00:20para magsampan ng reklamo laban ni kay Batangas,

00:23First District Representative Leandro Leviste

00:26at lima pang personalidad sa Complaint Affidavit,

00:30sinabing hindi umunotin upad ni Leandro Leviste

00:32ang mga kondisyon sa Prankisa nito.

00:34Ang tinutukoy ng DOE,

00:36ang 25 years na Prankisa na ibinigay sa Solar para sa Bayan Corporation

00:41kung saan daw Chairman, President at CEO si Leandro Leviste

00:45at Director naman ang lima pang ibang personalidad.

00:48Ayon sa DOE,

00:50sa Prankisa ang ibinigay sa korporasyon noong 2019,

00:53magtatayo at mag-ooperate ito

00:55ng pagkukuna ng renewable energy

00:58sa mga liblib at underserved na lugar sa bansa.

01:02Nakasaad daw na marerevoke ang Prankisa

01:05kung hindi makapag-ooperate ng tuloy-tuloy ng dalawang taon.

01:10Pitong taon na rawan lumipas,

01:11pero hindi umunon nakasunod sa kondisyon ng respondents.

01:14Sabi pa ng DOE,

01:17wala umunon itong proyekto pero nakapagbigay naman umunon ng renewable energy

01:21sa ilang kumpanyang nasa ilalim ng Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings, Inc.

01:27na 100% na pag-aari ni Leviste.

01:30Sabi ng DOJ,

01:32pag-aaralan pa ang reklamo ng DOE

01:35at kung may sapatabatayan,

01:36ay magsasagawa sila ng preliminary investigation.

01:39Sabi naman ni Leviste,

01:41kapansin-pansin na ang pagsasampan ng reklamo sa DOJ

01:45ay sabay sa resolusyon ng Batangas congressman laban sa kanya.

01:51Ang resolusyon,

01:52inihain ng lima niyang kasamahang kongresista sa Batangas,

01:56kasama si 6th District Representative Ryan Recto,

02:00anak ni na Executive Secretary Ralph Recto,

02:03at Batangas Governor Vilma Santos Recto.

02:06Tinawag nilang walang basihan,

02:08malisyoso at iresponsable

02:10ang mga aligasyon ni Leviste

02:12ng korupsyon laban kay Secretary Recto.
