00:17In a split vote, the court blocked tariffs for two private businesses and the state of Washington,
00:22while other importers may still pay as the court awaits further appeals.
00:26The temporary tariff expires in July.
00:29It comes ahead of a highly anticipated meeting between Trump and China's Xi Jinping next week.
