00:17and how this entire onboarding happened i think i wanted to break the monotony of my career that
00:24i only do fiction i do not uh do non-fiction and before this i never even thought of doing

00:32i never even attempted that i would like or even said it out loud to anybody that i want to
00:39do khatro
00:39but this time when it came to me it was just it was an instant yes right uh so also
00:45when you when
00:46we talk about khatro ka khiladi right uh it's been going on and on for years right so when we
01:05what is that thing that you will get on board apart from facing your place um i think i'll get
01:13to
01:14come out of my zone where i don't go out i don't meet people like even after being in the
01:19industry
01:20and working in the industry for these many years uh i have like 12 contemporaries i do not know
01:27anybody in person or even had a conversation with them before the show so that is one thing that i
01:34think i will get to do it on the show i'll get to talk to new people i have a
01:39different schedule i'll
01:41have a different routine my routine has been the same for so many years like i get up in the
01:45morning
01:45go to work and then come back in the night uh that i don't do stunts in during the day
01:51i just shoot
01:51so i think there are many things apart from stunts that i will be doing in the show right and
01:57uh
01:57have you followed any of the season and if yes who has been your uh top gear favorite uh i
02:03got done watching season 14th i think last night or so and my favorite from that season was kashmir
02:12i thought that he was such an underdog like he was calm he would not he was not the loudest
02:18person
02:18in the room definitely not the loudest person at all but he his performances the way he would
02:24perform in the sun they were absolutely amazing to watch right you know in this show it is all about
02:30facing your fears right what is that one fear that and that that makes you petrified um heights do that
02:38to me like i freeze when i'm like a particular height super but apart from heights i feel there is
02:45there
02:45is one more fear that i have that is uh the electric shock stunt because i do not know the
02:51intensity i
02:52have never ever experienced it nor do i wish to experience electric shocks in real life
02:56uh but during the show if i am put in a stunt where i have to bear it i will
03:03do well i hope i'm just trying to convince myself that it's all safe it's all good it's just a
03:10part
03:10of the stunt do it get it over with simple right right you know uh like i've been following kuki
03:16both seasons first 12 year definitely so and i genuinely as much as i dislike your character
03:24i started to really like it as well towards the latter part of the show and the character in
03:30person was doing really great really good i mean it was where one of the top uh faces on the
03:35show
03:35right so don't you think this is a risk altogether i'm leaving this leaving a prime time show well
03:41who's do who's ruling the roost yeah and suddenly switching to a reality show where it's again from
03:47the scratch yeah do you think this is kind of a risk and if yes then why uh no i
03:52don't think uh of
03:54doing cut uh i don't think that taking khatro was a khatra at all in that sense in fact uh
04:02qq i feel khatro happened because of qq only so i can't take that away from the show and it
04:08happened
04:09because the cast uh the crew the members of the show the creatives the team everybody was so
04:15supportive of me doing the show so if anything they all want me to win and uh i'm just going

04:23some time it's not like i've quit the show or anything so i know this the point of view that
04:30you are asking me and my master said generally i did not think only from that point of view for
04:35me it
04:36was like that i'm going somewhere and i will join whenever needed i wanted to know that firstly

