volume, over $42,000 license volume in three weeks.
09:06Wow.
09:06This one is a four week now.
09:08That's four weeks.
09:09My belief system is so high in the company.
09:11The belief system of the people that's surrounding you with that energy is going to go sky high just with
09:16your belief.
09:16That's what I call borrowing your belief there.
09:19My people are borrowing my belief.
09:21Especially now that you're here, you're touching and meeting and gaining the confidence and belief of yours is going up.
09:29So you can transfer that on Zooms and other communications that they can borrow because you have such a surplus
09:35of like I look the person in the eye, I ask them like I met other people.
09:39I see how everything goes together, the Binance account trading live with the software trading.
09:46It's just pure trading.
09:47So when you know the principles of the company, how the company fund itself, how we make money out of
09:53the trading, not out of the recruiting, now your belief goes up because it's not a policy.
09:59You know, it's nothing that is going to take out your money because now people stop bringing people.
10:04They can close the doors to new people to come in and we're still going to make the money because
10:08it's trading.
10:09It's a system.
10:09It's trading for ourselves.
10:10So when you have that type of belief, your people are going to borrow that belief.
10:14They're going to equal that belief and energy with you.
10:16I guess what's going to happen with less people than everybody that have hip-plotting or my hip-plotting?
10:20Yeah, I was thinking that because I have, I think, more people than you do, but not the volume because
10:25your people's beliefs are high.
10:27My focus was scattered.
10:29I didn't drive the belief and the confidence into it.
10:32And, you know, this is what you, what you're teaching me is what it takes for someone to really do
10:39well in a project when we all have the same comp plan, same project in front of us.
10:42Why some people do extremely well because of actions that you've taken.
10:46First, out of desperation.
10:48And now, secondly, secondly, you accomplish going out of the gate, out of desperation, working because you're desperate.
10:55You need to get to a comfortable level in your life, pay your bills, go to great day restaurants, and
11:02be with your loved ones and make sure that everything is taken care of.
11:05What happens when you achieve that level?
11:07Are you going to stop working because now you're not desperate?
11:09No.
11:09You keep doing it now out of inspiration.
11:12You're going to keep yourself inspired because now it's not about you.
11:16It's now about grabbing that person that is desperate the same way that you were and take them to a
11:22position of what he wants to be or she wants to be.
11:25Amazing.
11:26Exactly.
11:26So once you are now inspired, you say, hey, listen, I was desperate the same way you were desperate.
11:33In three weeks, my life changed completely.
11:35Let's go work.
11:36Let me guide you through the process.
11:37You can never give what you don't have.
11:39So how you can give out to your people when you don't have it yet in you?
11:44That is incredible.
11:44I'm really learning this principle in a fresh way.
11:48I mean, like I've been in networking for 10 plus years, but what you just shared is so practical.
11:54It's not theoretical.
11:55It is a genuine way where you can transfer your energy to someone and help them to get to the
12:02next level.
12:02And guess what?
12:02Then they can do the same and repeat this process, thus creating the duplication that we all want but rarely
12:08get.
12:09And it's not by just sharing the slides.
12:11It's not by just sharing the videos.
12:12It's by really engaging with the people that are at that level where they need a change in their life.
12:18And this becomes the vehicle and you become the catalyst, the coach that drives them and the opportunity together to
12:26get them out of their desperate situation.
12:27And to a level of where they work out of inspiration and say, what else is possible for me?
12:33How else can they impact other people's lives and create the ripple effect?
12:36So in terms of your actual day-to-day work, are you doing Zooms on a daily basis?
12:40Are you doing text message?
12:41Are you doing social media posts?
12:42So I have days that I do private Zooms with different prospects that they want their own private Zooms or
12:48three-way calls.
12:49I also have three Zooms on the week for presentation in Spanish for my Latinos.
12:55Also, I leverage the system.
12:57So now I don't need to do the English Zoom because there's already one established with my team.
