In the 2005 Lifetime movie Haunting Sarah, identical twins Erica and Heather face tragedy when Heather’s son, David, dies in a car accident. 00:00:00Tweedledum and Tweedledee agreed to have a battle.
00:00:05For Tweedledum said Tweedledee has spoiled his brand new rattle.
00:00:11Just then flew down a monstrous crow as black as a turban.
00:00:27Since the dawn of time, people have been fascinated and a little frightened by identical twins.
00:00:35They are, after all, two halves of the same whole.
00:00:42If one is hurt, does the other feel pain?
00:00:46Can they read each other's minds?
00:00:50Maybe this special bond is only revealed when it's tested.
00:01:04I heard you.
00:01:09Why isly the Whistle

00:01:26The Whistle
00:04:20Hey.
00:04:21Hey, everybody.
00:04:22Hey, who are you supposed to be?
00:04:23I'm a guy who just got in from Atlanta.
00:04:25Oh.
00:04:26Richard's working on a huge deal.
00:04:28He's been traveling a lot.
00:04:29I'm so tired.
00:04:30My body's not worth possessing.
00:04:32Erica, did you tell them about the book?
00:04:35Her agent sold it.
00:04:37Apparently, the publisher, they flipped for it.
00:04:38Is this a new one?
00:04:40Yeah, I'm interviewing sets of identical twins to see if twin mythology had any impact on how they view themselves.
00:04:45All those myths.
00:04:47One twin is good and one twin is evil.
00:04:50Which one are you, Heather?
00:04:52Oh, and you like them now.
00:04:59Last couple of candles, guys.
00:05:03Erica, look at those two.
00:05:05They're more like twins than we ever were.
00:05:08What should we do now, Mommy?
00:05:12I think I just saw some spirits heading this way.
00:05:15Be very, very quiet.
00:05:17Shh, shh, shh, shh.
00:05:19Shh.
00:05:21Oh, oh, oh.
00:05:23Bye.
00:05:24Good job.
00:05:25That's it.
00:05:26Come on, Tara.
00:05:27Let's go see if we can catch them flying away.
00:05:29Okay, let's go.
00:05:30Let's go.
00:05:33What the fuck?
00:05:35What the fuck?
00:05:36Mommy!
00:05:38What is it?
00:05:39We forgot to check all under the ghost and know where David lives.
00:05:45Go, let's go.
00:05:46Yeah, let's go.
00:05:46Go see if the ghost is.
00:05:49Oh, let's see.
00:05:55Mommy.
00:05:57Yeah, sweetie, it's a tummy ache, okay?
00:05:59But it really, really hurts.
00:06:00Well, you know what?
00:06:01Why don't you stay home from school today and rest?
00:06:04Can you stay home with me?
00:06:06I would love to, but I have to go to work.
00:06:08Rosie's going to stay with you, okay?
00:06:10Okay.
00:06:10Okay.
00:06:11Okay.
00:06:12Mommy, where's Robbie?
00:06:13Mommy, I don't know.
00:06:14Where'd you leave him last?
00:06:16My backpack, but he isn't here.
00:06:19Well, maybe you left him at school.
00:06:20I didn't.
00:06:21I lost him.
00:06:22I know I lost him.
00:06:23David, why don't you try your pockets?
00:06:25Good idea.
00:06:30This happens every morning.
00:06:32He's right here.
00:06:34There he is.
00:06:35Robbie!
00:06:36Nice.
00:06:38You're welcome.
00:06:38Let's go.
00:06:39Grab your jacket.
00:06:44Not to state the obvious, but no candy for her today.
00:06:47Oh, you think?
00:06:48Did you call Heather?
00:06:49Oh, shoot.
00:06:50I forgot.
00:06:51I'll call her on the road.
00:06:52All right.
00:06:52Okay.
00:06:53I'm just too late.
00:06:54Give me some light.
00:06:56Bye.
00:06:56I love you.
00:06:57I love you, too.
00:06:58Bye, Rosie.
00:06:59Bye.
00:07:00Bye, Rosie.
00:07:09Hey.
00:07:10Sarah's got a stomachache.
00:07:11I guess Erica forgot to call you.
00:07:13Or she remembered to call, but forgot her cell phone.
00:07:17Tell Sarah the doctor in the family says no more candy.
00:07:20No worries.
00:07:21Nobody's already been hidden.
00:07:24See ya.
00:07:27Why are you here?
00:07:29There had to have been other courses more relevant to your major.
00:07:33Or at least classes that weren't held so early in the morning.
00:07:36But you chose mythology.
00:07:39Or did you?
00:07:42What if there are dark, unknowable forces?
00:07:46Forces that have the power to create and or the power to annihilate.
00:07:53Heaven and earth in the eyes of the ancient Egyptians.
00:07:59Good and evil in the eyes of medieval Europeans.
00:08:06The great hoop of the universe in the eyes of the Navajo.
00:08:10Three disparate cultures with one distinct message.
00:08:17These walls between heaven and earth, good and evil, and life and death, are illusions.
00:08:26And whether we're from Mesopotamia, or modern-day Chicago, we all have the same burning existential questions.
00:08:38All right, let's go.
00:08:41So I'll try to pick you up after school, all right?
00:08:45Hi, guys.
00:08:46Oh, hi.
00:08:47How are you?
00:08:47Good.
00:08:48Where's Sarah?
00:08:51Acute candiditis, which I'm sure I'm going to see a lot of today.
00:08:53Hey, Dr. Lord, my scar's almost gone.
00:08:55You want to see?
00:08:57Why were we born?
00:09:08Why is there suffering?
00:09:35Why is there suffering?
00:09:56Sarah?
00:09:59Dr. Curtis, please report to railroads.
00:10:03Dr. Curtis, please report to...
00:10:56I haven't said anything to Sarah.
00:10:57She fell asleep on your cartoons.
00:11:10Sarah.
00:11:13Hey.
00:11:15Hey, Pumpkin.
00:11:17Hey.
00:11:23I have to tell you something.
00:11:26I know.
00:11:28David's gone away.
00:11:31Who told you?
00:11:33David did.
00:11:35Sweetie, that's not possible.
00:11:37David isn't here anymore.
00:11:39Yes, he is.
00:11:41He's right over there.
00:11:57Sarah, listen to me.
00:12:02David was in a terrible accident today, and he died.
00:12:06I know, silly.
00:12:07You told me in my dream.
00:12:11Can I have a snack?
00:12:29Heather?
00:12:30Heather?
00:12:31What's wrong with her?
00:12:35I don't know.
00:12:36I think she's a little sad.
00:12:37Still?
00:12:39Yeah, honey.
00:12:39Why don't you go play?
00:12:51Heather?
00:13:05I can see myself recording myself.
