00:04so what was the last time you spent time with Molly the last time me and Molly spent time
00:10together we went to a concert down in Dallas saw the band Tesla and had a ball sang along and
00:18we
00:20were making videos making vines recording laughing we stayed at one of the nicest hotels went to the
00:29the pool on the 17th floor and
00:39yeah
00:58we're in southern Oklahoma this area specifically where we're going back and forth between Carter
01:06County and Love County is a very different area than previous small towns that we visited because
01:13this is the heart of Indian country around here is Chickasaw and as you go east it's Choctaw and if
01:23you go north there's Cherokee so that there's three tribal nations within very short distance
01:31it's worth noting that today most of the residents of this area are white but it is still official
01:39Chickasaw nation land
01:43now Oklahoma has this dark distinction of being the state that has the highest number of missing
01:51people per capita and that disproportionately affects the Native American population here so many kids
02:00come up missing every day I don't understand what's being done about it this is Wilson Oklahoma it's a
02:12little small town inside of Carter County population less than 2,000 people but of the people who live
02:19here they've been here for generations and two of these very long-standing families were deeply
02:26affected in July of 2013 when Molly Miller 17 year old athlete at the high school and member of the
02:35Chickasaw
02:35nation went missing with her friend Colt Haynes 11 plus years later no one has any answers and recent
02:44changes in the way this case is being investigated are affecting the way that their families are able to
02:50get answers my name is Melissa Henderson and Molly Miller is my daughter Molly is Chickasaw being on my side
03:02of the
03:02family I was born and raised in Wilson does it feel like a safe place to live that used to
03:10I don't know that
03:12anywhere would really feel safe anymore the last text I got from Molly was on that Saturday she was going
03:24to the lake to hang out with her friends around the 4th of July I tried to call her number
03:29and someone
03:31answered the phone and they hung up and that I was really aggravating because I had not physically seen
03:37her had not heard from her it was time for her to come home I got a phone call an
03:44old family friend
03:45and he told me you need to get down here something ain't right my name is Garrett Lambert I'm Molly's
03:52brother part of me felt that Molly was fine this is just teenagers being teenagers because there's times when
04:02I was a teenager I wouldn't come home I know I've taken many hours of sleep from my parents and
04:10grandparents by Monday I knew that something was wrong I went to the Wilson Police Department they
04:18just said not to panic it's not unusual that teenagers run away from home or they're mad at
04:24their parents in that situation they always encourage you to wait so let's give it time
04:36my name is Richard Parsley I was the captain of the Wilson Police Department in 2013 and Sunday we
04:45were right in the middle of shift change when a black Honda turned into the parking lot and just did
04:54donuts slinging rocks all over my patrol car it was like they were taunting me so at that point I
05:04activated my lights and siren and I went after them they got a pursuit yeah it's a black 2012 Honda
05:11Accord
05:11the vehicle then turned left onto the South Highway I was able to call out the tag number to my
05:18dispatch
05:18and trying to call out every road that we're passing and direction we noticed he was heading towards
05:28Love County I clocked the car at about 120 miles an hour in a 65 mile per hour zone at
05:36this point
05:36this is a felony pursuit she advised they just turned on water moccasin now water moccasin road is
05:46the county line of Carter County and Love County the vehicle continued east and at that point it was all
05:54gravel roadway all the dust was kicking up in front of me and I lost sight of everything and I
06:03was
06:03losing control of my patrol car they're on a gravel road and they can't see them right at that point
06:09the
06:10Honda turned off all headlights and taillights I stopped pursuit because it was far too dangerous to
06:18continue whenever I slowed down to where I could see again the vehicles gone my dispatch was communicating
06:31everything to Love County the Love County Sheriff's Office is an active pursuit of this vehicle at this
06:40point my unit survives they do believe it's connet probably going to a Long Hollow Connet was a convicted
06:48fellow and Conn was living down on Long Hollow Road at this time my name is Joe Russell I was
06:56a sheriff of
06:56Love County in 2013 I called Officer Blagg and told him to to block Long Hollow Road and all he
07:04seen was dust when
07:06he got the Long Hollow Road and he followed the dust but nobody seen the car on Long Hollow so
07:12I didn't know
07:13which way it turned I had officers all over Long Hollow we searched for tire tracks or anywhere the vehicle
07:23could have gone it was a lot of wooded area and we couldn't see anywhere well they was out there
07:31to
07:32two is two or three o'clock in the morning it was like the car just disappeared on July 8th
