00:00:23We've got more than 4,000 ounces, and we're not even halfway through the season.
00:00:28We have to, like, focus on sluicing and hit our 10,000 ounces this year.
00:00:33Particularly because the price of gold is really good.
00:00:36And nobody has a clue how long it's going to stay that way.
00:00:40Mining mogul Parker Schnabel is on a tear.
00:00:45Ten weeks into the season, he's already stacked $15 million in gold.
00:00:51Now he's shifting into overdrive, eager to take advantage of the summer weather.
00:00:57So we just have to make hay while the sun shines and run four plants.
00:01:06Mitch and Brennan, now they're running on the Indian River.
00:01:09That's the next big pit for Roxanne.
00:01:12And, of course, we still have the two plants at Dominion plugging away.
00:01:18Tyson's doing really well this year.
00:01:20He's doing a very good job of handling things at Dominion.
00:01:25But we just have to kick it in high gear.
00:01:33This year is definitely the most I've ever taken on in my career.
00:01:36And definitely pushing me to my limits, seeing what I'm capable of.
00:01:40Definitely keeping me busy.
00:01:41On average, I'm working from 15 to 16 hours a day.
00:01:47But, man, am I tired.
00:02:02How are you?
00:02:03I'm good. How are you doing?
00:02:04I look pretty good.
00:02:08A couple things.
00:02:10I want to get another plant running in the Golden Mile.
00:02:14Have two wash plants set up there.
00:02:18Big red.
00:02:19I think we should try to fire that thing up.
00:02:21Yeah?
00:02:22Like, end of the week or something.
00:02:27I've already talked to the mechanics.
00:02:28They're starting to work on her.
00:02:30Let's see what happens around here if we have four plants running.
00:02:34With the crew we got, running three plants on Dominion is going to be a stretch.
00:02:39Like, I'm running like a chicken with my head cut off in between the two right now.
00:02:44With three, it's already...
00:02:46I know.
00:02:47I know.
00:02:48We're taking chaos to a new level.
00:02:51You're going to have gray hair by the end of it.
00:02:53Right?
00:02:55To bring in 10,000 ounces, Parker wants to run four wash plants for the first time in his career.
00:03:03At his least ground on the Indian River, Roxanne is pounding through pay dirt.
00:03:10Ten miles north, at Dominion, wash plant Bob is sluicing the bridge cut.
00:03:17Two miles away, Slucifer is finishing off the first 11 acres of the Golden Mile.
00:03:24Now, Parker wants Tyson to move Slucifer 800 feet to a new pad to sluice the next 15-acre section.
00:03:35To get through the pay as fast as possible, Parker wants to resurrect his old plant, Big Red, and set
00:03:43it up next to Slucifer, doubling his Golden Mile firepower.
00:03:55The mechanics are not going to be happy.
00:03:58Big Red screen deck, the sluice runs, and the pre-wash need a lot of work.
00:04:05And that's pretty much what makes up a wash plant.
00:04:08And Parker wants it running by the end of the week.
00:04:14Yeah, this plant was in really bad shape.
00:04:18After last year and pieces flying off of it, the thought of even rebuilding it surprised me.
00:04:24Last season, after 13 years hard mining, Big Red suffered a catastrophic breakdown.
00:04:33Now, Parker's mechanics need to resurrect her in just three days.
00:04:39Jordan, just hold it there for one second.
00:04:42Okay, holding.
00:04:45First up, attach Big Red's refurbished hopper, where gold-rich pay dirt is fed into the plant.
00:04:53Okay, cable down a little bit more.
00:04:59Whoa, holder right there.
00:05:02Okay, bolt one is in.
00:05:04I would say Parker has gold fever.
00:05:07Gold prices are huge.
00:05:08We had a year last year.
00:05:10We got thaw in these cuts.
00:05:12Get the pay out.
00:05:13Get gold while the price is through the roof.
00:05:18Now, Jordan, we got to go ahead towards the screen deck.
00:05:23We got to be careful it doesn't come all at once.
00:05:27It's not a super heavy lift, but it's a super precarious once we try to get these third and fourth
00:05:33pins set.
00:05:35We're trying to move it, you know, inches to get a pin in.
00:05:42You know what?
00:05:43What's going to be the safest?
00:05:44Probably come along that to this.
00:05:46Exactly.
00:05:47Okay, let's do that.
00:05:49The issue we're having is that right now we have this pre-wash hung on these pins right here.
00:05:56And this arm, whole support arm, is actually on two pins on the bottom.
00:06:01So this whole thing moves back and forth.
00:06:03So we're trying to move it ahead to drop the four pins in the front.
00:06:09But when we do, this is floating free.
00:06:12There's a lot of weight here.
00:06:13So if we don't control it, the thing could just shoot off into there.
00:06:21Bill secures the hopper's support arm and inches it forward to slide the hopper in.
00:06:31Okay, Jordan, let's go down a little bit.
00:06:40Okay, hold her there. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:06:46There we go. Okay, it's in.
00:06:48Went the best it could go, but we still got to replace the screens.
00:06:53Weld the plates in.
00:06:55Impact rubber's got to be bolted in to finish off the structural.
00:06:59And then reassembly, and one thing goes wrong, we're definitely not going to make it.
00:07:05Right now we're dealing with everyone running at their maximum capacity.
00:07:10I'd like to have a double wash plant pad for Slucifer and Big Red done.
00:07:16Slucifer has a couple days of pay left.
00:07:19Gonna be out here till 9, 10, 11 o'clock at night tonight.
00:07:22Wake up at 5am and I'll do it all over again.
00:07:26So we have a lot of work to do and not much time to get it done in.
00:07:4510 miles south.
00:07:46Right now, with the price of gold this crazy, it is a great time to be Tony Beetz, I'll tell
00:07:52you.
00:07:53Like Parker, king of the Klondike, Tony Beetz is also running at a fever pitch, hoping to cash in on
00:08:02record high gold prices.
00:08:05I can always get more gold. I may not always be able to get this price.
00:08:10I suggest you get your f*** together and get as much sell it as you possibly can because you don't
00:08:17want to waste the moment.
00:08:19Tony's already mined $10 million in gold and wants a lot more, opening up his biggest cut ever, the 46
00:08:29-acre corner cut.
00:08:31The corner cut is so f***ing big that it's going to take us a while to get down the pay.
00:08:37Not only that, a fair amount of it is frozen.
00:08:41So we got the river cut down there that we cleaned up last year, so that's ready to go.
00:08:45So that buys us a little bit of time so that we can get the corner cut ready.
00:08:50You gotta have ground ahead.
00:08:53You cannot shut down for 14 days because you weren't ready.
00:08:56You gotta be f***ing ready.
00:09:00To get through all this ground, Tony's dropped a million dollars on a new wash plan.
00:09:07The new sluice box is arriving today, so that'd be pretty exciting.
00:09:11Because then we'll double production right there.
00:09:14And I mean, with the way gold prices are, boy, what an opportunity it is.
00:09:18Make some money, as they say.
00:09:20Double the trouble, double the gold, right?
00:09:30The faster we can get this thing going, the better it is.
00:09:36Tony has spent a lot of money this year on new equipment.
00:09:39That is way more reliable, and does a way better job at catching the gold.
00:09:44So I think we should lift up the front.
