00:00I'm a big fan of marketing automation. Let's just get that clear right off the bat.
00:03Since the jump of my digital marketing career, let's just get that clear real quick for the
00:08timeline. I was selling phones in Costco, but I had three, or at that time I actually had four
00:12failed businesses. I was trying to digital market them, just couldn't really get the money behind
00:18it to make a big impact, so all of them kind of died. First business did pretty well. Video
00:23production company, 60K in under three months, but no digital marketing really to it, just kind
00:27of word of mouth stuff. Then I randomly became a head of marketing when I was selling phones
00:32to a guy in Costco that was like, you're a bright young man. I like your work ethic. You're
00:37very passionate. You're very articulate. You'd be great for my head of social media marketing.
00:41Then I evolved very quickly to a head of marketing and got to dabble with marketing automation
00:45in a tool called Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft is epic. That's a very powerful tool that for
00:51everybody who doesn't know, it's called a CRM, customer relation management tool. Now, this
00:54is just a giant database of people, but these people in this database are organized by these
00:59things called tags, so you categorize them and you segment these people into different
01:02lists or different folders in this giant database. You can then, within different databases that
01:07are out there, MailChimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, Infusionsoft, HubSpot, there's all types
01:16of shit that you can use for different tools that hold contacts and then you can upload a bunch
01:20of different information about those contacts and you can send stuff to them. Minichat and
01:23chatbots are the same exact thing no matter which tool that you're going to use. So just
01:26know that whatever we're going to talk about here, we're going to go over specifics on
01:29Minichat once again and this shit's going to be hot. This is very powerful. Now, the reason
01:33I talk about Infusionsoft is I want you to understand that's the reason I was hired into Mr.
01:37Grant Cardone's office. Originally, I was this email marketing manager and then after my
01:41first three months of my temp position, whoop, got hired in full time and became a digital
01:45marketing specialist, at which point got a lot more free reign activity on a lot of other
01:49digital marketing activities. And then we'll go over a lot of that stuff in different trainings.
01:54Chatbots were not around at that time. They actually didn't exist when I was working three
01:57years ago for Mr. Grant Cardone. However, they did start existing around eight months ago.
02:01This is literally recorded on, we're in the middle of December here. So long story short,
02:07this is very powerful. This reminds me of Infusionsoft because Infusionsoft just has if-then logic.
02:11So let's get very clear on vocabulary really quick. If-then means if this happens, then do that.
02:16And if this does not happen, then do this. And then it's just an entire like tree. And if you
02:20visualize it,
02:21it's like one originating point, maybe somebody opting in for a lead magnet or taking a specific
02:25action or expressing that they have interest in a particular product can all trigger one specific
02:30action. And then based upon A or B, the results of what could or could not happen or how they
02:35could
02:35or could not interact at several different points of this specific, you know, initiation,
02:39if you will, of that sequence. So what I call it marketing automation and what many different platforms
02:43we'll call it as well as you'll hear specifically throughout this training a lot. A sequence is
02:48just a series of these marketing automation, marketing automations that are followed by one
02:55another separated by time in between. The time is defined by you, the action defined for what happens
03:01after this happens or if this happens is also defined by you, all limited by your creative potential
03:05for what you know about marketing automation. So in this specific tool, you can use this,
03:10this mindset I'm going to give you in many different tools that are marketing automation
03:14oriented. Long story short, I'm giving you the opportunity below if you'd like to sign up for
03:19mini chat. They do have a really good free option. So on their actual landing page, and I'll sign out
03:23real quick and I'll show you guys this stuff on my screen. They do a pretty good job with their
03:27free
03:27offer to really, to really bait you into this thing. This is their page here is mini chat.com.
03:31And as soon as you go to the page, it explains a little bit about what bots are, gives you
03:35some of the
03:35elements that you can see for what you can send inside of these different chats. And it gives you a
03:39bunch of
03:39different statistics for explaining some of the functions and features along with testimonials
03:44on the page. But long story short, as soon as you go to the pricing section, their free version offers
03:49these things called unlimited broadcasts. We're going to go into deep detail on what all this stuff means,
03:53but just to lightly go over it so you understand like what this is and you know, you just don't
03:56think I'm pitching like you on a chat bot to get you into this thing. This shit is powerful.
04:00Broadcasts, long story short, are like email blasts, or a text blasts, or a voicemail blasts,
04:05which we'll go over as well. You get the opportunity for whoever's your subscribers,
04:08based on whatever tag or segment of your list you want to broadcast to at one time,
04:13or the entire list at one time, and you get to send a massive set of communications to
04:19these people at whatever rate you want, you know. Pretty awesome. You can also trigger them
04:23into sequences. You get two broadcast sequences, which means you can opt people into a series
04:28of communications, once again separated by time, an entire set of marketing automation rather
04:32than just a singular broadcast. A broadcast like a billboard sequences like contextual communication,
04:37you know, more than one communication happening rather than just a billboard. It's more like a
04:42wall. Growth tools, so growth tools, just to understand what that means, little bars at the
04:46top of the page, pop-ups on the page, which you want to avoid at all costs. SEO, Google in
04:512018,
04:52Facebook, they're all punishing people who have pop-ups and autoplay videos on their websites.