07:39the following
07:39day after the pursuit I was notified by Chief Hernandez that Molly Miller had been reported as a runaway I
07:47followed up with the first lead I had which was Jessica Williams the friend of Molly Miller the last time
07:54she
07:55talked to Molly she was with two other people at Colt Haynes and Conn Nip while I was interviewing Jessica
08:04she said that
08:05Molly Colt and Conn were hiding out from the police because they were involved in the pursuit the other night
08:13I realized that was the same vehicle
08:16that I was involved in the pursuit so after I was able to run the tags the vehicle returned to
08:25Sabrina Graham she was a friend of the Nip family Sabrina had reported the vehicle stolen it was
08:32speculated that Conn Nip was driving the vehicle and had in the car with them Molly Miller and Colt Haynes
08:39early on in the investigation we knew Conn Nip's whereabouts he refused to speak to any
08:46law enforcement at that time and we could not locate Colt Haynes I'm pretty sure it was July 10th when
08:57Molly's cousin got a hold of me and asked if I had seen Colt or Molly and I told her
09:04I hadn't but I
09:06would try to get a hold of Colt and get back to her my name is Monique Stewart and Colt
09:11Haynes is my
09:12baby brother I started messaging Colt and I don't know I probably sent him 30 or 40 messages over the
09:19next two days just let me know you're okay let me know you're okay and then when he wasn't answering
09:25then I was getting worried when I went to file the missing persons report my older brother Jesse stood up
09:34and started saying no he's like you can't file a missing persons report they're in Wichita Falls I
09:39know they're in Wichita Falls so what's the big deal if I file a missing persons report if they're in
09:44Wichita Falls they find them in Wichita Falls and they can disregard the report kind of made me
09:49uncomfortable that he would argue with me about it I went home and tried to get a hold of Colt
09:54several
09:55more times and then on the 18th of July I went to Wilson and filed a missing persons report we
10:03began
10:04to put the cases together my hopes were they were just running and hiding there's nothing that we know
10:12other than they are still missing I have a teenager and it is unimaginable that any mother would have to
10:28live any amount of time but especially not 11 plus years not knowing what happened to their kid there
10:36have been news stories podcasts you know TV shows coverage of this case and those stories are largely
10:46pushed by members of Molly's extended family but the person closest to her her mother Melissa Henderson
10:54has remained pretty silent so she's been gracious enough to invite us over today but we're also going
11:00to speak with Colt's sister Monique it's so nice to meet you I'm Hillary Monique nice to meet you
11:09how long have you two known each other we met when Colt and Molly went missing had you ever heard
11:16of
11:16Molly no I mean I talked to my brother often he's never told me about her name Molly if we
11:23can get a
11:23sense from you guys who was Molly who was Colt and so I'll start with you Melissa she was just
11:32a fun
11:33girl friends with everyone she was a ball player she was a dancer she was a lot more athletic than
11:40I
11:40was that's for sure she had grit and then what about Colt we were really really close I was nine
11:50when Colt
11:50was born so I put my baby dolls down and carried my little brother everywhere so you're practically a
11:57little mom yes and then when he got to be in a teenager he just got into partying drugs and
12:08then
12:08he went to juvie for a while but got himself cleaned up after that and he was doing really
12:13good you know had a girlfriend had a baby and then they broke up and he fell apart again
12:21I would love to go back to July of 2013 did you know who she was with that night I
12:31was told that she
12:31was with con con nip mm-hmm and is that someone that you had known mm-hmm before I knew
12:41cons mother
12:41and then cons mother's parents knew my parents okay and I never had a concern about her being with him
12:50uh because I knew him yeah when I found out con was accounted for but Molly and Colt were MIA
12:59I didn't
13:00immediately think that con done something to them I thought you know maybe they had gotten lost out
13:07there what was the last communication that anyone had with them later I got in touch with one of Colt's
13:14friends who was like listen Colt called me asking to come pick him up on the seventh and was kind
13:22of
13:22frantic that he was lost out in the woods and they're trying to find the road and they can't get
13:27out and
13:28they've been walking they're hot so they're dehydrating fast my family owns property off of Pike Road and I can
13:38tell you that I would not want to be out there on a night in July in that area my
13:44name is Connor Choate
13:45and I'm the publisher of the Marietta Monitor here in Love County the area between Long Hollow and Pike
13:52Road off of Oswald Road is a rural part of our community and the area they went into would have
14:00had
14:00animals from wild hogs to rattlesnakes and you have to remember July in Oklahoma is not very
14:08friendly it can reach to temperatures of well past 100 degrees you're talking about being in a