00:09:49It's a big investment, but hopefully that will pay for itself.
00:09:55That's it. Perfect.
00:09:57The new 45-ton wash plant is the same model as Tony's plant, Slusalot.
00:10:03One of the biggest shaker decks money can buy.
00:10:07It can process 350 yards of pay an hour.
00:10:18How's it going, Jeff?
00:10:19It's going good.
00:10:20Good.
00:10:20Nothing you're going to take to fill the whole thing?
00:10:23Ah, we got the conveyor next.
00:10:25Then we got the sidearms, the supports for the sluice runs.
00:10:29I'd say by the end of the day, if everything goes well.
00:10:32So you go do yours, I'll go do mine, and we'll get them together, and we'll be in business.
00:10:35Check on me later.
00:10:36All right. Thanks, Jeff.
00:10:37Yeah, no worries.
00:10:39Hopefully we get it together.
00:10:40I'm going to move Slusalot.
00:10:41That'd be awesome to see him run side by side.
00:10:47This season, Tony has opened up more ground on the Indian River than ever before.
00:10:54In the 22-acre early bird cut, his wash plant, Slusalot, has nearly finished chewing through its pay.
00:11:02Once it's out, Tony wants to move it upstream to run his piggy bank, the 17-acre river cut.
00:11:10Then, he'll bring in his brand-new wash plant to sit side by side.
00:11:16Together, they could bring in upwards of $16,000 in gold per hour.
00:11:25There's just one problem.
00:11:27The river cut is flooded.
00:11:34We've got to take a foam for the pump.
00:11:37We'll get rid of all the dirt.
00:11:40So we're going to put the pump in, and then we'll pump the water down, and then it should be
00:11:44pretty much good until we're completely finished with this cut.
00:11:51Now we can put this side boom in place.
00:11:54Foreman, cousin Mike, brings in their submersible pump, capable of shifting 1,000 gallons of water an hour.
00:12:02It'll take a day to drain this cut by that time.
00:12:05We hope to have the other wash plant set up.
00:12:08So, we'll hook the cables to her, fire the genset up, off we go.
00:12:22You got it all in tight?
00:12:24Yep.
00:12:24Tight?
00:12:25Yep.
00:12:25Good.
00:12:26Fire the **** up, let's see what happens.
00:12:28Yep.
00:12:48Ah, it's pumping with a generator, sir.
00:12:50It's got to be at 60 hertz, but that's not why it's making it.
00:12:56No, I don't like that.
00:13:04****
00:13:04****
00:13:07You may not want to do that.
00:13:10****
00:13:11It is not good.
00:13:17Nobody hurt.
00:13:19No big deal.
00:13:21Just pay attention next time, that's all.
00:13:29I'll fix this one.
00:13:31Okay, fine.
00:13:34So, I'll make this sure that a couple of wires on the genset.
00:13:37There was a bare spot on it.
00:13:39He didn't know, I didn't know.
00:13:40So, then when you touch the **** side, kapow, right?
00:13:43But, you know what, that can happen.
00:13:58If you're pumping, the cut should be dry in the morning.
00:14:03This will be moving the box tomorrow, so it should just nicely match up.
00:14:08By the time we get the box moved, the cut is dry, we'll have a drain in.
00:14:11Then, you'll be ready to roll.
00:14:51Yah.
00:14:52Joe.
00:14:54Quesi.
00:14:56I wanted to check you in with you.
00:14:58It's been awhile.
00:14:58Well, we're approaching mid-season, got that 100-ounce deal.
00:15:03I'm not a bank. I'm a businessman.
00:15:07And he's the money.
00:15:09Yep.
00:15:11Rick Ness is two weeks late paying landlord Troy Taylor
00:15:16a final $350,000 gold payment to buy ground on Lightning Creek.
00:15:24I didn't see any activity there at Lightning,
00:15:27so I wondered what was going on there.
00:15:32Lightning Creek started off kind of slow.
00:15:34We got the license extension for the year to Vegas Valley.
00:15:39I've got to put my resources where I know I'm going to get the most gold.
00:15:43With the gold sitting here that we know is here,
00:15:44we've kind of got to jump on that.
00:15:47You don't really care where the gold comes from, do you?
00:15:50As long as we get that gold in my pocket.
00:15:53I'll have it to you by the end of the week.
00:15:54No surprises.
00:15:56No surprises.
00:15:57Only surprise will be more gold.
00:15:58Yeah?
00:15:59Yeah.
00:16:02Well, Troy wants his money.
00:16:04I get it.
00:16:04You know, he says he's got a lot of money going out, not a lot coming in.
00:16:07Same here.
00:16:08Got a lot going out, not a lot coming in.
00:16:20It's been a roller coaster, if there ever was, one of a year.
00:16:24And we started the season off with no water license, nowhere to mine.
00:16:28Ended up taking a huge gamble and a big chunk of ground in Lightning Creek and going back in debt.
00:16:32And for the work that we've done there, there really hasn't been much gold.
00:16:36And that's wearing on everybody, especially me.
00:16:39But now, out of the blue, we get a water license here at Vegas Valley, and we're not prepared for
00:16:45it.
00:16:45But the hell, yeah, we're coming back to it.
00:16:47We know the gold's there.
00:16:48We're going to go get it.
00:16:50To get Troy 100 ounces by the end of the week, Rick plans to run a stockpile of Vegas Valley
00:16:57pay left over from last season.
00:17:00You know, we've got a pile of pay sitting there ready to run.
00:17:04But our wash plant's not ready.
00:17:06Monster Red needs some work.
00:17:08We just haven't gotten around to fixing it because we didn't know if we'd even be able to use it
00:17:11this year.
00:17:13There's water pouring out from the backside of the feeder.
00:17:16Last season.
00:17:18Water line.
00:17:19Monster Red's main water line sprung a massive leak.
00:17:24You're not going to like what you see.
00:17:25It's big.
00:17:26It's like half the pipe.
00:17:27This obviously got caught by the bucket.
00:17:29The line should have never been there.
00:17:34Water line's in a spot right behind the feeder, right behind the grizzlies where boulders the size of small cars
00:17:40are coming off of.
00:17:41Rick's tasked mechanic Ryan Kent and his crew to cut out the damaged area of pipe, pull both ends together,
00:17:50and clamp it back in place.
00:17:52Kyle will get his chainsaw, he'll chop that up, we'll be able to yank it and we'll get it close
00:17:57enough to put those together.
00:17:58I hate doing that band-aid, but we're out of time for this season, so we just can't run the
00:18:03plant until it's done.
00:18:03Yeah.
00:18:04So, yeah, well, I'll get the 460 over and let's hammer it out.
00:18:09It just makes sense to come back here.
00:18:11We got a monster pile of pay right there that would give us a boost through the season.
00:18:17Problem is, we're short on time.
00:18:19Gold's still owed to Troy, so it's going to be a patch job.
00:18:23Honestly, we needed it run and pay.
00:18:26Be careful.
00:18:28We are right on the edge of that feeder.
00:18:32We don't want to take too much away from this edge right here and weaken the bank, otherwise we're going
00:18:37to end up losing the feeder.
00:18:42I just need to get this rack out.
00:18:45You feel good about cutting right there?
00:18:47Yeah, that's fine.
00:18:48All right.
00:18:51Make sure you yell timber.
00:18:53Timber!