00:13:08I can see myself recording myself, recording myself,
00:13:17Recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself.
00:13:21I can see myself. I can see myself recording myself.
00:13:26What's going on, Heather?
00:13:27I can't find Robbie.
00:13:30And I can see myself recording myself recording myself.
00:13:32David's toy, I can't find it.
00:13:34And I can see myself recording myself recording myself.
00:13:37I've looked everywhere. I know that they gave it to me the day
00:13:40that I went to the hospital and they gave me the rest of his stuff
00:13:43because he had it that day.
00:13:44Recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself.
00:13:55Hi, I'm David Lord, and I'm going to grow up to be a famous filmmaker.
00:13:58I'm afraid.
00:14:00Eh, a bit too close.
00:14:02I'm afraid of losing the memory of him.
00:14:05Right there should be good.
00:14:08Yeah, because all the way close.
00:14:11I'm hiding in the closet, and no one's ever going to find me.
00:14:22I can see myself recording myself.
00:14:24Here he is, Aunt Heather.
00:14:26Recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself,
00:14:38recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself, recording myself.
00:14:44Can I tell you the secret, Aunt Heather?
00:14:47Of course, Cookie.
00:15:01I win!
00:15:04Yes, I do!
00:15:25Edgar?
00:15:27Edgar?
00:15:47I don't learn the other thing.
00:15:51I'm sorry.
00:15:54I'm sorry.
00:15:57I'm sorry.
00:16:05I'm sorry, Aunt Zhao.
00:16:27I'm not playing anymore.
00:16:30What are you doing, honey?
00:16:32What's this doing open?
00:16:34I opened it.
00:16:35Oh, it's freezing.
00:16:40Quick, come on, get him to bed.
00:16:43Scooch over, I'll get him with you.
00:16:48There.
00:16:51David says paper doesn't wrap rock in heaven,
00:16:55but I think he's cheating.
00:16:57Well, I think you should be sleeping.
00:17:01Night-night.
00:17:02Night-night.
00:17:12Sarah is a very bright little girl.
00:17:14Yes.
00:17:16Sarah and David were very close.
00:17:18More siblings than cousins, really.
00:17:21Yeah, and I'm sure it's nothing,
00:17:23and it was probably just her way of processing David's death,
00:17:30but she talks about David all the time.
00:17:33Which is fine, because we did encourage her to talk about David.
00:17:36I mean...
00:17:36Yeah, but it's how she talks about him.
00:17:38Well, it's like she doesn't really understand that he's dead.
00:17:42I mean, she hasn't cried.
00:17:43Not once.
00:17:44And her crying about this is important to you?
00:17:48Well, it's just...
00:17:52It's not that it's important.
00:17:53I just...
00:17:54I don't know.
00:17:54I mean, she cried when my mother died,
00:17:56so I just kind of thought it was normal.
00:17:59Well, maybe Sarah senses you feel like that,
00:18:01and she's rebelling.
00:18:03It's a very age-appropriate response.
00:18:05At seven, it's all about asserting your independence.
00:18:08So, uh, what do we do?
00:18:12Nothing.
00:18:13She may not be crying, but she's grieving.
00:18:16And she's telling you she needs to do it in her own way.
00:18:20Let her.
00:18:41Is that the accident?
00:18:43No.
00:18:44What is it?
00:18:45I don't know.
00:18:47You doing okay, Sarah?
00:18:49Yeah.
00:18:52Okay, put your supplies away.
00:18:56Today is the first Monday of the month,
00:18:58and that means we have a new class leader.
00:19:01Ben.
00:19:01Yeah!
00:19:03Yeah!
00:19:04Yeah!
00:19:05Yeah!
00:19:05Yeah!
00:19:05Yeah!
00:19:05Yeah!
00:19:06Yeah!
00:19:06Yeah!
00:19:08Yeah!
00:19:08Yeah!
00:19:08Yeah!
00:19:09Yeah!
00:19:09Yeah!
00:19:15Yeah!
00:19:16Good!
00:19:19Good!
00:19:20Good!
00:19:21Yeah!
00:19:24Good!
00:19:26Go!
00:19:27Move, Sarah!
00:19:29David says it's not your turn to be class leader.
00:19:31It's his.
00:19:32David doesn't get a turn.
00:19:33He's dead!
00:19:36Oh!
00:19:51Sir, you don't like Ben?
00:19:55The teacher says you've been acting out in class.
00:19:58She's been, uh, telling the other kids that David isn't really dead.
00:20:01But you know that's not true, right?
00:20:05Edgar.
00:20:06What, they call us out of work in the middle of the day to come and get her?
00:20:08They say I should talk with her and talk with her.
00:20:09Can we just do this when we get home?
00:20:35Why are we taking the bridge?
00:20:37What are you talking about? We always take the bridge.
00:20:42During that, David told me...
00:20:44No, David doesn't tell you things. No, I just don't want her to talk about David, okay?
00:20:52Buddy?
00:20:52No, I mean it. Sarah, no more David, okay? This has gone far enough.
00:20:58I don't think that your mommy and I have done a very good job.
00:21:00We can't get her on the bridge. We can't. I... I have to go to the bathroom.
00:21:03Well, you're almost home, so...
00:21:05I can't wait!
00:21:06Yes, you can. It's ten minutes.
00:21:08We can't. I have to go to the bathroom. Please, mommy!
00:21:12Sarah! I could just pull over. We'll find a gas station or something.
00:21:31I can't wait!
00:21:49Okay.
00:21:50Did you put your homework in your folder?
00:21:51Yeah.
00:21:56Did you draw this?
00:21:58Yeah, but it was David's idea.
00:22:00He told me what to draw.
00:22:06Sarah, listen to me.
00:22:08We're not going to talk about David like that anymore, okay?
00:22:10And we're not going to save a spot for him at the table
00:22:12or put out cereal anymore, alright?
00:22:13Yeah.
00:22:14Okay.
00:22:16Can you get a pack up?
00:22:18Sure.
00:22:19Thanks.
00:22:24Okay, Miss Thing.
00:22:26Let's get going.
00:22:33Hey, hang on a second.
00:22:34What happened to your neck?
00:22:36Did you bump into something?
00:22:37No.
00:23:06We're going to get a pack up, Daddy.
00:23:09Yeah.
00:23:09I am going to try.
00:23:10Alright?
00:23:10Yeah.
00:23:11We're all going to get a pack up.
00:23:12Yeah.
00:23:13We're going to get a pack up with you, Daddy.
00:23:15Hey, they do have, uh, stores up near the cabin, you know that, right?
00:23:19All right, smarty parents, they're for the car.
00:23:25Yes, you're right.
00:23:26Yes, you too.