14:15wooded area it's thick you're scared you're nervous you're trying to get out of there you're lost you
14:21don't know where you are he told his friend he's like I climbed a tree trying to find a road
14:29then he
14:30fell out of the tree and broke his ankle the bone was sticking out so he wasn't getting anywhere yeah
14:36on
14:36his own and poor little Molly there was no way she could drag him Colt was huge compared to her
14:42so
14:42she wasn't going to be able to help him yeah there was no way she was going to help him
14:46out of there
14:47the friend was on the phone with Colt so that friend had went down there looking driving up and
14:53down the road honking the horn to see if Colt could hear it yeah and Colt's like I can't hear
15:00it
15:00so at what point does this not become you know 911 showing up and paramedics and people going out
15:07looking for two kids who are in peril that question was asked and they were like well we're not calling
15:15the cops we're down here with drugs we're not calling the cops on ourselves what about the calls
15:22that your daughter was making a lot of the people she called said the calls were dropping that she
15:29was breaking up because of the service down there after the chase around 12 57 a.m. on the morning
15:38of
15:38July 8th Molly Miller does make a call to 911 however that call disconnects the dispatcher tries to call
15:47back and cannot reach them allegedly the calls eventually stopped that morning around 9 30 so
15:55at that point all communication that Molly Miller and Colt Haynes had with the outside world ceased and
16:02they are never heard from again there's acres and acres and acres of land that if you were down there
16:11and
16:11got you know injured people probably wouldn't find you for years there is absolutely nothing out there
16:18I mean you could fall off in a hole and nobody would ever know it
16:22there's a lot of theories on what happened when we look at it from a journalism perspective we really just
16:29try to stick to the facts what we do know about the case is that you have three people in
16:34a car
16:35Connip Molly Miller and Colt Haynes one of them shows back up and then two of them have still yet
16:41to be found and I
16:42think that's what's led to a lot of people pointing at Connip
16:51I did talk to Conn in the beginning and he said that he hadn't seen her and I was kind
16:56of disappointed
16:57that he didn't have any more information than what he had but he quit talking to me just early on
17:02it
17:02seemed like he knew something and he didn't want to tell us James Connip quickly wanted to distance himself
17:09from this case there was a lot of rumors going around that Conn done something to Colt because
17:17Conn had reasons to be jealous of Colt Colt had a child with Conn's past girlfriend so he had all
17:24the reasons not to want Colt alive I guess he was our person of interest because he was the last
17:32person
17:33to be with Molly Miller and Colt Haynes well Conn told me when I interviewed him he said uh we
17:41got
17:42out of the car I said I asked Molly she wanted to go with me she said no I'm gonna
17:45go Colt Conn left
17:46the car and he said I went home and they went the other direction Colt was still alive when Conn
17:54got
17:55home in the morning Colt's friend went to Conn's house Wally's on the phone with Colt Conn answered
18:01the door Conn I guess takes the phone so Conn and Colt talked on the phone so we know Colt
18:08was still
18:08alive when Conn got home the property where we lost sight of the vehicle turned out to be a family
18:16member of Conn Nips who owned a lot of property in that area we were given permission of the family
18:26to search
18:30it was a Wilson PD case and we'd system any way we could I had one officer who stayed out
18:39there a week
18:40from sunup to sundown walking not driving around walking around they're looking for him
18:47no it's two weeks later before we found the car on July 21st 2013 we received notification that the
18:57vehicle was found in between Pike and Long Hollow it was impounded untouched then they investigated the
19:07whole vehicle as if there was a crime scene there was nothing found in the vehicle you hear stories
19:15about people go missing all the time and everybody links hands searching through woods or fields does
19:22that ever happen in the area where this car chase ended we got access to the land where they found
19:29the
19:29car to do a search which was the end of August early September but as we're searching we've got the
19:40landowners on horseback with shotguns not letting us go in certain areas that sounds super fishy right oh
19:51they're not welcoming anybody especially not the cops there's some outlaw stuff going on down there they
19:57might have a stolen piece of property they might have a dope cook whatever
20:03as this investigation is going the Oklahoma State Highway Patrol is able to link James
20:09Kahn Nipp through phone records to the Honda Accord that Molly Miller and Colt Haynes were both inside of when
20:15they ran away from police the car that was left abandoned was actually owned by James Kahn Nipp's friend at
20:23the time
20:23she actually filed a theft report on the car being missing it turned out that there were text messages