00:19:04That's good.
00:19:05That'll do.
00:19:06I might be able to pull from right here.
00:19:08Yeah, that's right.
00:19:09Right where I'm at.
00:19:09We don't have to completely uncover it, just loosen it so we can pull it.
00:19:13We are going to pull it about a foot closer or so.
00:19:17We can get our new connection put in.
00:19:26Can we try going this way?
00:19:32Oh, !
00:19:35Or why is it bent weird like that?
00:19:39Oh, that definitely has a crack right there.
00:19:43There's a big hole in there.
00:19:45Oh, !
00:19:48We got to undig the whole thing.
00:19:52This is going to be a pain in the ass.
00:19:55Ryan's attempted quick fix has created a bigger hole.
00:20:00Now, they need to dig up the entire 200-foot-long pipe to make the repair.
00:20:06We're only going down inches at a time here.
00:20:09We've only got one clamp to make this work.
00:20:11The last thing we want to do is put another hole in a piece of pipe.
00:20:14See, once it's pulled out and exposed, we'll pull it so we can get our new connection put in.
00:20:20That's it, right there.
00:20:33Ah, this mess.
00:20:34This mess.
00:20:35So that's how it was buried?
00:20:37Yeah.
00:20:38So from the beginning, this was amateur hour when it was put in.
00:20:41Yeah.
00:20:42Yeah, it's bad.
00:20:46To the end of the day, it's not exactly tricky.
00:20:49You just got to get it right.
00:20:51I mean, the hardest part is getting the two ends to line up.
00:20:55That was close, right?
00:20:57We're touching.
00:20:58Once it's close enough, clamp it, then it's good.
00:21:02I'm not too happy about leaving the water line where it is.
00:21:05That's why it got damaged in the first place.
00:21:06But unfortunately, we just don't have the time to move everything.
00:21:09So we're just going to cut some corners, unfortunately, and have to be extra careful to make it work.
00:21:13And by doing that, we're going to be able to save a week's worth of solution.
00:21:18I think we're good.
00:21:19That's mint.
00:21:20Yeah, it closed right up.
00:21:21I want everybody to take pictures of where it's at so they remember.
00:21:25We got the water line fixed.
00:21:27A bit of a pain in the ass, but we got it done.
00:21:29The next step is to get the water pump down to Lightning Creek
00:21:32because we don't know if it's going to hold until we put pressure on it.
00:21:34So we get that all hooked up.
00:21:36And if it holds, we're in good shape.
00:21:37We can run Monster Red.
00:21:55I think this might be the last load of hay for the permaculture.
00:22:07Hey, Kevin, you got a copy?
00:22:09We just dumped the last load of pay from the pyramid cut there.
00:22:13The pay pile looks big, but she won't last that long.
00:22:17We've really got to crack into that new ground and start hauling pay as soon as possible.
00:22:25So we got the pyramid cut open and we're running that pay, but that is going to run out soon.
00:22:33So right now I'm off to go look where we're going to start stripping next.
00:22:37While his dad, Tony, expands his empire, Kevin Beetz is struggling to stay in the game.
00:22:45Nearly halfway through the season, the sophomore mind boss is short on crew, short on gold, and short on time.
00:22:57The gold not being quite as good as we had hoped.
00:23:01It's making me a little hesitant about a 2,000-ounce goal.
00:23:04We're not hurting yet, but it's definitely not great.
00:23:06So we're going to have to speed up, be more efficient.
00:23:10And the new cut, once we get into there, we're going to have to open it up pretty quick.
00:23:14Otherwise, we're going to have no pay to run, which means no gold in the box.
00:23:17It means no money coming in, which means no bills being paid.
00:23:22So, better pick and ride, I guess.
00:23:36So we just have to figure out what is going to be the quickest, easiest, fastest options.
00:23:43There's only so many of those that we got to pick from, given what claims we have.
00:23:47Just over the years, I just kind of picked up from Tony what to look for.
00:23:51Because doing it for a quarter of a century, you're just naturally going to learn some .
00:23:56Kevin has identified a block of ground 500 feet north of his wash plant setup.
00:24:06Hmm.
00:24:09This spot would probably be it, honestly.
00:24:11It's in the valley, relatively flat, really accessible because our plant is just down the way.
00:24:18I did do some test holes last year, year before.
00:24:22And I got 15 feet down a thaw, that's pretty good.
00:24:27That, that's something we can f***ing work with.
00:24:30This next scut is going to be a big decision because I hope it's going to take us through the
00:24:34end of the season.
00:24:36So, I really do hope that it's going to f***ing pay out.
00:24:40I think we're going to call it the Sphinx Cut.
00:24:48At Scribner Creek, Kevin has spent nearly 10 weeks mining out the three-acre pyramid cut,
00:24:55and now has just a stockpile left to run.
00:24:59500 feet up the valley is his new seven-acre Sphinx Cut.
00:25:05He needs it ripped, stripped, and down to pay in the first section,
00:25:10before his stockpile runs out in a week's time.
00:25:20With no time to waste, Kevin sends in operator Tyler Potter
00:25:24in his biggest dirt mover, the D10 Dozer.
00:25:45Oh, that's not good.
00:25:48Starting to overheat.
00:25:49I'm not even at the end of the driveway.
00:25:58Yeah, this is...
00:26:00This isn't good.
00:26:02This is not good.
00:26:03This is not good.
00:26:19Kevin Diagabi, Kevin Diagabi.
00:26:22Go for Kevin.
00:26:23Oh, I just made it past the gate, and this dozer is already overheating.
00:26:30Well...
00:26:31All right, I will come have a quick look.
00:26:34Yeah.
00:26:35At Scribner Creek, Kevin Beetz is racing to open up new ground before his pay runs out.
00:26:44But his only dozer hasn't even made it out of the yard.
00:26:49And it's getting warm already.
00:26:52.
00:26:54All right, let me go have a look.
00:26:56All right.
00:26:59Let's go.
00:27:00Let's go.
00:27:11Okay.
00:27:13Not the most scientific, but something's not cooling.
00:27:16No.