00:23:32Hey, come on, we agree this is the best thing for Sarah, right?
00:23:36Getting her out of the city, away from all the reminders of David.
00:23:40It's gonna do wonders for her, okay?
00:23:43I love you.
00:23:45Heather, we can always try another specialist.
00:24:04Come on, Heather.
00:24:12When are we gonna get there?
00:24:16Oh, we'll be there soon.
00:24:17I will be there.
00:24:19We'll be there soon.
00:24:46Nobody wants to hear questions.
00:24:53Let's go.
00:25:35I don't think anyone's been here since last summer.
00:25:39Oh, well.
00:25:40Sarah and I are going to give this place a good, clean tomorrow.
00:25:58Mommy?
00:26:00What's wrong?
00:26:01This place reminds me of my mom.
00:26:05It was her favorite place in the whole world.
00:26:08Come here.
00:26:15Do you miss her?
00:26:18Sure.
00:26:22She misses you, too.
00:26:35I'm tired.
00:26:36I don't feel like swimming.
00:26:38Honey, you're going to love it once you get in.
00:26:40How come you weren't coming in, then?
00:26:42Because I'm a mommy, and mommy's like it nice and warm.
00:26:45Mm-mm.
00:26:46Don't look at me.
00:26:47I'm a mommy, too.
00:26:49Is Aunt Heather still a mommy?
00:26:54Sarah?
00:26:55Maybe she could come in with me.
00:27:01Can one more join the party?
00:27:04Hi, Aunt Heather.
00:27:06Hey.
00:27:11Hey.
00:27:21Hey, Aunt Heather.
00:27:22Look at me.
00:27:23Watch this.
00:27:25Woo-hoo!
00:27:28Wow.
00:27:29That was great.
00:27:30Heather, what are the chances of having a more child?
00:27:32Not enough viable eggs.
00:27:34Justify in vitro is kind of how the doctor put it.
00:27:36You can always try again, right?
00:27:39Yeah, I just...
00:27:42I don't know if I can handle another loss right now.
00:27:44I told Richard that I needed some more time, and Janet's going to cover my practice
00:27:48for me for the summer.
00:27:49Well, I'm glad you're here.
00:27:51Hey, Aunt Heather.
00:27:52Did you see that one?
00:27:54Oh, Cookie, I missed it.
00:27:55Do it again.
00:28:03You know, I blamed you at first.
00:28:06I kept thinking that if you had called me that morning, I wouldn't have come by your
00:28:09house.
00:28:11We would have gotten to David's school sooner.
00:28:13I know.
00:28:14I know you know.
00:28:15It's just it's kind of been sitting there between us, so I thought I'd put it out there.
00:28:20You know, so I can move on.
00:28:31I'm happy I'm here.
00:28:33Me too.
00:28:37You seen Sarah?
00:28:40Sarah?
00:28:42Sarah!
00:28:44Sarah, do you see her?
00:28:47Sarah! Sarah! Sarah!
00:28:53Sarah!
00:28:58Here I am.
00:29:01What are you doing? Playing hide and seek.
00:29:05Oh, baby, don't do that. You scared me. Don't do that.
00:29:15It's almost a thing. You know you shouldn't scare your mama like that, right?
00:29:20It was fun. No, it didn't sound like any kind of fun to me.
00:29:23That's because you're mean. Oh, you think so?
00:29:27Or is that what he thinks?
00:29:31I thought so.
00:29:37Protect this child.
00:29:42Look. I made you
00:29:44friendship bracelet.
00:29:47He's my friend.
00:29:50No, he isn't, baby.
00:29:52He really, really isn't.
00:29:59Night-night now.
00:30:01Night-night.
00:30:33Hey.
00:30:35She down?
00:30:36Yeah.
00:30:38We're really gonna have to watch her up here.
00:30:41Not just in the water, I mean all the time.
00:30:43She's been wandering off alone.
00:30:46Yeah, you notice she's still got those bruises on her shoulders.
00:30:49Yeah.
00:30:52Erica, have you ever heard of hands?
00:30:55Like a voodoo hand?
00:30:59Oh, come on, Rosie.
00:31:01Spirits looking to cross back over.
00:31:03Grab onto the neck of a living person
00:31:05and they won't let go.
00:31:06I know what it is.
00:31:08I teach this stuff, remember?
00:31:11David always was stubborn, had to have his own way.
00:31:15It's not that hard to believe he can't accept he's dead.
00:31:18Or she simply just bumped into something.
00:31:21She's a kid.
00:31:22Do kids draw pictures of car crashes that haven't happened yet?
00:31:26Her therapist thought it was perfectly normal
00:31:28considering what she's going through.
00:31:30He's talking to her, Erica.
00:31:31Oh.
00:31:32I mean, how else does she know the details, the truck?
00:31:34He's showing off for her, letting her know he can see the future.
00:31:38Oh.
00:31:39So David's ghost is a psychic now, too, huh?
00:31:43Look me in the eye, Erica, and tell me that drawing didn't spoke you.
00:31:47It didn't spoke me.
00:31:50It made me sad, Rosie.
00:31:53She used to draw happy pictures.
00:31:56Okay.
00:31:57Okay.
00:31:58Now, maybe I'm a little out of line here,
00:32:00but I thought the whole point of coming up here
00:32:02was to keep her away from things that might remind her of David.
00:32:07Are you referring to Heather?
00:32:11Maybe her leaving her job was good for her,
00:32:13but is it good for Sarah?
00:32:15You are out of line now.
00:32:18Hey.
00:32:20Hey.
00:32:24How was your run?
00:32:26It was good.
00:32:27Thanks.
00:32:27Good.
00:32:36Mommy!
00:32:37Mommy!
00:32:39Mommy!
00:32:40Mommy!
00:32:41What is it?
00:32:42What is it?
00:32:43Sarah?
00:32:44Honey?
00:32:45Oh, my God.
00:32:46Rosie's the bracelet.
00:32:48I can't get it off.
00:32:49Her wrist is too swollen.
00:32:51Heather, get the scissors out of the medicine cabinet.
00:32:53No.
00:32:54Rosie gave it to me.
00:32:55She must be allergic.
00:32:56What's it made of?
00:32:57Just leather with some herbs braided in.
00:32:59Please, Mommy, don't cut it off.
00:33:01Baby, I have to.
00:33:02It's hurting your wrist, okay?
00:33:03No, Rosie said I needed it to protect me.
00:33:06It's okay, baby.
00:33:07I'll protect you.
00:33:08I'll protect you.
00:33:09I got it.
00:33:21Erica washed off with soap and water
00:33:22and give her an antihistamine for the swelling.
00:33:25Oh, that's enough excitement for one night.
00:33:28I'm going to go close the windows on the rest of the house, okay?