20:30that showed that she knew where the vehicle was and that James Kahn Nipp had the vehicle she was later
20:36charged for filing a false police report and insurance fraud and Kahn Nipp was charged with endangering others
20:45while looting police officers and reckless driving and holding Kahn accountable it wasn't bringing Molly back it
20:53wasn't telling us where they were but it was it was something we have reports in the Marietta
21:00monitor that he verbatim told them I don't know what happened to them he could have easily been
21:07cooperative with law enforcement cleared himself but he didn't the only person he would speak with would
21:15be the sheriff Joe Russell there were several accusations on Sheriff Russell that he was helping
21:24Kahn hide evidence helped him wipe the car all kinds of rumors about Joe being involved Joe Russell's also
21:34been in the area for many many years and it was widely known that he was related to James Kahn
21:41Nipp Joe Russell
21:44what is his affiliation with Kahn Nipp so Joe is Kahn's distant cousin
21:52okay but Joe was also a family friend of ours you know I was around Joe growing up my whole
21:58life what is
21:59your family's position on Sheriff Joe Russell's potential for help well I thought being a family
22:06friend and it being in Love County at this point that he would at least try to help us but
22:11when I
22:11talked to him it was I don't know anything you're gonna have to go to somebody else that was it
22:17he never
22:18struck me as a bad guy but then you know now we're getting into this case and he's basically I
22:26can't help
22:26you so I did find it strange that he was refusing to help yeah you see the first week or
22:34the second week
22:34I called Joe Russell he told me I needed to call Wilson and talk to the chief there and I
22:41demanded
22:42and persisted and he hung up on me the relationship between Sheriff Joe Russell and James Kahn Nipp fueled a
22:52ton
22:52of speculation him being related to Kahn yes Joe Russell hindered the investigation so Joe why did you
23:02agree to talk to us today well I've been wanting to tell my story let people know you know what
23:13I know
23:15what I had done and hadn't done and they got to excuse me of trying to cover stuff up no
23:24I was not covering up for
23:27for the Nipp family or no other family you can't stop people from telling rumors they said that I knew
23:43who'd kill Colton Molly
23:53I think if Joe Russell wasn't sheriff that car would have been found that night and so what if Molly
24:04and Colt Joe messed this up
24:08in a small community like Love County it's not uncommon for someone to make a career out of being a
24:14sheriff
24:16when they get elected they're most likely going to serve in that position until they decide to move
24:21on or they do something really bad that gets them in trouble well Molly Miller went missing along with
24:27Colt Haynes in Love County three years ago the Miller family believes that Russell did not do enough to
24:33investigate because his nephew was a person of interest well today Russell was in court on an entirely
24:38different matter accused of harboring a fugitive and maintaining a meth house while serving as sheriff
24:45not long after Colt and Molly went missing Willie the sheriff's son got busted for dealing drugs
24:53the rumor was Sheriff Russell was allowing his son to deal out of his house and I think that there
25:02was
25:02even reports about he was harboring a girlfriend of his son's that he knew had an arrest warrant and
25:09the investigation was launched into him by the FBI now as far as I know Willie never sold no drugs
25:15out of
25:16my house and Willie's girlfriend uh supposedly girlfriend she come over one night but she was
25:23not living at my house and I did not know she had warrants Sheriff Joe Russell was ultimately charged with
25:31two felony charges from a news point of view when your sheriff is indicted and arrested by the FBI
25:38it's massive and so we had an influx of news media coming from all over to cover what was going
25:46on with
25:46Sheriff Joe Russell when I told my friends back in Dallas that I was going to be moving to Love
25:51County
25:51that was everything that everybody talked about was that hey you know that's where the sheriff got arrested
25:56my reaction when I found out that our sheriff was arrested they did not surprise me one bit during
26:03the time of the arrest of Joe Russell there were also accusations that he had allowed James Conn Nipp to
26:11be in a room with evidence within the Love County Justice Center that was not under the watch of a
26:17Love
26:17County Sheriff's deputy all I could say that's not true I never let Conn go in the office and
26:26shut the door and visit with his family now with a lawyer yes but not with his family we always
26:33had
26:33somebody standing there watching them I never would give Conn no special privileges or nothing
26:49the end result is really twofold Joe Russell lost all of his credibility and really just
26:56fueled the theories about his department the Love County Sheriff's Office and also about Molly Miller and
27:03Colt Haynes and he loses his position that he's held for many many years
27:14well my lawyer taught me to resign I told him I said I don't want to do this I really