00:27:16so it has to be something in the system something internal so basically this thing is gonna have to
00:27:22sit until we can fix that because there's no like you can't make it the out of the driveway it's
00:27:27not
00:27:27gonna push the cut worth all right if i can get you to just babysit it let it cool down
00:27:33try to
00:27:33live it back to the yard i'll go talk to faith about trying to find an alternate dozer i guess
00:27:39sounds good all right
00:27:53hey gab hey faith the dozer is overheating the d10 i think we need to get one of our own
00:28:05something a little newer okay all right uh there's a couple places we can shop for
00:28:14and we do need it here asap
00:28:20um even just looking at our current options here getting it from the states it's gonna take weeks
00:28:30and alberta is gonna be at least two weeks at best yeah i don't think we can wait the two
00:28:36weeks honestly
00:28:38if we wanted it yesterday i would suggest we start looking local okay you have possibly parker maybe
00:28:47maybe that we could ask tony
00:28:53having tony give you something it's always a load of dice just time to roll the dice
00:29:02uh well we're kind of stuck in a rock in a hard place right now
00:29:08yeah we really need a large dozer real soon yeah
00:29:16yeah yeah okay i'll see what i can do
00:29:42it's lucifer's done it's down to pay we got our wash plant pad built right now we're ready to
00:29:50drag slucifer over to the golden mile once we get slucifer up and going then we can put all
00:29:57our focus into moving big red
00:30:02there's 24 hours in the day zero of them are meant for sleep
00:30:08after 10 weeks of mining it's finally time for parker's four wash plant master plan
00:30:16to come to life you go boom up and curl in and for foreman tyson lee that means it's double
00:30:23plant move
00:30:24day okay you're good first up slucifer all righty here we go
00:30:35tyson uses the 480 excavator to drag the 45 ton wash plant 800 feet to a new pad in the
00:30:44middle of the
00:30:45golden mile it's a long drag over to the golden mile we're just taking it nice and slow and steady
00:30:53here if we mess something up we'll only have one running wash plant here at dominion
00:31:09this 480 it's struggling to drag slucifer
00:31:19i don't know what your thoughts are liam this thing is just struggling to get it up the hill
00:31:25yeah we don't have time to mess around it looks like 950 just parked
00:31:32hey eric mind if we trade hose for like 20 minutes here oh for sure
00:31:44to add extra muscle tyson brings in the big gun thanks man i'll get it back to you
00:31:50this parker's 100 ton 950 excavator
00:32:03this thing is an absolute monster this is the biggest excavator we have on site
00:32:10but it's the first time we've ever moved to wash plant with the 950 so let's see what it's got
00:32:25oh like nothing look at this
00:32:30making it look easy
00:32:34this is the reason parker spent all this money on this heavy equipment d11s 950s 750s
00:32:41because it makes the job a hell of a lot easier a hell of a lot faster parker isn't messing
00:32:47around this
00:32:48year he wants 10 000 ounces we're gonna get it
00:32:55that's perfect i think okay looks good i like it so there we go we got slucifer into place
00:33:04now it's time to go get the super stacker in to make his four plants set up possible parker has
00:33:12spent
00:33:12a hundred and seventy five thousand dollars on a second hand super stack we've never used it before
00:33:20so hopefully it works because we're relying on it
00:33:34are we looking on the plant try and line it up the best weekend here i would say keep going
00:33:46you're like almost in that bay stop
00:33:57pads too short you up i don't have the brain capacity for anything these days
00:34:06do you think we should pull it out i can mitt that dirt out of the way and then we
00:34:10can hook
00:34:10up to it and pull it down might be the best thing t at this point
00:34:22this super stacker is longer than our old one now that we have it on site we know that
00:34:27we're having to modify the dirt here to make this pad work days like yesterday go so fast and then
00:34:35days like today it's like putting in one piece can take full day
00:34:41i almost feel sick i'm so tired
00:34:51that looks good and we're ready to pull sounds good
00:34:57well here we go now we should be able to make her work
00:35:02she got like six feet good there that rock box looks pretty lined up
00:35:11lift away well we're going up
00:35:16keep it coming up yeah that's good there sweet right on the money
00:35:22at the end of the day shift slucifer and its conveyors
00:35:26are finally in place but tyson still needs to set up the water line and pump
00:35:33before firing up and moving on to big red
00:35:38hi i figured i'd poke my head out i know you still have a lot to do yeah for sure
00:35:44and i'm sure that
00:35:45you're fired yeah for sure if it's not close don't fight it they don't even have a pump in and
00:35:52like
00:35:52no yeah like i think like don't try to stay up like they've been falling late night
00:35:57it's not really yeah for sure it might be best to just like follow her at seven like have everybody
00:36:01get a good night's sleep okay yeah yeah thank you
00:36:10not my day i don't want to fail hopefully i've never been this tired before
00:36:24oh hey hi hi oh thanks long week tiring week back at camp tyson meets up with girlfriend
00:36:33india greenhouse trying to keep up to parker that's killing me
00:36:39like last year i was telling him are we gonna ever run for wash plants during you said never
00:36:44we'll never run for wash plants now is the time gold prices are high he has the plants he has
00:36:50the
00:36:50feeders he has the conveyors maybe you don't have your sanity yeah maybe we'll find out honestly
00:36:57looking at you right now i'm just like how are you going to get to october because you look like
00:37:02october tyson yeah which is pretty homeless and bagged do you feel like you're going to be able to
00:37:09carry on the way that you have been this year i don't know
00:37:33all asleep wake up do it again
00:37:39that should be good there tyson okay parker's foreman tyson lee is back at work setting up slucifer in
00:37:46the golden mile before bringing in wash plant big red there's still a lot of work to be done here
00:37:53but
00:37:53But one day at a time, we'll get her.
00:37:56We've got to get the pipeline hooked up.
00:37:58Just put it in the feeder, flip it over.
00:38:02Love it.
00:38:04Fresh setup.
00:38:05Definitely ready to get this thing going.
00:38:08There we go.
00:38:16Here comes the water.
00:38:24We got dirt, baby.
00:38:26And it's moving fast.
00:38:28Oh, we're sluicing.
00:38:30We're back to making money.
00:38:31We're one more step in the right direction here.
00:38:34Lucifer's up and running in the Golden Mile.
00:38:36But I can't wait to have two wash plants here running this feeder
00:38:40because this is some good material we're running here.
00:38:44And this is what we need to get 10,000 ounces.
00:38:47Looks good.
00:38:48Yeah, nice work, man.
00:38:49Good work.
00:38:50I'll be back.
00:38:56It feels good to have one wash plant up and running.
00:38:58But now it's on to Big Red.
00:39:02Here comes Parker.
00:39:05Hi.
00:39:07How much?
00:39:08Hello.
00:39:08Just wanted to come check out how things are going.
00:39:11How is all your people?
00:39:13Good.
00:39:13Yeah.
00:39:14They got an actual night's sleep yesterday.
00:39:16Yeah.
00:39:17We're just trying to probably spend the last bit of the day
00:39:20with it's Lucifer here and then hopefully tomorrow bigger
00:39:25Ed's running too.
00:39:26Hopefully.
00:39:27But good job, man.
00:39:28Thanks, man.
00:39:29Looks good.
00:39:30Okay.
00:39:35Tyson is definitely doing a really good job,
00:39:38but it's a lot for one guy to take on.
00:40:01The new plant is taking shape.
00:40:02So we got to go shut it down and sluice a lot
00:40:05and get ready to move to the river cut.
00:40:09We're going to get the first plant over there
00:40:11and then it'll be time to pick up number two.
00:40:15Tony Beetz is also working on a two plant blitz
00:40:19to boost his gold production.
00:40:24So we should be on track to get them both going side by side
00:40:27ready to wash rocks.
00:40:31Perfect.
00:40:35Sluice a lot is out of early bird cut pay
00:40:38and is ready to be moved to its new home
00:40:41one mile away to the now drained river cut.
00:40:50How's it going, guy?
00:40:51Yeah, good.
00:40:52We're ready.
00:40:54Well, clean it up with the dough.
00:40:55Let's hook onto it.
00:40:56Let's drag it down the road.
00:40:57See, hopefully we'll make it around them corners.
00:40:59All right.
00:41:00Yeah, I look at it.
00:41:01It should be all right.
00:41:02I don't know.
00:41:03We'll see.
00:41:08Cousin Mike will hold the 45 ton wash plant,
00:41:11but unlike at Parker's,
00:41:14Tony wants him to use a D10 dozer instead of an excavator.