00:33:30Okay.
00:33:35Oh, I gave her the antihistamine.
00:33:38Oh, she's finally asleep.
00:33:42I love Rosie.
00:33:43You know I do.
00:33:45She's like a member of the family,
00:33:46but her beliefs might not be the best thing for Sarah.
00:33:50It was a friendship bracelet.
00:33:52With protective powers?
00:33:54It was just a game.
00:33:56You know, David's death affected all of us, including Rosie.
00:33:59And she's teaching Sarah to be afraid.
00:34:02Is that what you want?
00:34:04Just think about it, Erica.
00:34:13Maybe this would be a good time for her to take a break.
00:34:15Heather, I have to finish this draft.
00:34:17I haven't published anything in two years.
00:34:19Well, so let me help out.
00:34:21What else am I going to do up here?
00:34:25Maybe you're right.
00:34:28I'll talk to her in the morning.
00:34:31I think I saw her light on.
00:34:34She's probably still awake.
00:35:03Come in.
00:35:06Hi.
00:35:12Rosie, I think maybe now would be a good time
00:35:15for you to go see your kids.
00:35:16Stop raining.
00:35:17Yeah.
00:35:18Look at the lake.
00:35:20Reminds me of my grandmother's house in Barberos.
00:35:22During hurricane season, always be real still
00:35:25in the eye of the storm.
00:35:26Just beautiful.
00:35:28Next thing you know, it would be tearing your house down.
00:35:32So what do you think?
00:35:33I think David's up to something.
00:35:35I don't know what, but he's got a plan,
00:35:37and Sarah's a part of it.
00:35:38David is dead.
00:35:39And it's not doing anyone any good talking about him
00:35:42as if he's still alive, especially not for Sarah.
00:35:45Now, I respect your beliefs.
00:35:47I do.
00:35:47Erica, we're so far beyond respecting beliefs here.
00:35:51The longer he's caught between worlds,
00:35:53the angrier he's going to get.
00:35:54Rosie, stop it.
00:35:55Look, I think we could all use a break for one another.
00:35:59At least for the summer, and then come September,
00:36:01we can reassess.
00:36:05There's a bus back to the city first thing in the morning,
00:36:07and I think it would be best for Sarah
00:36:09if you left before she woke up.
00:36:11Heather will take you in the morning.
00:36:37What's going on, Rosie?
00:36:39She didn't tell you.
00:36:41No.
00:36:44You know I love that little girl, right?
00:36:46Of course.
00:36:48Do me this favor.
00:36:50Take the bracelet,
00:36:52put it under Sarah's mattress.
00:36:54Erica doesn't need to know.
00:36:59Sure.
00:37:03Sure.
00:37:06Rosie, don't worry about it.
00:37:08This will all blow over in a couple of days.
00:37:09Come on, you know the way Erica is.
00:37:12In the meantime, I'll work on her,
00:37:14and I'm sure I can turn this all around, okay?
00:37:17Okay, everybody on.
00:37:19We'll get him back to the bed.
00:37:28Come on now.
00:37:29Hello.
00:37:49Come on.
00:37:51We have another one.
00:37:53Who knows?
00:37:53Who knows?
00:37:58He just told that he was prepare for breakfast.
00:38:11Sarah.
00:38:16Sarah.
00:38:19Erica, we're in here.
00:38:22Hey.
00:38:25Hey.
00:38:27Sarah couldn't sleep.
00:38:29You could have woken me out.
00:38:30No, I don't mind.
00:38:32I have been a light sleeper myself lately.
00:38:41Can I see?
00:38:45We're going to build a dollhouse.
00:38:54This is great.
00:39:01The man said the widow's in the back.
00:39:04It is nice to see her excited about something.
00:39:06She's been so lethargic.
00:39:07Yeah, who knows?
00:39:09Maybe we have an architect in the family.
00:39:11Yeah, well, we could use one.
00:39:13Edgar met with a real estate agent, and basically there is nothing in our price range.
00:39:18Don't worry.
00:39:18You'll find something.
00:39:19Yeah, well, we have to.
00:39:21We've outgrown our apartment.
00:39:22We need more space.
00:39:23Yeah, well.
00:39:24Space is overrated.
00:39:26Yeah, says the woman who lives in a huge house.
00:39:30Okay, I'll look at the paint.
00:39:34I hear someone needs wood for a dollhouse.
00:39:37That's right.
00:39:39When you two smile, you look just like twins.
00:39:44I tend to go one way, and Jalene goes the other way.
00:39:47It's hard to say if that's something that we just like those styles and those particular things,
00:39:52just because of who we are,
00:39:54or if it's purely based on the facts that we want to try and run the opposite ways
00:39:58to be more of an individual.
00:40:00Yeah, I agree with that.
00:40:02Yeah, I've almost finished transcribing the 20-year years.
00:40:04Hey, that was fast.
00:40:06Yeah, Heather and Sarah are so intent on this dollhouse,
00:40:09I can barely talk them into taking a swim.
00:40:11Yeah, no partners to your procrastination, huh?
00:40:13Nope.
00:40:16Honey, I'm kind of lonely up here.
00:40:18I miss you.
00:40:18Hey, I miss you, too, but it sounds like you're doing great.
00:40:20And the realtor's still looking for us.
00:40:23How's Heather?
00:40:24Hey, we're running into town to get some stronger glue.
00:40:26Our walls are falling down.
00:40:28Hang on.
00:40:28Why don't you have her stay here with me?
00:40:30Well, she's already in the car.
00:40:34Good.
00:40:35Yeah, Heather's good.
00:41:05What are you doing?
00:41:07Hey, look, I'm helping.
00:41:08I got the walls to stay up.
00:41:09No, you've ruined it.
00:41:10That's not how they go.
00:41:12Don't take that tone with me.
00:41:13Take them down now!
00:41:18Sarah?
00:41:19What are you doing?
00:41:19Sarah?
00:41:20Stop it.
00:41:20Sarah, what are you doing?
00:41:21Stop it.
00:41:22Listen to me.
00:41:22Come here.
00:41:23Give that to me.
00:41:24If this can't be fun for everyone,
00:41:25then maybe we shouldn't do it.
00:41:27I have to do it.
00:41:28I'm making it for David.
00:41:29Sarah!
00:41:30Sarah!
00:41:32Hey, hey, what's wrong?
00:41:33What's wrong?
00:41:34I told her we were making it for David.
00:41:41Isn't that a sweet idea?
00:41:43Let's go inside.
00:41:58I told your mom that you wanted to make a memorial for him.
00:42:02What's a memorial?
00:42:04It's like a statue that people make for someone who's dead.
00:42:07She believes me, but we have to be more careful.
00:42:11Why can't we just tell her?
00:42:12We will.
