01:13The next global competition will not be won only by capital.
01:21It will be won by knowledge, technology, trust and speed.
01:28It is always a pleasure to engage with the Confederation of Indian Industry, an institution that has played
01:36a major role in shaping India's economic and industrial transformation.
01:44Governments can create ecosystems.
01:46But industry, innovators, entrepreneurs and institutions create long-term economic strength.
01:57India stands today at another historic inflection point similar to the reforms era of the 1990s.
02:09This transformation, however, will now be driven by AI, quantum computing, semiconductor, clean energy, advanced manufacturing and intelligent logistics.
02:28The countries that integrate technology, talent, innovation, energy security and manufacturing ecosystem, the fastest will define the next global economic

10:17India must aggressively scale renewable energy, green hydrogen, pumped storage, biogas, ethanol blending, EV mobility, and decentralized energy systems.
10:38Andhra Pradesh, we are promoting the prosumer concept.
10:43Every individual is a producer and also a consumer.
10:48From my rooftop, I can generate power.
10:51There is a need.
10:53I can use it or give back to the grid.
10:58Whenever you need, you can draw by swapping.
11:02So, this is the concept microgrid system we are establishing.
11:08So that I don't want to face tomorrow transmission losses under this same time shortage of power.
11:18So, natural farming is another one sector.
11:22We are going in a big way.
11:2420,000,000 acres of land.
11:28It is under natural farming in Andhra Pradesh.
11:3120,000,000 farmers are engaged.
11:34We are able to reduce in a big way fertilizer consumption.
11:39And also, we are improving health condition.
11:43And also, we are integrating further certification and also traceability in natural farming.
11:54And also, here, last year, while addressing the CIA Governing Council, I spoke about the disconnect between government, industry, and
12:08academia.
12:09The future belongs to societies where governments, industry, and academia innovate together, not only in isolation.
12:23Industry requires employable talent immediately.
12:29Governments brings investment and public support.
12:35Universities produce graduates.
12:37Yet, all three often contribute to function independently.
12:42India cannot expect to become a global deep tech and manufacturing leader if industries still need to spend months retraining
12:53graduates before they become productive.
12:57If talent is India's strength, employability must become India's national mission.
13:05The next phase of India's growth must be built on an integrated ecosystem where research, scaling, start-up, manufacturing, governance,
13:18and innovation move together.
13:21Andhra Pradesh, we are having a very ambitious plan.
13:26Vikasit Bharat, according to Vikasit Bharat, we are having Swarna Andhra Pradesh.
13:32By 2047, we want to reach 2.4 trillion U.S. economy.
13:38I am having no doubt about it.
13:44By 2047, anybody is having any doubt, remove that doubt in your mind.
13:50As on today, India economy is growing very fast.
13:55By 2038, India is going to become second largest economy.

14:05India is going to become number one economy.
14:10Hundred percent, I am confident in that direction.
14:16As on today, if you see, for the last 23 months, we are able to attract 23 lakh crores investment,
14:26and also 23 lakh employment I can generate.
14:30Just now, CAI President has rightly mentioned, we are number two in attracting investment.
14:38But my aim is not to be number two, distant number one.
14:44And also, I wanted to be always lead the nation and also promote investment for Andhra Pradesh.
14:54You are all aware, India is planning 500 gigawatts renewable energy.
15:04Among 500, Andhra Pradesh is going to contribute 160 gigawatts renewable energy from Andhra Pradesh.
15:16Already, 90 gigawatts capacity we have entrusted, things are going on.
15:24Because of this, now, you are all aware, Google AI data center has come to Visakhapatnam.
15:33This is the biggest FDI after reforms, 15 billion US dollars investment is coming to Visakhapatnam.
15:44Already foundation we have laid.
15:46By seeing that, so much of competition now, even Reliance, 1 gigawatt, 1.5 gigawatt.
15:58Google is 15 billion, Reliance is 17 billion US dollars they are investing in Visakhapatnam.
16:05And also, Renew is asking us, they are also getting proposal, one gigawatt capacity data center.
16:16Roughly, there is a huge demand now.
16:19I am thinking, how many gigawatts I can provide in Andhra Pradesh.
