00:11:50So, it was just in my mom's letter he talked about, she talked about how bad he was.
00:11:56Just about him because, like, I haven't thought about him at all since I've been out here.

00:12:10But it's nice to have it because it is, reminds me.

00:12:16My dad was, like, the most gregarious people person that you have ever seen in your entire life.

00:12:45The most challenging experience in my life would probably be the relationship that I have with my father.

00:56:08Rizzo, what was your take on this?
00:56:10What's great about this twist is we're doing basically a final five vote twice.
00:56:16And a lot of people say the final five is the most crucial vote in the game because that's
00:56:20when advantages end.
00:56:22That's the last time to play certain things.
00:56:23So do I say, maybe one more, maybe one more?
00:56:26Or do I say, you know what?
00:56:28Let me guarantee myself the next day.
00:56:30But the reality is you have to take that leap of faith and trust somebody, look around
00:56:35you, build those bonds.
00:56:36And when you go to tribal, that's when that leap of faith is tested.
00:56:40Ozzy, what's your take on that?
00:56:41Because what Rizzo brought up is something that hadn't occurred to me.
00:56:44It is two essentially final five votes in a sense.
00:56:47Yeah, I mean, you're falling back on your instincts.
00:56:50You know, I got to be honest, like a couple of tribals ago, I was ready to play an idol
00:56:55for sure.
00:56:56And something caught me and I didn't take the leap.
00:56:59And thank God I didn't because that would have burned the idol and I wouldn't have it
00:57:02for later in the game.
00:57:04But at this point, you hope that the instincts that have gotten you this far in the game are
00:57:10going to shoot you straight once again.
00:57:13And Ozzy, does that trust or that leap of faith get better the more you play survivor?
00:57:18Or is it always going to be the same question, even if you're newer to survivor?
00:57:23The times in the past that I've played survivor, I was not really good at it.
00:57:28Not as trusting as I should have been.
00:57:31Too trusting when I shouldn't have been.
00:57:32And I played a much more solo game.
00:57:35You know, I was more interested in trying to win challenges.
00:57:38And I knew this time around that I just couldn't do that.
00:57:41And it's amazing to actually be with people and see them win immunities.
00:57:46You know, like watching Jonathan today just by hair winning.
00:57:50That's almost worth more to me than the solo kind of selfish feeling of like beating Boston Rob's record.
00:57:59And so I just hope that I'm here one more day to share more of the joy, more of the
00:58:06love that I have for this game.
00:58:08Man, I like that.
00:58:09The fact that he's sitting there saying that means a whole lot to me.
00:58:13Ozzy was one of the reasons that I came out to play survivor.
00:58:17When I did my first video, I talked about wanting to be like him.
00:58:21Oh, man, I mean, I look up to you, bro.
00:58:23Like, I want to get to the end with people that are amazing.
00:58:26And I hope that I can share it with whoever ends up being in my corner.

00:58:38What was your take coming in in terms of how you played in the past versus what you want to
00:58:43do this time?
00:58:44I think in the past I've been a very anxious player.
00:58:47Ozzy and I, we've both done a lot of work on ourselves.
00:58:51I can say that I truly have shed the anxiety that would just ripple off of me.
00:58:57And I know everybody's seen it and I know it's still there, but I have embraced it as my friend.
00:59:03And it's been a big evolution for me.
00:59:06And I'm just so honored to be on Survivor 50.
00:59:09Like, the game has evolved.
00:59:10I have too.
00:59:11And it's exceptionally cool to be here with other people who value that.
00:59:16It's the essence of Survivor.
00:59:18The game is the lure.