00:42:13Just not yet.
00:42:15She's not ready to hear it.
00:42:53Here I am.
00:43:11Look at us!
00:43:12When we smile, we look just like twins.
00:43:17Look at us!
00:43:19When we smile, we look just like twins.
00:43:23We look like twins.
00:43:28Mommy, wake up!
00:43:31Mommy, wake up!
00:43:33Mommy, what is it? What's wrong?
00:43:35Where's Aunt Heather?
00:43:36It's not Aunt Heather. It's the baby.
00:43:39What baby?
00:43:44There's something wrong with the baby.
00:44:03How many weeks pregnant?
00:44:05From the look of this, I'd say about 12 weeks.
00:44:09The bleeding is due to a small separation on the uterine wall here.
00:44:14These things usually resolve themselves, but we'll want to keep an eye on it.
00:44:19Bed rest for three weeks.
00:44:21Then we'll do another sonogram and see where we're at.
00:44:29The doctor said I have to stay in bed for at least three weeks.
00:44:33So you had no idea that you were pregnant?
00:44:37I've used my period before.
00:44:39We hadn't officially started touring.
00:44:41Well, I guess no one told the baby that, so that's it.
00:44:49Honey, how'd Sarah know?
00:44:52Oh, she must have known what you're thinking about it.
00:44:54She was a pretty intuitive kid.
00:44:56No, I mean, she knew that there was something wrong, honey.
00:44:58But even before I even stood up, she knew.
00:45:00Hey, who cares how she knew?
00:45:03The important thing is this is good news, right?
00:45:09Hello?
00:45:13Hello?
00:45:14Hello?
00:45:15It's your daddy.
00:45:16Hey there.
00:45:19Don't kill me.
00:45:19All right, let's see what we got going on.
00:45:27Come in.
00:45:31Wow, honey, that looks amazing.
00:45:35Go on, Cookie.
00:45:38Did you make that by yourself?
00:45:41No.
00:45:41I can't either help you.
00:45:44You want to share it?
00:45:45I'm not really hungry right now.
00:45:49So why do you have to eat something?
00:45:51You're getting too skinny.
00:45:53Oh, don't worry about it.
00:45:55She already ate.
00:45:55I made her pancakes.
00:45:57We've been up for hours.
00:46:01Why don't you keep your mommy company while she eats?
00:46:04It's okay.
00:46:08It's okay.
00:46:10Go ahead.
00:46:11Go play.
00:46:13Good job.
00:46:15Cookie.
00:46:19I feel like she's slipping away from me.
00:46:22I can't tell you how many of my patients tell me that when they're pregnant with number two.
00:46:27It's just a natural pulling away.
00:46:29Yeah, when I'm not pulling away, she is.
00:46:31You're all she talks about.
00:46:33Really?
00:46:34Really.
00:46:35You and the baby.
00:46:42Why don't you guys bring the dollhouse up here?
00:46:44That way I can help too.
00:46:47That's a great idea.
00:46:50You know, it's really heavy.
00:46:52I don't know if we can lift it.
00:46:55But maybe if we took it apart, we could bring it up in pieces.
00:47:00No.
00:47:01No, don't do that.
00:47:02You sure?
00:47:07Yeah.
00:47:30No, we won't waste it.
00:47:32It's OK.blit
00:47:33real arms. It's
00:47:33going to be sick. Come here.
00:47:43It's okay.
00:47:44It's for my
00:47:44time.
00:47:45Oh, my God.
00:48:17Erica, are you trying to lose this baby?
00:48:20Well, I would just...
00:48:22No, get upstairs.
00:48:24Now.
00:48:38Erica has been acting very strange.
00:48:41She's scared and she's lonely and you guys are having all this fun decorating the dollhouse.
00:48:45I know, you know, I've tried to include her.
00:48:48We even brought the wallpaper swatches up for her to look at.
00:48:50She's just, I don't know, she just didn't seem that into it.
00:48:53Come on, you know, Erica, interior decorating isn't exactly her forte.
00:48:57Come on.
00:48:59Piles of books and papers can be very chic.
00:49:02Yeah.
00:49:03Yeah, for a dorm room.
00:49:07And we'll be in the office and just be like, stop that, stop that, Jaleen, stop it.
00:49:11And she's like, catfights or anything.
00:49:12It's just so late.
00:49:13Just, I don't know.
00:49:15Exactly.
00:49:15Sarah.
00:49:16I don't ever get into, like, catfights or anything like that.
00:49:20Hey, I've got a surprise for you.
00:49:24I made something for your dollhouse.
00:49:27Look, I took an old yogurt container and then I put this felt on there for a tablecloth.
00:49:31And if you give me some toothpicks, maybe I can put little chairs around it.
00:49:35Okay.
00:49:36Can I get it?
00:49:38Come here.
00:49:40Come cuddle just a little bit with me, okay?
00:49:42I can't.
00:49:42And Heather's waiting.
00:49:43Fine.
00:49:45Go.
00:49:47Bye.
00:50:09No.
00:50:10No, it's what we talked about.
00:50:12No, no.
00:50:14No, what'd she want?
00:50:16Just to give me this.
00:50:17Well, you shouldn't have gone by there.
00:50:18You didn't tell her, did you?
00:50:20No.
00:50:22Good girl.
00:50:24Sarah.
00:50:24Don't come in.
00:50:29What are you guys doing?
00:50:31Nothing.
00:50:37Heather.
00:50:38Heather, open up the door.
00:50:39This was supposed to be our vacation.
00:50:43Heather, look, you can't just come up here and take over.
00:50:46But Mommy.
00:50:47It's okay, Cookie.
00:50:48Her name is not Cookie.
00:50:50It's Sarah and you're not her mother.
00:50:52Open up this door.
00:50:53Heather, open.
00:50:55What are you guys doing?
00:50:56She ruined it.
00:50:58It's okay.
00:50:58Jeez, Erica, we were trying to surprise you.
00:51:01We managed to get it upstairs.
00:51:03What are you talking about?
00:51:11Oh, my God.
00:51:15That's amazing.
00:51:17No wonder you guys have been so busy.
00:51:20You want to show me?
00:51:23Wow.
00:51:26Oh, sweetie, I'm sorry I ruined the surprise.
00:51:29It has fireplaces.
00:51:31Oh, yeah?
00:51:36Wow.
00:51:51Here, look at this.
00:51:53You have to be careful.
00:51:54I'll lift right, yeah, right there.
00:51:58Huh?
00:51:59Huh?
00:52:00Huh?
00:52:02Huh?
00:52:03Huh?
00:52:03Huh?
00:52:04Huh?
00:52:04Huh?
00:52:05Huh?
00:52:05Huh?
00:52:08I'm sorry.