00:41:19It's 63 ton weight, 613 horsepower engine,
00:41:25and low center of gravity should make the move easier.
00:41:30It's moving.
00:41:37Make the corner.
00:41:38Off we go.
00:41:48So I got a ramp here.
00:41:50I got to climb up.
00:41:51It's going to be narrow,
00:41:53and it's going to be a turn behind it.
00:41:55But we shouldn't get too far ahead of ourselves.
00:42:05Of course, he's got to make it up the hill.
00:42:09But he's got to pay attention here.
00:42:13Tony gives me the sign to just go for it.
00:42:19Let's go.
00:42:21Let's go.
00:42:23Let's go.
00:42:48Oh, shit.
00:42:49Let's see.
00:42:51I'm losing traction.
00:42:55I'm spitting traction.
00:42:57It's not happening.
00:43:04Looks like there's some soft material underneath the ramp.
00:43:08So the does are sinking.
00:43:12So that's all working against me.
00:43:16Yeah, that's not going to happen.
00:43:27Pull it up with your ripper.
00:43:29Pull it up with your ripper.
00:43:31Ripper down, and then lift it up.
00:43:33She'll move.
00:43:34I'll give it a go.
00:43:53I'm running out of patience.
00:44:04I'm running out of patience.
00:44:06Okay, good.
00:44:09Yep, there she goes.
00:44:21Oh, we made it.
00:44:28Yeah, he made it up the hill.
00:44:30We were struggling a little bit, I guess, but he got it up there.
00:44:34Some day we may should put a pair of wheels underneath it or something, I guess.
00:44:55Yeah, the plan move was successful.
00:44:59It took a bit, but we got it in place.
00:45:02We got it in place at one piece.
00:45:03That's what matters by the end of the day.
00:45:05We're still early in the day.
00:45:06We'll bring in pipes, pumps, water, and then we will be sluicing by the end of the day.
00:45:18Well?
00:45:18Well, all ready to go.
00:45:20All ready to go?
00:45:21Yeah.
00:45:21Awesome.
00:45:21Perfect.
00:45:22Let's fire the thing up and let's get some gold in the box.
00:45:25Let's do it.
00:45:25What do you think?
00:45:26Yep.
00:45:48Get away, we got this one back up and running.
00:45:51It might be nice to see the other sluice bucks up and going.
00:45:54And we're two on the go, it's looking great.
00:45:57Now we gotta go find a place for the other sluice bucks.
00:46:01Once you see them two wash plants together running, you hear them rocks rattling away?
00:46:06It is the sound of making money to me.
00:46:08Perfect.
00:46:22when you buy equipment that is used you're rolling dice but we need that those are a is a p
00:46:31under pressure to open up his new cut before his pay runs out kevin is turning to the one man
00:46:39who
00:46:39might be able to save his season we're off to choney's i hear he's looking to sell one of his
00:46:44dozers so i'm gonna see what he's asking for it a good deal would be anywhere from half a mil
00:46:52to
00:46:52like one mil depending on how good it is but i'm hoping it's closer to half a mil than anything
00:47:02else that's way more in the price range i can afford
00:47:23hey kevin how's it going not too bad keeping busy over there oh yeah yeah yeah yeah but
00:47:32those is all blown out all right i'm gonna have serious ripping real soon yeah well i just bought
00:47:38another one zero rebuild zero hours so and i thought well it'll buy it but i don't need all
00:47:45these cats so you're gonna have first shot at it if you want to have a look at it definitely
00:47:51could
00:47:51use one i'll be honest d10r that's much newer so you know what the hours on it are or how
00:47:58old the
00:47:58machine is i have no clue i think it is early 2000s the only thing you got is a front
00:48:05idler i mean
00:48:06that'll do the season i mean you know i've seen worse maybe don't mind give it a car up see
00:48:12what you
00:48:12sound good yeah do it
00:48:13all right
00:48:14all right
00:48:33it didn't sound pretty nice
00:48:39i'd probably be foolish not to buy this machine so if the price is reasonable
00:48:46yeah i have to grab it
00:48:54what price we thinking for it i mean what the make me a offer right
00:49:01well it does have the thin tracks like yeah the wine then give me a price
00:49:09hmm
00:49:12450 000 give or take 450
00:49:16i don't know would you drop it down to at least four
00:49:19well if you're quick let's split the difference
00:49:22okay that's four and a quarter okay that would be very much appreciated
00:49:29hey done deal kevin sounds good perfect man
00:49:33yeah it's nice kevin is advancing that far that he can start buying decent equipment
00:49:37i mean if he does that well that is really nice to see
00:49:45i think that dozer is going to be just right
00:49:48hopefully there's no surprises we didn't have the best of luck with tony's gear last year but
00:49:53i think it's going to be a good buy especially at that price
00:49:57honestly it feels pretty good to be buying equipment instead of just borrowing it from tony
00:50:01like my my problems my successes as i like to say
00:50:08six hours after doing the deal kevin has his new d10 dozer back at his yard
00:50:14and ready to get to work
00:50:23hey daler hey kevin the dozer that we bought off of tony the d10r
00:50:28you should be good to go perfect
00:50:35cool
00:50:51kevin's new dozer heads out to the claim to finally start opening up the sphinx cut
00:50:59there's definitely crunch time right now our big pay pile is definitely dwindling down
00:51:05so i gotta get this thing into the cut get her opened up and start ripping some pay
00:51:09so we can start getting another mountain of money going
00:51:15400k there's still a huge chunk of change for the dozer
00:51:18but if you need it you need it
00:51:23nice good to get this down to the cut
00:51:48this pumper right now is what's going to feed monster ed we don't have a pump on monster
00:51:52red we won't get gold 100 miles east rick ness's crew are racing to get gold coming in from vegas
00:52:00valley where a pay pile could deliver over a million dollars first step setting up wash plant
00:52:08monster red obviously the road's gonna be slick it's raining you know you damage a pump on a hole
00:52:13and then next thing you know we're out three months so it's pretty important that we take care of this
00:52:17pump the water pump rick needs to feed water to monster red is at his lightning creek claim now
00:52:25his crew need to haul it eight miles down dirt mining roads to duncan creek ready to head back and
00:52:32start
00:52:32actually getting to work good well let's get to vegas valley all right bailey let jesus take the wheel
00:52:54it's extremely over the moon that we can go back to vegas valley we know the gold's good there so
00:52:59the pump is the last piece of the puzzle to get monster red running and uh could be solution probably
00:53:04in two or three hours it's like the worst section of road right here
00:53:24you gotta be joking
00:53:38it's always something flat tire one of them days five miles from duncan creek bailey has blown a tire
00:53:50delaying rick from getting on vegas valley gold oh bailey what a dip now we're sitting on the side of
00:53:59the road instead of getting to vegas valley and getting the plant set up so it just kind of sucks
00:54:03all right pit stop this get this change and get the show moving let's go got a gun uh yeah
00:54:12teamwork makes dream work
00:54:18we're done nice let's get the out of here
00:54:25tire changed the crew continue on to vegas valley let's unload this thing
00:54:33finally we're here in vegas valley we've got a pile of dirt sitting waiting it's the best dirt we've