16:26That is the stage today.
16:28Because of reforms, I am happy to announce all of you.
16:33First time in India, average procurement of unit tariff has been reduced.
16:42One year, 30 paisa, we are able to reduce.
16:47This year, another 30 paisa.
16:49Within five years time, we are going to reduce 1 rupee 20 paisa for unit average procurement cost.
16:59This is the biggest achievement we are doing.
17:05So many companies are working with us.
17:12AMNS, AM Green, Renew, Cognigant, Carrier, not only one or two, in India, all major corporates
17:25and also global companies are working with us.
17:29Earlier, I used to talk about ease of doing business.
17:33Now we have changed the gear.
17:35Now I am talking speed of doing business.
17:40Even in government also, speed of delivering governance.
17:46Not only talking all these things.
17:50Any citizen need not come to office.
17:54He need not go to any office.
17:56Only one Manamitra WhatsApp.
17:59If you can click, everything will be delivered across the state.
18:06That is futuristic city.
18:08Totally technology integrated.
18:11Blue, green, green energy.
18:15All utilities are taken through corridors, through ducts.
18:23And also, I am assuring you, even district cooling and most efficient way of connecting
18:32all utilities who are working.
18:34And also, anybody wanted to have more lifespan, better to book house block in Amaravati.
18:43That is where I am working now.
18:46This is net zero concept.
18:49No pollution.
18:51All vehicles will be electrical vehicles that will be green energy.
18:57We are bringing separate corridors to connect that city.
19:01So this is one more city we are building.
19:05Second one.
19:07There we are having, this is a quantum computer.
19:14Indians are very intelligent.
19:17Always I am saying this.
19:19When I spoke about quantum, nobody knows about it.
19:24People are asking me, what is quantum?
19:27Then I explained.
19:29After that, how to get it?
19:31I networked.
19:33IBM came forward.
19:36TCS joined.
19:37And also L&T.
19:39Three of them I made as a consortium.
19:42By December, first quantum computer is going to operate from Andhra Pradesh, that to Amaravati.
19:52By doing this, I was not satisfied.
19:55Why can't you produce quantum computers in India?
19:59Then I called all players.
20:02Then I gave a mandate.
20:05They decided to produce quantum computers from Amaravati within two years' time.
20:11Already they built five qubits quantum computer in India, first of its kind.
20:20The capability our people are having, very amazing, according to me.
20:25That is how they have done.
20:26Second area, Visakha economic region.
20:31This is another development hub we are making.
20:34There if you see data centers, knowledge economy, pharma, and also rare earth minerals, and also steel.
20:46We, all factories, all industries, we are going in a big way in Visakapatnam.
20:54Even Tirupati, you are all aware, every Hindu wanted to visit Tirupati in lifetime.
21:04Sometimes not one time.
21:07Even they are all praying their success.
21:10And they are getting blessings from Lord Balaji.
21:14We are going to make Tirupati.
21:16We are going to make Tirupati one of the most important spiritual hub.
21:22Anybody wanted to have any marriages or your company wanted to succeed, have one meeting,
21:31gentle body meeting in Tirupati.
21:33Then God will bless you.
21:35That is going to happen in the near future.
21:38I wanted to build one of the best city, that is Tirupati.
21:44So with all these things, again I am telling you, we are having very ambitious plans.
21:53One family, one entrepreneur.
21:57This is the concept we are working.
22:01To meet that requirement, we created ecosystem Rotten Tata Innovation Hub.
22:08Hub and spoke model.
22:11At headquarters, main center, five zones, five centers we are creating.
22:18Every center, I am bringing an ecosystem.
22:22One industry, leading industry will lead.
22:26And also, local, best university will be the knowledge partner.
22:33Venture capital, bankers, everybody we are bringing there.
22:38I wanted to promote investment in a big way.
22:44That is where I wanted to make one family, one entrepreneur concept in a big way.
22:51There is one more suggestion I wanted to give all of you.
22:55Long back, I had an idea.
22:58All my officers should work with CAA.
23:01Today, CAA should come to government and deputation so that we will know each other's problems and also work together
23:11for better nation building.