00:52:10It's fine.
00:52:13It's great, honey.
00:52:15Wow.
00:52:17Good news.
00:52:20Looks like the rupture has healed itself.
00:52:26Baby looks good.
00:52:28Oh, thank God.
00:52:28Does that mean I can get out of bed?
00:52:30Well, I wouldn't run any marathons, but, uh, sure.
00:52:33Resume normal activity.
00:52:36Can you tell the sex of the baby?
00:52:38I don't want to know.
00:52:39Even if you wanted to, the way this little one is turned, I can't tell.
00:52:45All I can really see is the face.
00:53:05I'm just, uh, I'm just, uh, I'm really happy for her.
00:53:13I'm just, uh, I'm just, uh, I'm really happy for her.
00:53:17You want to know so much?
00:53:33Hello?
00:53:35Edgar?
00:53:36Oh, my god.
00:53:37Daddy's here.
00:53:38Here's a surprise.
00:53:39What do you mean?
00:53:41You'll see.
00:53:42Hey!
00:53:51Edgar, where are we going?
00:53:52Honey, you're gonna love this, I swear.
00:54:10I called the agent and apparently it had just fallen out of escrow.
00:54:16It's perfect, huh?
00:54:17And the price, I mean the price is, I mean, it's perfect.
00:54:32I, uh, put an offer on it.
00:54:36What?
00:54:39I just, I just didn't want to wait for someone to swoop in and take it.
00:54:42Can we get out of it if it doesn't...
00:54:43No, no, it's perfect.
00:54:44Come here, look at this.
00:54:47Look at that one.
00:54:54It's perfect.
00:54:54Come here, look at this.
00:54:55It's perfect.
00:55:11Oh, you think a fire like that would give up a little heat.
00:55:15Freezing.
00:55:16Okay.
00:55:17Well, let's, uh, let's put another log on.
00:55:20Let's get this thing going then.
00:55:22Hey.
00:55:24You wanna come help me get some wood?
00:55:26Oh, thanks.
00:55:34Honey, eat your dinner, please.
00:55:36Not really hungry.
00:55:37I don't care.
00:55:38I want you to eat something.
00:55:41Don't feel so out.
00:55:43You know what?
00:55:43Then you can be excused.
00:55:55Where'd she go?
00:55:57She doesn't feel well again.
00:56:00She went to bed.
00:56:03You know a year ago she would have had a total fit?
00:56:07I don't understand.
00:56:10She's not eating.
00:56:11She's not sleeping.
00:56:12She hasn't made any new friends at the school.
00:56:14Okay, let's just eat, okay?
00:56:16Let's just not analyze Sarah tonight, all right?
00:56:19I can't stay here.
00:56:21Look.
00:56:23We agreed.
00:56:24We're just gonna give it some time, right?
00:56:26Yeah, I've given it time.
00:56:27Okay, look, we've been through this.
00:56:28The house was listed all summer.
00:56:30There was a big ad.
00:56:31There was pictures.
00:56:32There was a floor plan.
00:56:33Where?
00:56:35Where could she have seen it?
00:56:36It's not like we get the paper delivered to the cabin.
00:56:38I don't know.
00:56:38She probably saw it in town.
00:56:40I don't know.
00:56:40All right, let's say she did see it.
00:56:42How do you explain that you bought the exact same house?
00:56:45It is not the same house.
00:56:48Edgar, look at it.
00:56:50Look at the floor in the kitchen, the fireplace, the porch.
00:56:53It's exactly the same.
00:56:54All right, so why can't that be a good sign?
00:57:00You don't get it.
00:57:15Grandma, if you let the rain
00:57:15Come at him.
00:57:19You don't get it.
00:57:20People talking.
00:57:20Well, don't just eat thekich orang baby out.
00:57:29That's she trying to act out дома
00:57:29Wow, I don't get it.
00:57:33Maybe we're trying to eat enough.
00:57:33These are hanging out.
00:57:33We don't eat with the pulse.
00:57:33We have a addicted machine
00:57:33This belt originally said to be the hypocrisy in here.
00:57:34We don't think.
00:58:01He won't let me stop playing.
00:58:17And what would happen if you stopped playing?
00:58:20He would be alone.
00:58:22His mommy doesn't play with him anymore.
00:58:26Why doesn't she play with him?
00:58:29Because my mommy won't let me see my Aunt Heather.
00:58:34Does that make David sad?
00:58:37Can he tell her that?
00:58:39He tries to, but she can't hear him.
00:58:53Those bruises must hurt.
00:58:56How'd that happen?
00:58:57I'm not supposed to talk about it.
00:59:03There is nothing physically wrong with her.
00:59:05They have done every kind of test and they have all come back normal.
00:59:08So you've been to the doctor a lot?
00:59:11Yes, constantly.
00:59:13She's lost five pounds.
00:59:14She has no energy, no appetite.
00:59:16Their attitude is if nothing comes back in the lab test, well then it's just all in my head.
00:59:21Sarah says she misses her Aunt Heather.
00:59:25Yeah, we haven't seen her since we got back from the lake.
00:59:28Tell me about your relationship with Heather.
00:59:35Why?
00:59:37Well, I know you two are identical twins.
00:59:39Tell me about that.
00:59:40How is it relevant?
00:59:42Does it bother you to talk about Heather?
00:59:45No, I just...
00:59:47Because you seem bothered.
00:59:48Are you aware that your entire body language changed when I mentioned her name?
01:00:03Let's go inside.
01:00:05Here, give it up.
01:00:09The bruises can show me.
01:00:12The atmosphere that she fired her nanny moved Sarah to a new school?
01:00:15It's classic Ron Munchausen's.
01:00:18Isolating Sarah while she appeals to medical professionals for attention.
01:00:22Honestly, Heather, I'm seriously considering contacting social services.
01:00:26But I wanted to talk to you first.
01:00:32Come on.
01:00:34Let's go.
01:00:38Sarah, go upstairs.
01:00:40Why?
01:00:42Now, go.
01:00:44Heather, get out of my house.
01:00:48Erica, we're very worried about you.
01:00:49Get out of my house.
01:00:51What were you doing talking to Dr. Koenig?
01:00:52Dr. Koenig called me.
01:00:54Why?
01:00:54Why is she calling you?
01:00:55Sarah is my daughter.
01:00:56Honey, honey, relax, okay?
01:00:59Dr. Koenig thinks that you're hurting Sarah.
01:01:01What?
01:01:04Oh, come on.
01:01:05What, you think I'm here beating my daughter while you're at work?
01:01:08No.
01:01:08No, of course not.
01:01:09Well, then get her out of the house so that we can deal with our daughter's problems privately.
01:01:14Look, I told Dr. Koenig not to call social services and she won't as a courtesy to me.