13:02So because of all the Zooms that we have in the English market, what I do is you have to
13:06become an expert inviter.
13:08So when you become an expert inviter, you move people to the Zooms that are already established.
13:12You invite them to the Zoom.
13:13And then the fourth job is in the follow-up.
13:16You just have to go straight, follow-up from your expertise by inviting them.
13:21If you've made a great job inviting people, you move them to the Zoom, you leverage those Zooms that are
13:26established, then your job is just to follow-up.
13:29And then from that follow-up, we'll repeat the same thing.
13:31Now, I take care of the Spanish Zoom.
13:33I do three, four presentations, and I do a fourth one on Saturdays for Q&As and trading.
13:38Wow, trading as well.
13:39Trading, yeah.
13:40It's very important.
13:41Yeah.
13:41So we do Q&A, and we train people on how to use the platform, how to use the page,
13:46how I have a lot of crypto newbies, people that have never done crypto.
13:49How to use them exchange, how to use wallet, how to do everything.
13:53Every Saturday in Spanish at 1 p.m. Eastern time.
13:55That's what we do.
13:56So we have four Zooms in the week.
13:59Pretty soon.
13:59I'm going to have all six days of the week, minor Sunday, on Zooms all the time.
14:04Wow.
14:04So what is the first thing I'm going to do?
14:05Sunday, I'm going to arrive to my place early morning from Vegas.
14:09Okay, yeah, yeah.
14:10Tired.
14:10Like, oh my God, I'm tired.
14:12No.
14:13I'm going to arrive and I'm going to start a Zoom where I'm going to pass all the energy from
14:17the event.
14:18I have people from my team here at this event.
14:20We all going to disclose what we experienced on the event.
14:24Guess what's going to happen?
14:25That's going to fuel the people that were not able to make it.
14:28And that's duplication because this is a duplication business.
14:31It's not what I know.
14:32It's what I can duplicate.
14:33That is powerful.
14:34That's true.
14:34You can know every single ingredient of this industry.
14:37Yeah.
14:38But if you cannot duplicate yourself in people, you're doing it wrong.
14:42Because it's not about what we know.
14:44It's what we can duplicate.
14:45Take me back to some of those inspirational stories where people barely know anything.
14:50It's an ignorance on fire.
14:51And they're just getting the information in front of people, creating duplications as just watch this or plug into these
14:57Zooms or whatever, whatever.
14:58They don't become the bottleneck of information.
15:00They don't just, you know, limit their team.
15:03They just plug them in.
15:04And I can see so much, like, expertise and wisdom in you.
15:08Big Boss, how's it going?
15:10Look at this cat.
15:12Oh, man.
15:13From Dubai to...
15:14This is my bear.
15:15How's it going, brother?
15:16Hey.
15:17How are you?
15:18Francisco and I.
15:18I heard so much about you from all over the world.
15:21My billets.
15:22Yeah, I feel like I feel like he's ill.
15:24Yeah, yeah.
15:24His first question I asked him, are you AI?
15:26Yeah, right.
15:27Yeah, yeah.
15:27I have to ask him.
15:28Yeah, yeah.
15:29Of course, of course.
15:29He's in those doors.
15:31How's the fire over to Dubai?
15:33It wasn't Dubai.
15:34It was Bangladesh, 33 hours.
15:36Yeah, just to be here and meet you guys and do interviews and stuff.
15:40Yeah, well worth it.
15:42Other great leaders arriving here for this mastermind.
15:45And then, you know, this is one of the main reasons to come to such get-togethers.
15:49I'm learning so much wisdom and practicalities.
15:52Things you're saying are both obvious, but most people don't apply them to get results.
15:58I think that's why it's important to A, be in a situation where you really want to change
16:03your life.
16:03B, have someone that's shown you that is possible for them.