23:14Somehow it didn't materialize.
23:17Now I am asking CAA here.
23:21I am very happy.
23:23Our friend, President and Director General, they agreed to start one global leadership center in Amaravati.
23:36I am very happy.
23:37I am thankful to them.
23:41India is very strong in leadership.
23:45If you see all over the world now, majority CEOs are from Indian origin.
23:53Majority intellectuals are from India.
23:57Now, we have to promote many more leaders.
24:02For that, just like economic forum, Davos, we wanted to create leadership forum from Amaravati, from India.
24:13That is our aim.
24:14I am very confident this forum is going to create excellent leadership.
24:22Always leaders, according to me, if going on talking to them, one example I will give you.
24:31In 95, 96, Andhra Pradesh was the agrarian state.
24:39At that time, very less entrepreneurs from Andhra Pradesh.
24:43Then I wanted to promote entrepreneurs from Andhra Pradesh.
24:48I used to go to different countries.
24:51Then I asked my entrepreneurs, 10 members, 20 members, prospective.
24:57Then I used to take them with their expenditure.
25:01Never I spent my money, government money.
25:04But they came along with me.
25:06Just like this, so many interaction meetings.
25:10Local entrepreneurs, CAI, and also our entrepreneurs.
25:16I made them the opportunities available in Andhra Pradesh and promote investment.
25:24Simultaneously, I asked my entrepreneurs to have MOUs or know each other, network each other for future prospects.
25:36I am telling you within five years, six years time, Andhra was very strong for entrepreneurs.
25:45At one stage, national level debate, not entrepreneurs, Andhra Pradesh.
25:54That was the dialogue they used to talk.
25:56That is how second generation entrepreneurs came from Andhra Pradesh.
26:01I am proud of that.
26:04Now here, this GLC is going to play a very crucial role.
26:11All of you, please participate in that.
26:16Every one successful entrepreneur has to promote one more or many more.
26:24That is the agenda we have to work together.
26:27Here, one more policy I want to request all of you.
26:32It is a social responsibility.
26:35God has given for all of us to grow to reach this stage.
26:41This is where governments used to promote PPP, Public-Private Partnership.
26:49Either airport, road, or some other infrastructure projects, everything we have, they have promoted,
26:58you have developed, thereby you are able to earn some wealth.
27:01Now I am promoting one more concept, P4, Public-Private-People's Partnership.

27:16M, Margadarsi.
27:20BK, Bangaru Kutumbam.
27:22Top 10%, adopt, bottom 20%.
27:27Nurture them short-term, medium-term, long-term.
27:33Mentoring, timely help, and also bring along with us, if not along with us, at least above poverty.

30:45This month, 15th, in Puttaparthi, they are laying the foundation for AMCA project.
30:52This is fighter jets pilot project they are doing, R&A project they are doing.
30:59Initial investment is 15,000 crores.
31:01Ultimately, one or two lakh crores they are going to spend there.
31:06It is going to lead aerospace technologies near Bangalore.
31:11This is the best site, I am telling all of you.
31:14Anybody is having interest in aerospace, this is the right time to come and invest in Andhra Pradesh.
31:21Anybody is having interest in drone technology, we are creating a drone city.
31:30Manufacturing, training, either defence or otherwise civilian applications.
31:37That is another area.
31:38Anybody is interested to go for aerospace, this is also we are creating one of the best city.
31:46This is the future is aerospace, this is also, this is the future is space city.
31:53This is where I am asking you to come and invest in that city also.
32:00Ultimately, technology is the order of the day.
32:03We have to integrate all technology.
32:06And also, leadership is very, very important.
32:10And finally, human resource development is very important.
32:14Again and again, government can create a policy.
32:20But industry can innovate things.
32:25But we need more and more human resources that can be prepared from academic institutions.
32:34Even R&D has to start from academic institutions and research organizations.
32:39All these three or four has to integrate together.
32:44Then only we can create employment.
32:47Then only we can create wealth creation.
32:51Friends, finally, I am requesting all of you.
32:55India is great.
32:58India is moving very fast.
33:01It is unstoppable now.
33:03Imagination, leave it to you.