27:21don't
27:21man he said Joe it's a good deal it's a good deal I said I understand that but I ain't
27:25guilty of nothing
27:26I mean I'm not wishing for Joe's demise but it was definitely a W to get Joe out of office
27:36well do you feel like the headlines about police corruption stole the spotlight oh absolutely yes
27:43your case you know and that's where I was getting so aggravated on so every so much focus being on
27:50him
27:51I still didn't care about anything about him and what he did okay I wanted to focus on my child
27:59there were rumors that they had seen Molly and Colt alive they were in Norman Oklahoma that they went to
28:06Wichita Falls Texas there were rumors that they were probably in California Jessie is the one that told
28:14me that you know Colt and Molly are in Wichita Falls you know they're down there having fun I was
28:21all over
28:22from Norman to Wichita Falls to Gainesville to Durant most of those leads never panned out
28:32even before the sheriff has to resign local law enforcement turned the case over to the OSBI the
28:40Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations I was not happy not happy that I couldn't do anything more I
28:48still wanted to find out what happened I think about it every day there's been all kinds of law
28:54enforcement to work this case early on you could tell the agencies weren't communicating and there was no
29:07urgency I was skeptical about the new agent but he actually took the time and listened and investigated
29:15he didn't give us any answers but started asking the right questions and the right questions being asked
29:21that gave me some hope once OSBI took over the case I do know that they most likely followed a
29:29bunch of leads
29:30however to my knowledge there was very little movement as far as any charges that were filed there
29:36was nothing of that nature that the OSBI did during that time frame I spoke with an OSBI officer he
29:44said
29:44every lead I have looked at has led nowhere nowhere I feel this case has been passed around to I
29:59couldn't
29:59even tell you how many agencies it's got to be upwards of 10 just back and forth feels a whole
30:05lot of not it to
30:07me
30:11in 2020 the Supreme Court ruled on a case called McGirt versus Oklahoma and this case
30:18essentially established the sovereignty of the tribal nations and with that sovereignty also comes that if something
30:27were to happen against a native American on tribal land that local law enforcement or state law enforcement
30:34couldn't get involved in investigation it would be solely federal and tribal law enforcement it was a huge ruling
30:42for the state of Oklahoma because most of Oklahoma is tribal land the McGirt ruling for Molly Miller means that
30:50state and local law enforcement were not allowed to be the lead agency involved after 2020 due
30:58to Molly being part of the Chickasaw nation in the media coverage of Molly and Colt's case it's largely gone
31:11unmentioned
31:11and that Molly is a member of the Chickasaw nation unfortunately Molly's case is not a rarity there is a
31:20disproportionate number of indigenous women who go missing every single year and talking about this epidemic is so
31:29important and so we are going to go speak with Carissa Hodge and she runs an organization called M M
31:37I P Chata and that's the
31:39missing and murdered indigenous people Chata so I'd love to know from Carissa what a family is supposed
31:47to do in a situation like this
31:52hi hello how are you good how are you I'm Carissa it's so nice to me to meet you as
31:58well
32:00can you tell me what the purpose of the organization is we started it to help our indigenous people so
32:08in Oklahoma
32:08city we had 271 missing last year and in Tulsa just last year yes and then in Tulsa we had
32:15221
32:16and so we had two cities out of Oklahoma that were some of the highest out of all the United
32:21States for
32:22missing native people I understand that especially in this case that we're talking about of Molly Miller you
32:28know there's lots of jurisdictions at play here and that's kind of true of any small town there's the local
32:33PD there's the county sheriff there's the state but the McGirt ruling has even taken that further
32:40yes so the BIA is at Bureau of Indian Affairs they are located here in Oklahoma and they'll get involved
32:47in
32:47any missing or murdered cases that we have as long as it's on tribal land okay and there's also if
32:53our own
32:53law enforcement the Chickasaw Nation has a light horse they're tribal police officers do you feel like if the
33:00BIA had been involved from the jump we would be further along in this investigation I 100% do and
33:06just
33:07because they do this all the time the Bureau of Indian Affairs is a federal agency and this agency allowed
33:13a
33:14fresh perspective on the disappearance of Molly Miller and they have a lot more resources than state or local
33:21law enforcement does Vincent Marcelino is the investigator for the BIA that's leading the case
33:28and him and I talked at length about the investigation he seemed that he had a really strong desire to
33:35see
33:35the case solved but now two years later hearing nothing there's not really movement and it gets