01:01:19Oh, as a courtesy to you?
01:01:21Do you think this is all about you?
01:01:22I told her that I would examine Sarah.
01:01:24The hell you will.
01:01:25Look, Erica, can we, can we just sit down and discuss this?
01:01:29Come here.
01:01:29Because I'm gonna have to call Dr. Koenig myself and I don't-
01:01:32Oh, well, you know what, okay, let's call social services right now and we'll tell them the truth.
01:01:34That you think I'm pregnant with the reincarnation of your dead son.
01:01:37Oh, but you know what?
01:01:38Who's gonna believe crazy hormonal Erica?
01:01:40Honey, honey, honey.
01:01:40No, no, don't you see what she is doing?
01:01:43She is trying to push me out so that she-
01:01:45No, don't touch me.
01:01:45Get away from me.
01:01:46All right, okay, okay.
01:01:49Look, how about this?
01:01:51Let me at least just talk to Sarah.
01:01:54If I have my way, you will never see her again.
01:01:56Now get out.
01:02:00Yes, go.
01:02:04I'll call you.
01:02:08I'll call you.
01:02:10I have to wait.
01:02:11Aren't you?
01:02:17I'll call you.
01:02:18I will.
01:02:19Go to you.
01:02:22See you.
01:02:24The Wroong.
01:02:25Bye.
01:02:25Bye.
01:02:25Bye.
01:02:30Bye.
01:02:52Honey, let me see your neck.
01:02:57Honey, how'd you get those?
01:02:59I'm not sure.
01:03:01Do they hurt?
01:03:02I'll help it.
01:03:03I'm really worried about you.
01:03:06Can you tell me what's wrong?
01:03:09No.
01:03:09Do you know what's wrong?
01:03:12Sweetie, I wish you could tell me.
01:03:14Are you afraid?
01:03:16Is it David?
01:03:17Is he telling you something that's scaring you?
01:03:42How'd you get here?
01:03:45Come on.
01:03:57You shouldn't have done that.
01:03:59What is it?
01:03:59What is it?
01:05:16Where's my daughter?
01:05:17I don't understand.
01:05:19Sarah, where is she?
01:05:21Last I saw, she was with you.
01:05:23What are you talking about?
01:05:27You signed her out 20 minutes ago.
01:05:29There?
01:05:30See?
01:05:32Oh, my God.
01:05:42Heather!
01:05:45Sarah!
01:05:49Heather!
01:05:51Heather!
01:05:52Though you understand...
01:05:54Oh!
01:06:04All right.
01:06:05Oh!
01:06:06Oh!
01:06:06Oh!
01:06:06Oh!
01:06:07Oh!
01:06:07Oh!
01:06:08Oh!
01:06:09Oh!
01:06:10Oh!
01:06:11Oh!
01:06:11Oh!
01:06:12Oh!
01:06:12Oh!
01:06:13Let's go.
01:06:46I'm going to play with you.
01:06:48My daughter's in there.
01:06:52I'm sorry. You can't go back there.
01:06:53Why are you mad, David?
01:06:55I'm sick of waiting. I want to be born now!
01:06:59Now! Now!
01:07:00Sarah!
01:07:03Move! Get out of my way!
01:07:04Sarah!
01:07:06Now! Now! Now!
01:07:08Sarah!
01:07:09Now! Now! Now!
01:07:11Heather, pick him up.
01:07:13Now! Now! Now!
01:07:15Oh, my God.
01:07:18Now! Now!
01:07:19Now! Now! Now!
01:07:22Stay away from me, you bitch.
01:07:24You're not my mother.
01:07:27I love you. Let go of me.
01:07:30Let go of my God.
01:07:30Sarah, if she's with me, maybe I'll keep her.
01:07:33Maybe we'll both play hide and seek.
01:07:36Let go of me.
01:07:38Come on! Come on!
01:07:39Sarah!
01:07:42Oh, God.
01:07:43Oh, my God.
01:07:51What did you do to her?
01:07:52I thought if I could talk to David,
01:07:53then it would be okay.
01:07:55Look, you would have done the same thing in my position.
01:07:59Come here. Come here, baby.
01:08:01Get her back. Get her back now!
01:08:02David, it's time for Sarah to come back.
01:08:07She doesn't belong there with you.
01:08:09I don't care.
01:08:13Three, two, one.
01:08:22Mommy, I'm tired.
01:08:24It's okay. It's okay. Come on.
01:08:26I'm going to take you home.
01:08:27Get out of my way.
01:08:27Move!
01:08:29Come on.
01:08:37Where will you go?
01:08:38I don't know. Anywhere. Just not here.
01:08:40Look, I promise you. I had no idea.
01:08:42Don't lie to me. You're on her side.
01:08:44Erica, please. Look, she is in bed.
01:08:46She is so tired. Just let her sleep.
01:08:48I can't be around you.
01:08:49I can't be around any of you.
01:08:52Okay, then I'll go.
01:08:55If that's what it takes, you can stay here.
01:08:58I will go. I'll stay in a motel.
01:09:15Hey. Hey.
01:09:24Come on.
01:09:34Let's get to work.
01:09:38That boy's been walking skin close to her since the day he passed.
01:09:42Just waiting.
01:09:44Feeding off her.
01:09:45Biding his time till he can be reborn.
01:09:48This baby is not David.
01:09:50Not yet.
01:09:51His spurt can't come into a child till after it's born.
01:09:54Which is why he's hanging on to Sarah.
01:09:56Problem is, it's taken longer than he expected.
01:09:59Our little girl isn't going to survive another month of this.
01:10:02So what do we do?
01:10:02Do what I'm doing.
01:10:04Get everything of David's out of this house.
01:10:07Come on.
01:10:47What do we do?
01:10:56What do we do?
01:10:59What do we do?
01:11:05I don't know.
01:11:35I don't know.
01:12:27I don't know.
01:12:30I thought we left it up at the cabin.
01:12:33No wonder David's been so strong.
01:12:35You invited his spirit into your home.
01:12:38Give him a place to live.
01:12:53Oh, it's your turn.
01:12:54All right.
01:12:56You're coming up on the step, okay?
01:12:57Wait.
01:12:58Are you all right?
01:12:59Yeah.
01:13:00I don't think it's going to work.
01:13:02Ow!
01:13:03Damn it!
01:13:03Are you okay?
01:13:04Stop.
01:13:04Stop.
01:13:04Look, maybe you shouldn't be doing this, Erica.
01:13:07I have an idea.
01:13:09I have an idea.
01:13:40That's the last of it.
01:13:43May my hands be fresh.
01:13:45May the road be clear.
01:13:47May this house and this child be clean.
01:13:51Okay, honey.
01:13:52It's your turn now.