00:54:37ever run bringing down the pump that's the last thing we need to get bus right up and running
00:54:42get up fired up and that's it we throw dirt at it we get the gold
00:54:52perfect that'll work everything right now really is riding on that repair of the water line
00:54:56if these guys didn't get on there right then uh you know it won't handle the pressure we'll spring a
00:55:01leak and then we gotta start over that hole we'll be losing here in an hour it's all turned full
00:55:05certain here we had a terrible start but this is where it turns around
00:55:10put everything back together fire up if we got no leaks we roll i like it
00:55:19all right hey ryan you got a copy we are ready just let it run at an idle and then
00:55:23we'll bump it up from
00:55:38here we got water we also have no leaks
00:55:49yeah clamp looks good i think we all feel pretty good up here that we got no leaks let's go
00:55:58here goes kyle first buggy
00:56:06after months of struggles to get his water license rick is finally back running vegas valley pay
00:56:14the best ground he's ever mined rick figured we still had about three to four hundred ounces
00:56:21is sitting here from last year so um it's pretty pretty exciting to finally get this through the
00:56:28plant who knows there might be more we're definitely behind you know we're starting a lot later than we
00:56:34should have on vegas valley we know the gold's good here so we got this pile to run and over
00:56:39there's
00:56:39400 ounces in here it's going to give us a good boost and pay troy off the 100 ounce i
00:56:43owe him
00:56:44everybody's excited to be back and so am i
00:57:04we had some heavy mods done to big red it was resurrected from the dead so now jordan's hauling
00:57:10big red up to the golden mile 100 miles west tyson's on a hustle to get a fourth wash plant
00:57:17sluicing
00:57:19on its way to join sluicever on the double wash plant pad is parker's workhorse big red
00:57:26he wants it running by night shift we need to be as fast as possible at setting stuff up
00:57:34we've gotten sluicever up now we need to get big red set up then it'll really start coming together here
00:57:45yeah man
00:57:49let's hook these things up get this off sorry
00:57:58take your way t yank this thing off here goes nothing
00:58:03a bit more
00:58:19good
00:58:23now we can drag big red in place just gonna get the plant in the sluice runs in and the
00:58:30radio
00:58:30stocker in it's a complicated jigsaw puzzle here we're trying to make happen so make sure we're
00:58:36putting all the right pieces into play when we need them the solid wash plant it's found us a lot
00:58:42of gold
00:58:45there we go i think big red's hungry big red has been bringing in the ounces for over a decade
00:58:57that's it yeah in its glory days it ran up to 180 yards an hour these sluice runs have seen
00:59:05better
00:59:06days walk forward just this light has been eric
00:59:12whoa careful no perfect nice work alec okay i think we got her big red sluice runs are set up
00:59:21let's get sluicing
00:59:27here comes some water
00:59:32let's get her back in action
00:59:38first bucket
00:59:41there she goes
00:59:46plant number four
00:59:48we're on a roll here
00:59:51now we have a fighting chance at reaching 10 000 ounces
00:59:56nearly halfway through his season
00:59:59parker's master plan for a 35 million dollar gold haul is finally going full throttle
01:00:07four wash plants sluicing an incredible 1 000 yards of pay dirt an hour the most parker has ever run
01:00:18it feels really good to have big red going here for sure pretty cool to see the double wash plant
01:00:23set up
01:00:26put the gold in parker's water chest for him here
01:00:51oh
01:00:51it blew a light
01:00:52Oh, f**k.
01:00:56Oh, f**k.
01:01:04Okay, move the line.
01:01:23At the Golden Mile, minutes after firing up, Big Red's main water line has ripped off.
01:01:33Oh, no.
01:01:39Why did this come off?
01:01:41It literally ran Big Red all last year.
01:01:45Yeah, Tyson, you're all good.
01:01:50Nothing to do but to hook it back up and try again, I guess.
01:01:57I'll get a rod, we'll put that in there.
01:02:00I hope that doesn't happen again.
01:02:06So if you want to be certain that water line does not come off anymore,
01:02:11some old welding rods, it's going to be my little makeshift safety
01:02:14to hold this water line together.
01:02:21There.
01:02:22There.
01:02:22That little guy will keep our handle from coming off.
01:02:25Our fancy welding rod here holding it in.
01:02:29With Alex's pin keeping the water line in place,
01:02:33he can now clear out the blocked pre-wash.
01:02:40Everything's back running here, so get some more dirt in here
01:02:43and hopefully keep her going.
01:02:53It's a nice setup.
01:02:58Do you have any big concerns?
01:03:00No.
01:03:04Sorry, you have a lot more reason to be tired than I do.
01:03:09Good job, man.
01:03:10Looks good.
01:03:11Thanks to everybody.
01:03:12Yeah.
01:03:13So much work.
01:03:15Like, you can take a few days.
01:03:17Thanks, man.
01:03:18See you later.
01:03:19See you, dude.
01:03:21Tyson's a bulldog.
01:03:22He's incredibly effective.
01:03:24This has been a big move,
01:03:26and it's just hard to coordinate all of the moving parts.
01:03:30It's nice to have guys that can just get the job done.
01:03:33It's four plants.
01:03:34We're cranking through the dirt, so that's what matters.
01:03:37And we'll see if we can keep up with them.
01:04:02Well, what's your picket, Jeff?
01:04:04She's ready to go.
01:04:06Tony's new wash plant is finally assembled,
01:04:09and he's a step closer to having two wash plants catching gold on Indian River.
01:04:15The last thing is hand you the keys to your new sports car.
01:04:19Good.
01:04:20It's the name.
01:04:20Have you seen it yet?
01:04:21Pretty cool.
01:04:23Find a lot.
01:04:24Find a lot.
01:04:25I like it.
01:04:25We got one up top, two for you.
01:04:27I see.
01:04:27Good, good, good.
01:04:29Nice.
01:04:34I can't wait to see this one going.
01:04:36Like they say, double the gravel, double the gold.
01:04:39Hi.
01:04:47We don't have to go far with it was planned,
01:04:50but the biggest challenge will be getting off that hill.
01:04:53If that has to be solid enough,
01:04:56it's going to be steep,
01:04:58but as long as it's solid and I keep traction,
01:05:00then we should be good on that one.
01:05:03Cousin Mike needs to haul the new plant 650 feet
01:05:08onto a tight double plant pad,
01:05:11avoiding sluice a lot,
01:05:13then turn it 180 degrees.
01:05:31My job is to get this plant in place,
01:05:34do one piece,
01:05:35hook it up,
01:05:36start sluicing,
01:05:37and then keep sluicing.
01:05:53I'm going to keep turning this wasp plant
01:05:57without detesting it.
01:05:58It'll be a perfect turn
01:06:00and it'll end up straight towards the edge
01:06:03and then we'll push it
01:06:05as far to the edge as we want it.
01:06:11And then we can start hooking up pipes.
01:06:24Right in my way.
01:06:26What the?
01:06:31We've got to be careful with that.
01:06:34I almost swung my bucket into the conveyor belt
01:06:37because I didn't realize how close he was getting.
01:06:39I mean, it's pretty chaotic down here.
01:06:49You never want to hit anything
01:06:51doing plant moves.
01:06:52And that would be the biggest up ever.
01:06:57Good.
01:06:58Same place.
01:06:59I think that went very well.
01:07:08The final task to get find-a-lot on the gold
01:07:12is to connect water to the plant.