16:07That's why you doing it inspires your team to say, in three weeks, he did this by just
16:12working like that, and now he's working with me to get my situation to a better place so
16:18that I can guide others.
16:20Ultimately, what do you see possible for you and your team here with the kind of work ethic,
16:25momentum, and culture you're building?
16:27We build from event to event.
16:28So that's the beautiful thing is 80% of the business is about how many people you can
16:35move to an event.
16:36So what I took care of was with this event, I make sure that I can have multiple lines
16:43of businesses in the event.
16:45Why?
16:45It feels like having multiple lines of their business.
16:48Very strategic there.
16:49Right?
16:50Yeah.
16:50Because 80% of your business is done when you move the most people to an event.
16:54You move them to an event, their belief systems skyrocket, their conviction goes up, and guess
17:00what's going to happen next day they finish the event?
17:01They're going to start making phone calls.
17:03They're going to start talking with people who have the experience on the event.
17:06And guess what's going to happen?
17:07You're going to have a massive line of business growing together.
17:10Oh, wow.
17:11And that's what you need for your balance, for your own business.
17:13So the goal here is to build four or five solid platinum lines.
17:18Now I'm not thinking that I hate platinum.
17:19Now I want four separate lines in platinum each.
17:22Man, you thought about this.
17:25Of course.
17:25And really looked at the playing field and realized how to leverage what you had access
17:31to, inviting not just your teammates, but strategically inviting different lines so that you have balanced growth and you're going
17:39to continue to transfer this information.
17:41And something that is taught very much in our industry, but I think is lost in crypto, is
17:46event to event.
17:47Because there's so much online and unfortunately a lot of companies don't do enough of live
17:52events.
17:54These are just scenarios where you grow massively.
17:56I think both as your team blossoms after it's like a storm or like an event is like a growth
18:02spur for your team right after.
18:04But also as I'm sitting here talking to people that I'm just meeting for the first time, I'm
18:08also growing in terms of the knowledge and experience and the strategies and what it takes to win in
18:13this industry.
18:14And I think that's another big reason to show up here, to have in-person conversation because
18:19one idea and one practical method can create the life-changing results.
18:24So, what's your big goal for the next 90 days?
18:28What's your plan in that?
18:29The next 90 days is to help a couple of my teammates are here to reach platinum.
18:34So, I have two silvers in here or here.
18:37Yeah.
18:37So, I have two ladies that hit silver.
18:39Now, I want the next 90 days, those two in platinum each.
18:43Well, because, you know, I don't want to achieve titanium or sapphire by myself, but you also
18:50need to, you know, always lead the way by being one or two ranks on top of everybody of your
18:57group so they know it's achievable, right?
18:59That they know if you accomplish it and then you're bringing people with you and then they
19:03achieve their ranks, you achieve your rank because I always learn the principle, if you
19:08take care of the dreams of your people, your dreams are going to be taken care of by themselves.
19:12So, yeah, how many enough people achieve what they want and you achieve what you want?
19:15You achieve what you want.
19:16That's it.
19:16Well said.
19:17Well, Francisco, you're a brilliant guy.
19:19I'm grateful I have a chance to meet you and share your wisdom with everyone around the
19:22world that's wanting to transform their lives and you've shown that it's possible.
19:26There's lots of focus in a few weeks of acting out of a very serious focused effort of doing
19:32IPAs, of going for those no's in a gamified way and creating that sort of duplication and
19:39culture in your team and just going to work.
19:42honest and then doing the right things when you go to work instead of this busy work.
19:46And we'll hear a lot more from Francisco actually at the event where he'll be talking on stage,
19:50sharing more of his wisdoms.
19:52Hopefully you got something that can help you along your journey of helping you go from
19:55where you are to where you want to be, helping you go from the big heart to the big wallet.
19:59With that, we'll catch you guys around the wall.
20:01Thanks, buddy.
20:02See you next time.
20:03Sounds good.
20:03Sounds good.
20:03Sounds good.