01:13:54Don't be scared.
01:13:55Oh, don't be scared.
01:13:57I feel sorry for him.
01:13:59Poor boy doesn't know he's dead.
01:14:01It's up to us to help him move on, okay?
01:14:04Go ahead now.
01:14:08It's okay.
01:14:09Come on, you can do it.
01:14:11I know you can do this.
01:14:13This is the last thing you have to do,
01:14:15and then everything's gonna be okay.
01:14:18Okay?
01:14:19You can do it.
01:14:20Go on, Sarah.
01:14:22Finish it.
01:14:23I'm sorry, David.
01:14:24I really am.
01:14:25But it's true.
01:14:27You're dead.
01:14:28You're dead.
01:14:37It's okay.
01:14:38It's okay.
01:14:39It's okay.
01:14:39Okay.
01:14:41He's quiet.
01:14:42I can't hear anything.
01:14:45It's done.
01:15:00Hey.
01:15:03Rosie called.
01:15:05I asked her to.
01:15:06Look, I'm, uh, I'm sorry.
01:15:11Look at her, Edgar.
01:15:13She's sleeping.
01:15:14I mean, for the first time in months,
01:15:16she's really sleeping.
01:15:19Oh.
01:15:24Oh.
01:15:25Oh.
01:15:25Oh.
01:15:38Oh.
01:15:41Oh.
01:15:41Oh.
01:15:44Oh.
01:15:50Oh.
01:16:17Look at us when we smile.
01:16:22We look like twins.
01:16:59We look like twins.
01:17:23Sarah?
01:17:25Where is she?
01:17:30The attic.
01:17:34Sarah!
01:17:37Sarah!
01:17:38Sarah?
01:17:40Sarah?
01:17:41Sarah?
01:17:42Sarah, honey.
01:17:48Don't move.
01:17:51Mommy, you say leave me alone.
01:17:56Daddy is just coming to get you, okay?
01:18:00Baby, then we're gonna take you down to your bed, all right? That way you can sleep.
01:18:03No.
01:18:04He won't let me.
01:18:07Sarah?
01:18:08Sarah?
01:18:09Sarah?
01:18:09Sarah?
01:18:09Sarah?
01:18:10Sarah?
01:18:10Sarah?
01:18:11Sarah?
01:18:12Sarah, honey, you're scaring mommy.
01:18:20Sarah?
01:18:20Sarah.
01:18:21Sarah?
01:18:21It's okay.
01:18:24David says it doesn't hurt.
01:18:25Sarah!
01:18:27Sarah!
01:18:28Sarah!
01:18:59Mr. and Mrs. Lewis?
01:19:02We did a CAT scan.
01:19:04The good news is she didn't fracture her skull.
01:19:07But I'm not gonna lie to you.
01:19:08She suffered severe head trauma.
01:19:13There's a lot about these kind of brain injuries
01:19:15that we just don't know.
01:19:16We drained the excess fluid and stabilized her,
01:19:18but the rest is up to Sarah.
01:19:33Who called you?
01:19:34No one.
01:19:35I just knew.
01:19:48Do you really believe David is trying to come back
01:19:50and won't let go of Sarah until he does?
01:19:53I do.
01:19:56Then we're gonna give David what he wants.
01:20:05Hello, Dr. Lord.
01:20:31This should induce labor within the next hour.
01:20:34You're at 34 weeks.
01:20:36The last six weeks are mostly insurance.
01:20:39Are you sure you wanna do this?
01:20:43If I don't, he's gonna take her.
01:20:45Just do it before I lose my nerve.
01:21:01There you go.
01:21:05So what happens now?
01:21:08You're gonna have a baby.
01:21:10Good.
01:21:11Good.
01:21:11Good.
01:21:11Okay.
01:21:13Okay.
01:21:14Come on, small breaths.
01:21:18The head is crowning.
01:21:19You're doing great.
01:21:21This baby's in a big hurry to come into this world.
01:21:24Come on now, Erica.
01:21:24Just give me one more push.
01:21:27Yeah.
01:21:33Come on.
01:21:36You come back to us, okay?
01:21:46Here it comes.
01:21:51Congratulations, Erica.
01:21:53You have a beautiful baby girl.
01:22:00That's not right.
01:22:01It can't be a girl.
01:22:04Say hello to your new daughter.
01:22:05No, that's not right.
01:22:08No, it can't be a girl.
01:22:10Call Edgar.
01:22:21Edgar, it's Heather.
01:22:22How's Sarah?
01:22:27How's Sarah?
01:22:30Heather, how's my baby?
01:22:32Nothing's changed.
01:22:34Maybe this was a mistake.
01:22:35Maybe this was all wrong.
01:22:45Heather, what is it?
01:22:47We've got another one.
01:22:48What?
01:22:49It's a footling breech down that won't budge.
01:22:53What are we gonna do?
01:22:56Hey, Janice, physiology in the OR.
01:22:59Erica, I'm gonna have to do an emergency C-section.
01:23:02I think we have a cord around the neck.

01:24:13What do you say we welcome this newest little pumpkin?
01:24:20It's a boy.
01:24:44What do you say?
01:25:00Trigger tree!
01:25:08You're it.
01:25:13What?
01:25:14What is this?
01:25:15Come here.
01:25:20Okay, slow them out before I'm done.
01:25:22Yep.
01:25:24In the ear.
01:25:25Okay.
01:25:28Apparently, having a hidden twin isn't all that uncommon.
01:25:33And if the heartbeats are in sync and they're aligned just right,
01:25:38it's easy enough to miss the second baby on a sonogram if you aren't looking for it.
01:25:44But it wasn't David.
01:25:46He's Jack.
01:25:50Even Heather can see that.
01:25:56Heather, I want to show you something.
01:26:04If identical twins can read each other's minds,
01:26:08well, my sister already knows this, but just in case,
01:26:13I believed in him too.
01:26:18Thanks.
01:26:20Yeah.
01:26:38Down off the rampart, there's a little hideaway.
01:26:43And if you've got a brave heart, well, come and visit any day.
01:26:49There's a princess named Celeste.
01:26:52Eyes like fire, her hair's a mess.
01:26:55Incense burning, my luck is turning.
01:26:58I can't tell, but I'm under her spell.
01:27:00Happy Halloween, David.
01:27:02Happy Halloween, David.
01:27:05Now, I'm the one in charge.
01:27:06I can't stare away from a voodoo shop.
01:27:10Voodoo shop, a voodoo shop, living upstairs from a voodoo shop.
01:27:16Voodoo shop, a voodoo shop, living upstairs from a voodoo shop.
01:27:21Voodoo shop, a voodoo shop.
01:28:02Voodoo shop, a voodoo shop, living upstairs from a voodoo shop.