33:43discouraging because you know as an investigator he's getting more cases every single day Vincent Marcelino is
33:51he is amazing but they are completely overwhelmed yeah we have four BIA detectives that cover Oklahoma
33:58four Bureau of Indian Affairs agents for the entire state why so few I don't know if it's budgets or
34:06or
34:06what it is what do you say to families like Molly's and Colts who are left with no answers I
34:15mean this many
34:15years later I tell them all the time and don't give up okay always say their name always share their
34:23story and continue finding resources you know it's never too late yeah sure is aggravating when people
34:32come to me saying why haven't they done this or why haven't they done that when if you try to
34:37call and get
34:37information that there's still certain things they can't tell you they'll tell you a little bit but they still
34:42won't tell you everything that they know if you were to go to a little local cafe around here and
34:48the
34:48subject of Colt and Molly came up it would pretty much be a unanimous thing that nothing was done the
34:55way it should have been done there's no closure and it's kind of a black eye on the county that
35:02nobody's seemed to be able to find what happened somebody knows where they are but nobody's talking
35:08who do you think is responsible for your brother's disappearance I wholeheartedly believe my oldest
35:15brother Jesse is the person that killed Colt and Molly I was at my grandma's house talking to my
35:27brother Jesse and he told me that him and Colt had gotten into a fight over a girl you know
35:33Jesse just
35:34said next time I see that little MFR I'm gonna stab him growing up if he would get mad he
35:41would grab
35:41me by the throat and hold me up and up against the wall with my feet dangling until I turned
35:46blue
35:47that's what we survived I think that Jesse done it I think there was a situation where the brothers got
35:56heated and Jesse probably killed his brother and Molly Molly's not gonna let it go so they had a shot
36:04of
36:04whatever you're at Monique did you ever speak with law enforcement about your older brother
36:10Jesse yes okay there was a private investigator hired this is still pretty early on about a year
36:19and when he come in I was telling him that I thought Jesse was involved he was like no we
36:25know who did it
36:25we just have to prove it you need to quit spreading family rumors and keep your mouth shut about that
36:30Jesse's not involved so he made me feel about this tall um because you know who accuses their brother
36:38but he had motive he had means to me that would be enough to investigate yeah there are certain parts
36:47of this case that we know we know that your brother Colt was making phone calls
36:54yeah we know that he was near Connip's family compound how would your brother Jesse have known
37:05where to find them well I believe Conn or one of his family members called Jesse to come get Colton
37:14and Molly so I believe that they went and got Jesse so they didn't have to get law enforcement involved
37:23and I think Jesse took his chance while Colt was down and couldn't defend himself
37:30and I think Molly just was in the wrong place at the wrong time
37:41and trying to live with the thought that your own brother is involved
37:59and I'm the one pointing the finger
38:10there's been a multitude of things that I've heard on what happened on the early morning of July 8th
38:17I've heard that the nips were involved in some way I've heard that Colt Haynes brother might have had involvement
38:25but the truth is is that no one knows and hopefully someone will know eventually and hopefully we'll all know
38:33eventually
38:34we don't have an answer on what happened to them and it's been 12 years this year I lost the
38:41daughter of natural causes and I used to tell people I know how you feel
38:46well you don't
38:47I can't imagine how the Miller family feels
38:50the Miller family and the Haynes family need closure
38:54I was like I've not done enough I mean there's got to be something
38:58I just hope no one ever has to go through a missing person or anyone missing
39:03because they're kind of on their own
39:05I just want it to be over you know I just I want the truth
39:11what would it mean for you to have people come forward after all this time
39:17it would mean everything to us
39:20I want what's my brother's body where he can be buried and we can have the closure we need
39:29for us to get answers it'll take someone on their deathbed that doesn't want to take that with them
39:38that's where we're at
39:59the last thing that we know for sure is that Molly and Colt were on this road and they ended
40:07up somewhere in these woods and then everything else is speculation
40:13we didn't come here trying to solve this case that's not our job our job is to talk about the
40:21systemic failures
40:22I think the call to action here is for law enforcement so many different agencies have had their hand in
40:31this investigation
40:32but what's been missing is the communication and the collaboration and so my hope here is that by shining a
40:41light on this story
40:42someone feels brave enough and safe enough to come forward because these families deserve to know what happened to their
40:51loved ones
40:51if you see