01:07:21How are you going to sneak it in there?
01:07:28No.
01:07:29It'll never work like that.
01:07:31Sluice-a-lot sits directly in the path
01:07:35of the new water pipe.
01:07:37The way it's sitting right now,
01:07:38we don't have enough room.
01:07:40Damn it!
01:07:53No.
01:07:54It'll never work like that.
01:07:57At Indian River,
01:07:58Tony is racing to get his second wash plant fired up.
01:08:02But he has a problem with connecting find-a-lot
01:08:05to the water line.
01:08:07Come up and do it.
01:08:08We're going to lift it up a bit.
01:08:10And now we'll pull it from the other side.
01:08:12Yeah.
01:08:13That's okay.
01:08:15We've got to lift up Sluice-a-lot.
01:08:17We've got to shut Sluice-a-lot down for a couple minutes.
01:08:20Lift it up.
01:08:21So we want to go through the frame of the wash plant.
01:08:25And then we can fire that plant up.
01:08:41Sluice-a-lot's built-in hydraulic jacks lift the wash plant.
01:08:48Giving Tony a tight gap
01:08:50to slide find-a-lot's new water pipe
01:08:53through the frame.
01:08:56Let's get that cable.
01:08:58Get that cable out of there.
01:09:02Swing it in.
01:09:03Swing thing to hold.
01:09:13This pipe is awesome.
01:09:15Hook it up to the pump.
01:09:16And we should have water.
01:09:29All right, so pipes are hooked up, we got water, we have pay over here, excavator, operator.
01:09:35So we are ready to get some gold.
01:09:39Fire up, let's make some money.
01:09:40Let's get some gold out of that thing.
01:09:42All right.
01:09:43All right, do us plan side by side, let's do this.
01:10:18Anyway, are you nice of them both running?
01:10:21I think so.
01:10:22I think so.
01:10:23I think we should buy one more.
01:10:25Sure.
01:10:26Right, why not?
01:10:27Why not?
01:10:28Why don't you go talk to your auntie?
01:10:30Yeah, I want the wash plant too.
01:10:34Well, it would be nice to see them both run, so the double production, that would be nice.
01:10:41For the first time this season, Tony's running two wash plants at Indian River.
01:10:48And with the gold his claim is delivering this year, it could be a record haul.
01:10:54There's no nicer sight, and I have a couple of sluice plants side by side, just banging away washing gravel.
01:11:01Life is pretty damn good.
01:11:19Ready?
01:11:20Check it out.
01:11:24Well, B, this is where we get gold.
01:11:27After a long week, mechanic Ryan has some welcome visitors, wife Rachel and daughter Brindley.
01:11:35What do you think?
01:11:36I like it.
01:11:37You like it?
01:11:38You want one at home?
01:11:39No.
01:11:40Ah, okay.
01:11:40Too much work.
01:11:41Well, let's go check it out.
01:11:44This is where we get our smaller gold.
01:11:47That little box right there is called the nugget box, and that's where we try to get big pieces of
01:11:52gold.
01:11:53When the plant's shutting down, you'll see the sluice runs basically are just packed full of gold.
01:11:58We'll see if I can find a little bit in here.
01:12:01Doesn't look like much, does it?
01:12:03That's what pays our bills.
01:12:05It's all a little gold in there.
01:12:07Pretty cool, huh?
01:12:08Mm-hmm.
01:12:09Let's put it back in there.
01:12:11You guys want to go inside and get something to drink?
01:12:12Yeah.
01:12:18So, how are things at home?
01:12:21Ah, same old, same old.
01:12:23Every day, I just feel like I'm a single woman back home.
01:12:28You can just do everything just without you, so it sucks.
01:12:32I mean, there's no, like, easy way to put it.
01:12:35You know me, I need the vent to somebody, and I just don't have that.
01:12:38So, it's nice to get up here and see you.
01:12:45You guys do a huge sacrifice for me.
01:12:47Yeah.
01:12:48Yeah, I really appreciate it.
01:12:50Yeah.
01:12:53It's tough.
01:12:54You're letting me live an opportunity, and hopefully I can repay that.
01:12:57Yeah.
01:12:58Yeah.
01:12:59So.
01:13:01What's all this?
01:13:03Hello.
01:13:04Hi.
01:13:05How was your trip?
01:13:06Long.
01:13:06Yeah, it's for you.
01:13:07Very long.
01:13:09We are doing a gold way, though.
01:13:11Are you guys going to come in and check it out?
01:13:12Sure.
01:13:12Come on in.
01:13:15Oh, hey, guys.
01:13:16Hi.
01:13:17Nice to meet you.
01:13:18Hi.
01:13:19Nice to meet you.
01:13:19This is Rachel.
01:13:20Hello.
01:13:21Nice to meet you.
01:13:22We're excited to be here.
01:13:23I don't think we ever invite anybody to our gold ways.
01:13:25Oh, this was new.
01:13:27It's a special, B.
01:13:29Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm happy to be back where we belong here.
01:13:33Vegas Valley, right?
01:13:35Can't wait to see what kind of gold we're going to get.
01:13:37Hopefully it's good.
01:13:37You guys worked hard on it.
01:13:39We've got 40 hours of rent time on it.
01:13:40So this is the first gold way from Vegas Valley.
01:13:42You want to come?
01:13:43Yep.
01:13:44Hey, make sure you say it loud.
01:13:45Kyle, I can't even count.
01:13:46Yeah.
01:13:48Monster Red was running for three days at Vegas Valley.
01:13:53Ready?
01:13:54Get it.
01:13:55To pay Troy Taylor off for Lightning Creek, Rick needs 100 ounces.
01:14:16Worth over $380,000.
01:14:19Nice job, B.
01:14:21Now just go put that in the bedroom.
01:14:26Dude, that's starting to look more like a gold way.
01:14:27We've got more than what we've got all season.
01:14:29Yeah.
01:14:30Fortunately, it's got to all go to Troy.
01:14:32I owe them 100 ounces out of that, and then we own that ground.
01:14:35And good thing we've got more left of that pile.
01:14:37We should be able to do another one of those at least next week, and that's a good start towards
01:14:41our goal.
01:14:41You know what I mean?
01:14:41We've got a lot of dirt to move.
01:14:43A lot of ground to make up.
01:14:44You guys ready for it?
01:14:45Okay.
01:14:47Failure.
01:14:48Cheers.
01:14:49All right.
01:14:49Hopefully the first of many.
01:14:51Yeah.
01:14:52Well, it's good to get the first gold way out of Vegas Valley, but we've got a hell of a
01:14:56lot more to go.
01:14:57So I know everybody's excited.
01:14:58All we've got to do is work for it, and we'll get it.
01:15:15Hello, I come bearing gifts.
01:15:17That takes four people to do that?
01:15:18I'm the only one caring.
01:15:22Anyways, how is it going on in the Indian?
01:15:25Yeah, we've got a new plant down, right, Mike?
01:15:28Yeah, it looks good, and it's nice.
01:15:30It's a nice setup.
01:15:31So, I guess we only got gold from Sluice-A-Lot and Find-A-Lot.
01:15:37Sluice-A-Lot and Find-A-Lot.
01:15:38So far, Tony's one Indian River wash plant has been averaging 300 ounces a week.
01:15:46By adding a new wash plant, he's hoping to double his weekly score.