04:56Take those down. That's right. You heard it right. Take that shit down. You also get the opportunity in
05:00growth tools to do things like when people comment on a particular post with a particular saying or just
05:04commenting period that you can trigger a message to be autonomously sent to them from your page.
05:07You get 10 different tags, which means you can separate up to 10 different audiences and segment
05:11your database a little bit. And then you get three different custom fields. So custom fields,
05:15you can have people reply to a question that you ask and that information that they reply with can
05:19get put into a field that you can then later use in your automation. So you can use their answer
05:25in a specific message you reply back like, hey, that's great. Enter their name. I would love to help you
05:31out with whatever their answer was to the question you just asked like 10 messages ago. You know,
05:35so you can do a lot of that. The free version, long story short, really powerful. You know,
05:38don't, don't necessarily need the pro version. This is a start. If you want to, you know,
05:42if you want to just dip your toe in the water, people, however, if you're like your boy,
05:45you want to dive right in this shit, you want to get the pro version. I'm going to teach you
05:48about
05:48the pro version. Unlimited broadcast. This is, if you're an agency owner, you're going to need this
05:53anyway, because you're going to have a lot of clients. You can, you can hook up unlimited pages as well
05:57through this thing. Long story short, pretty effective just to slang a bunch of broadcasts
06:01out, especially if you have more than one top page and more than one client here. Unlimited broadcast
06:05sequences. You understood that, right? You get to send out unlimited amounts of full on just hooking
06:11people up into different sequences as long as they're contextual. I'm a marketer that believes
06:14in contextual marketing that it's also ethical marketing. You're not just spamming the shit out
06:19of people and using this tool against them. Unlimited growth tools and you also get additional API
06:23access and then unlimited tags, unlimited custom fields. And then it says mini chat branding on
06:28growth tools only. I actually found a way through, I think it's chatbot academy. I don't know the
06:33guy's name. So excuse me if this video is ever ripped off of my fucking program on the internet
06:37somewhere. That guy, you know, I don't acknowledge his name. I have no idea what his name is. I just
06:41know he has a website, chatbot academy. He has some piece of code that I'm going to show you guys.
06:46I'll give you guys access to it in the specific training going over how to remove the mini chat
06:50branding from your growth tools. So the pro version is still very effective. Long story short, ladies
06:54and gentlemen, everyone you sign up for, go ahead and get signed up right now. Press the link below
06:57if you want to discount to this thing, hook it up with your Facebook account, and then you're going
07:01to land here on the dashboard and it'll ask you, you know, whatever page you want to connect as soon
07:05as you sign in. Once you're signed in and you're on your dashboard, go ahead and go over to the
07:09next
07:09video. We're going to go over step-by-step what each one of these components are from audience to live
07:14chat to growth tools to broadcasting and the difference between a broadcast and the auto posts all the way over
07:19to
07:20automation and everything out of that folder, baby, from main menu to the default replies, welcome messages,
07:24more importantly your keywords because that's where the real conversations happen with your bot itself
07:28is the marketing automation and the context you can create from going into things like your live chat
07:32and just thinking through general responses people are going to have to your automation that you're not
07:37going to have automation for unless you have a keyword that triggers a message to go to them.
07:41Sequences, which are a series of messages or whatever specific marketing automation actions you want to take
07:47that client, customer, prospect, whoever it is through separated by time that you are going to
07:52create. Flows are series of automations that are not separated by too much time, very small amounts of
08:00time. I think you can do minutes or seconds up to a couple minutes, you know, through just kind of
08:07stacking them, I guess, on top of each other. But long story short, flows are very effective. They're just
08:12sequences of marketing automation. And once again, not separated by too much time. Inside of a sequence,
08:17you'll see when we do that specific training, you can separate these things by days, down to hours
08:22and minutes, same thing. But in flows, flows, you can then create it and use it in several sequences
08:29or several replies, for example, to different keyword responses, or you could even use a different flow
08:34for a welcome message if you wanted to or a flow for a growth tool response or flows. The moral
08:39of
08:39the story are you're going to be able to take those specific sequences that you build within a flow,
08:42keep in mind shorter sequences when I reference that word, and be able to use them wherever you'd like,
08:47within mini chats. Whereas if you build a flow, even though you can, inside of a sequence message
08:52or inside of a welcome message, you would not be able to use that outside of wherever you built it
08:57into, if that makes sense. And we'll go into more detail on what that means just in case you got
09:00lost there. We'll go into the settings, and then when we're covering settings, the reason that's going
09:05to be an important video, you're definitely going to want to watch that. We're going to go into the
09:08Facebook page settings, and I'm going to show you inside of the Facebook page a few tricks that you can
09:13use to optimize your bot a little further to get a better response rate. And we're going to make
09:17sure that this thing is really humanized. We're not going to try to fool people. We're not going
09:20to try to make them feel like this is a human. However, they're going to have a very humanized
09:25communication with these bots that you're going to create here in these different chat sequences
09:29that we're going to go into detail on. So long story short, get signed up.
09:33All right.
09:33Let's go.
