00:01:54And for me personally, being a part of it, I'd say it's the greatest tribal of all time.

00:05:59The first real immunity idol I've had on season 50, and I got to tell you, timing couldn't

00:06:05And I just feel like, you know, this is what staying positive gets you, man.

00:06:26This is the game I would want to play.
00:06:29If I just, as an outside observer, looked at every castaway out there, no doubt, Devins,

00:06:39So now my strategy is get to the end with emphasis so that they have no choice but to give

00:06:46a million dollars.

00:06:52So the mood around camp is pretty celebratory, minus Joe and Jonathan.
00:07:00You wake up in camp, and it's hard because I should be rejoicing.

00:09:49For whatever reason, everybody is so hyper-focused on Devin's idol that we're losing sight of the fact that one
00:09:56of the biggest challenge beasts in this game has an idol.

00:11:37The family letters really are an opportunity, if you want to take it, to open up, to connect, to bond
00:11:44over, you know, our crazy families.
00:11:47My dad died like eight years ago, so it was just in my mom's letter he talked about, she talked
00:11:53about how bad he was.
00:11:56Just about him, because, like, I haven't thought about him at all since I've been out here.
00:12:02And it was part of, it's like, the distraction, I didn't want it.
00:12:08I didn't want the letters.
00:12:10But it's nice to have it, because it is, reminds me.
00:12:14My father's name is Oscar, as well.
00:12:16My dad was, like, the most gregarious people person that you have ever seen in your entire life, ever.

00:12:28And my dad's not alive anymore.

00:12:45The most challenging experience in my life would probably be the relationship that I have with my father.
00:12:53I love my family more than anything, but my father just has never been there for me.

00:26:18Both groups are going to tribal council both groups are going to vote somebody out
00:26:27You are obviously safe so you can't be voted out but you will attend both tribal councils and you will
00:26:34cast a vote
00:26:35At both tribal councils wow wow so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to draw for
00:26:42our groups
00:26:43There's already nowhere to hide on this little tribe now we're splitting us down the middle
00:26:48Jonathan not only does he get to be safe
00:26:50But he's kind of like king of the castle right now and with jeff and these twists and these tribals
00:26:56You have to adapt because that could be the thing that sends you home

00:47:15I think the only feeling I had today was dread
00:47:18You know in my world it's day 21. This is the day that I went out on survivor 45
00:47:23You know I had a lot of time to reflect on that process and i'm disappointed with how passive I
00:47:28was in that
00:47:30Um, I felt like I lacked agency and I felt like I let it happen to me
00:47:34Um, but i'm proud of myself today because today was a day of fighting
00:47:38And that means not waiting for other people to come to me with solutions
00:47:42But to try to come to a solution myself and I genuinely bleed to my core. I have done everything
00:47:47that I can do tonight
00:47:49Tiff when you hear emily say i'm not going out passively day 21 is my day
00:47:54You have that same drive on your day. Does that excite you?

00:56:11What's great about this twist is we're doing basically a final five vote twice.

00:57:04But at this point, you hope that the instincts that have gotten you this far in the game
00:57:09are going to shoot you straight once again.
00:57:13And Ozzy, does that trust or that leap of faith get better the more you play Survivor?
00:57:18Or is it always going to be the same question, even if you're newer to Survivor?
00:57:23The times in the past that I've played Survivor, I was not really good at it.
00:57:28Not as trusting as I should have been, too trusting when I shouldn't have been.
00:57:32And I played a much more solo game.
00:57:35You know, I was more interested in trying to win challenges.
00:57:38And I knew this time around that I just couldn't do that.
00:57:41And it's amazing to actually be with people and see them win immunities, you know,
00:57:46like watching Jonathan today just by a hair winning.
00:57:50That's almost worth more to me than the solo kind of selfish feeling of like beating Boston Rob's record.
00:57:59And so I just hope that I'm here one more day to share more of the joy, more of the
00:58:06love that I have for this game.