01:15:51Okay.
01:15:53Okay, let's pour it.
01:15:54Let's do it.
01:15:55First up, Find-A-Lot's two-day run in the new River Cut.
01:16:00All right.
01:16:03Five, ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, oop, eighty-four point-eight-six.
01:16:17Worth almost $300,000.
01:16:21That's not bad.
01:16:24Next, Sluice-A-Lot's gold from three days in the River Cut.
01:16:30It's ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, hundred, hundred-ten, hundred-twenty-four point-eight-two.
01:16:41Worth over $435,000.
01:16:46There's still wrong with us.
01:16:48They can't complain.
01:16:50Finally, Sluice-A-Lot's gold from the last of the pay at the early bird cut.
01:16:57Twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, hundred-twenty, hundred-and-forty, hundred-and-fifty, one-sixty, one-seventy,
01:17:06two-point-four-four.
01:17:07Worth over $600,000.
01:17:11Not bad for an old guy, huh?
01:17:13Yay!
01:17:14And that's three days, so that's not bad.
01:17:16That's not bad at all.
01:17:18All right.
01:17:18So, what does that put you on your season total?
01:17:21Thirty to eighty is halfway his goal with just one planting.
01:17:26Pretty good, isn't it?
01:17:26You might have to up your, uh, your, your goal for the year.
01:17:30I can up my spending, too.
01:17:33Tony's weekly total is worth over $1.3 million, enough to cover the cost of his new wash plant.
01:17:41And now, he's primed to double his gold.
01:17:45I'll take that any time, any day.
01:17:47Well, you keep saying you're taking it, but it's all mine.
01:17:50Duh.
01:17:51See?
01:17:52But I'll spend it.
01:17:53Need help?
01:17:54No.
01:17:55But we can get rid of it together, Mike.
01:17:57No, no, no.
01:17:58No, no.
01:18:00Do it.
01:18:01No, no.
01:18:02No, no.
01:18:12Hey, guys.
01:18:12How's it going?
01:18:13Hey, guys.
01:18:14How you doing?
01:18:14Not too bad.
01:18:15Good, good, good.
01:18:17It's good to see you guys.
01:18:18I haven't been here in a while.
01:18:19Yeah, we just finished the pyramid cut.
01:18:22Good.
01:18:22So, now, Kev went to look for a new cut, named it the Sphinx cut.
01:18:27The what cut?
01:18:28Sphinx.
01:18:29Oh.
01:18:31That dozer that we bought for you worked very well?
01:18:34Well, it's not a bad cut, you see.
01:18:37But anyways, it worked out for you.
01:18:39Oh, yeah.
01:18:40Buying our cut, so.
01:18:41It's right down, actually, in the cut right now, the Sphinx cut clearing out the first top layer.
01:18:46You got some gold this time?
01:18:47Yeah.
01:18:48To pay off Tony's D10 dozer, Kevin and Faith need 120 ounces.
01:18:54But so far, they've averaged just 21 ounces a week.
01:19:00Let's weigh it up.
01:19:0320, 40, 60, 70, 90, 110, 130, 142.
01:19:1612, 42, 142.
01:19:19Worth just under half a million dollars.
01:19:23Biggest gold weight yet this year.
01:19:26So, where are you now with your gold weights?
01:19:28So far, we have roughly around 330 ounces.
01:19:32Hopefully, we can catch up so that we can get to our 2,000 in gold.
01:19:36Better do some digging.
01:19:37And washing.
01:19:39Well, then, we're off.
01:19:40We're out of here.
01:19:42Good luck, guys.
01:19:42See you guys later.
01:19:43See you.
01:19:46Still a long way to 2,000 ounces, but I'm feeling a lot better than I was.
01:19:51Yeah.
01:19:51Though we do have a long way to go, so we should probably get back to her.
01:19:55Allons-y.
01:19:56Yeah.
01:19:56Go find a hotspot for me.
01:19:57I will try.
01:20:11Oh, yeah.
01:20:12Thanks, bud.
01:20:12No worries.
01:20:14Hey, hey.
01:20:15Hi.
01:20:15It's time for Parker's first ever four-plant gold weight.
01:20:21Dude, it sounds like you had a busy week.
01:20:22Two wash plant moves?
01:20:23Yeah.
01:20:24It's a tiring week, man.
01:20:25That's brutal.
01:20:26Cool seeing both of them side by side again.
01:20:29It's nice to have the mayhem contained to one place.
01:20:32Yeah.
01:20:33Yeah.
01:20:34Hopefully, it paid off.
01:20:35We'll work our way to that one.
01:20:37Yeah.
01:20:39Well, Roxanne's performing well.
01:20:41That's good.
01:20:41Takes a big thermos.
01:20:42All right.
01:20:43Let's do it.
01:20:44First up, Roxanne, foreman Mitch's plant that ran for seven days at Ken and Stewart's.
01:20:5180, 140, 180.
01:20:56A 198.3 there.
01:20:59A bunch of nuggets.
01:21:01Chunky ground.
01:21:03Just came out of that thing.
01:21:05No way.
01:21:06Wow.
01:21:08am I good at stripping cuts.
01:21:11So that brings us to a total of 204.2.
01:21:14Wow.
01:21:14Worth over $700,000.
01:21:18Nice.
01:21:19That's sick.
01:21:20That's something.
01:21:21Those are some nice nuggets too, huh?
01:21:23Yeah.
01:21:23Yeah.
01:21:25Because we got Bob here.
01:21:27Big Bob.
01:21:29Next, wash plant Bob, the first of three wash plants under Tyson's charge.
01:21:34Let's see how the bridge cut did.
01:21:3820, 40, 80, 120, 160, 180, 200, 229.65.
01:21:51Worth over $800,000.
01:21:56Nice.
01:21:56Solid.
01:21:58Yeah.
01:21:59We got slucifer.
01:22:00See how it did.
01:22:01Next up, slucifer fired up in its new position in the golden mile three days ago.
01:22:08100, 120, 140, 170, 174.85.
01:22:18Worth nearly $600,000.
01:22:21Sweet.
01:22:23Big Red's first gold of the season.
01:22:25Seems a little light, don't it?
01:22:28Finally, Parker's fourth wash plant resurrected Big Red, which ran pay from the golden mile
01:22:35for just over a day.
01:22:3640, 60, 61.15.
01:22:44Worth $200,000.
01:22:47That's not bad for the short amount of time it was running.
01:22:50Yeah.
01:22:50No.
01:22:51Really not.
01:22:52We've never ran four plants before, so that's cool.
01:22:55Last week, we had 710 and a half ounces.
01:22:59This week, with four wash plants going, we have 669.85.
01:23:05We're halfway through the season, and right now we're at 4,921 and a half ounces.
01:23:12Parker's four wash plants have produced $2.3 million worth of gold in one week.
01:23:19Well, hopefully next week, after they spend more time running and less time getting moved, those numbers will increase.
01:23:26Perfect.
01:23:26Thank you, guys.
01:23:28Yeah, buddy.
01:23:31You know, four plants go in here at Dominion, which is great, and we're halfway to our season goal.
01:23:37But man, am I tired.
01:23:38I need some sleep.
01:23:40Good to close up.
01:23:41We'll be good.
01:23:45variables we'll be at least 1-2-3.