05:12and as you said that uh you're an introvert no no no i i'm actually i'm not an introvert at
05:22all but it's
05:23just i do not like meeting new people i'm not an introvert if i'm put in a room with people
05:28i will
05:29talk to them but will i talk to them if i'm not in the room and if it's my free
05:33will no i will
05:34probably talk to people i already know and they know my story and i can just crack lame jokes with
05:39them i'll rather talk to them uh coming back to your question uh i had a conversation like brief
05:48conversation with the retreat i had one line conversation with jasmine and very brief conversation
05:54again with karan vahi and that's about it ori and i were talking during the press uh conference or
06:02the bytes because he was like can you translate what did this say i do not understand i was like
06:06this is what they're saying you're good yeah that's it nothing much right and also talking about uh
06:13sharing the screen space right i mean uh um industry joint kind of said
06:22so i wanted to know that firstly are you nervous and is that a big uh nervousness point for you
06:27more than the show itself nay actually i'm not nervous meeting rohit sir i'm very excited to meet him
06:33because i really like uh him as a person i have seen his films i've seen him on screen and
06:39uh my sister
06:40had a chance of meeting him briefly uh at a movie premiere or something uh so she told me that
06:47he's a
06:47very warm person he's very humble so i'm also looking forward to it and he really motivates the
06:52people who go for the stunt even when they feel like giving up he's always cheering them on he's
06:58telling them what to do what not to do so i'm very excited i'm looking forward to it actually right
07:04absolutely and uh you know uh you know i'm just saying you've signed for it you've come on board
07:11right all of that and we've seen ki kya activities usually hote in real life i'm not talking about
07:18heights and all of that i'm talking about taking risks in life right so if uh audiences
07:24is called batana chauhi ki shagun ne aisa kya risk liya hai life mein that has made her a better
07:30person or probably has not worked for her if you could i know acting karna hi both risk yeah yeah
07:38yeah definitely it's very very unpredictable or uh yeah i think acting career was one risk that
07:48paid off well second one was uh during the shoot of two ashiki which is on kalah zundi uh i
07:58was
07:58actually trying to get into singing and it did not pan out so that was a risk i was willing
08:03to take but
08:03it did not work out well okay you know i'm talking about fictional shows right what happens is uh a
08:09lot
08:10but like kuch kuch uh scenes and kuch kuch scripts so they run till death
08:29and uh without taking names how would you basically react to such shows and uh such scenes
08:40jo social media as audience or as an actor as an actor audience perspective as an actor so uh
08:49manne khud bhi apni life mein fair share of weird scenes kar rakh hai ab toh so i should not
08:55be saying
08:55ki ye karo nahi karo what i believe is ki ek actor da kaam hai joh script lik hai wo
09:01karo and make it as
09:04believable as possible that is the only thing you can do if you start finding flaws in the script you'll
09:09find flaws in everything so and that then you will be you will have a very hard time on set
09:15so the best
09:16thing is ki script padho do your lines properly get into the character get into the mood and no matter
09:23what the scene requires just do it give it your 100 percent and believe me like even when you're doing
09:28the bizarrest scene possible if you do it with conviction audience will buy it yeah right and one last
09:36question tomorrow's mother's day right so i wanted to know that uh usually we tend to uh take out
09:45mothers especially the most i think relation job is of a mother right so i wanted to know that uh
09:52mother's day pe apne fans ki liye kya kehna chao ge jo especially fan section jo moms kublong karpa
09:58okay okay pehli cheez toh mein ah apne ghar ka bata jati ho meray ghar me the only person who's

10:05for granted is my mother i'm the papa ko pakka my dad i think we do take him little bit
10:11for granted my
10:12mom we do not take her for granted so to all the moms out there if you think your kids
10:16are taking you for
10:17granted celebrate children's day give to yourself something and if you think they're taking mother's
10:23day for granted then you take them out make them pay huge bills and then just celebrate it on your
10:29own
10:29but jokes apart i feel moms and fathers are the reason that we are here and you are living a
10:37comfortable life because of your parents and they do everything in their part to make your life
10:42comfortable to make you happy so please do not uh take them for granted and just because mother's day
10:48is celebrated once a year doesn't mean ki and tai you'll you'll not treat them that special i think
10:56parents deserve to be treated special every day of the year right one last question
11:02so uh just wanted to know that when you were offered kyunki right so firstly had you seen kyunki
11:08ka first season what was the mahal when jab apko ghar pe apke ghar pe bata chala that you are
11:13getting on board for the second season of one of the top shows ever i can tell you a story
11:18of when i
11:19was offered khatro ke khilari dar ka na da or ki mehra reaction kya ta ha weh parents ka reaction
11:25kya ta
11:28so when i was offered khatro uh uh mehra uh pehra reaction yeh ta ki like karna ai mujhe ya
11:35i want to
11:36do it and then i thought ki ya meh nah toh bol diya but am i even uh mentally or
11:41physically ready and
11:42honestly i was not definitely i was not ready toh minne classes vakera lehna shuru kar diya
11:48calisthenics karna shuru kar diya swimming regular kar liya and when i signed the show that is when i
11:54told my parents or signing mehra i think baatwaad shuru honne ke kuch pachis din tis din ke baad hua

12:00ya even usse bhi zahada time laga ta so that's when i told my parents about it and they were
12:05they were very
12:06nervous they were more nervous than i was and unki wajah se meri nervousness but then i calmed him
12:15down and i said ki it's all as a safety me kia jata hai kuch bhi darni ki baat nahi
12:19hai uh and then
12:21they were also very happy so khatro happened uh like when you are just so
12:27thoda sa you want something in life thoda spice chahiye kush chahiye so this happened
