00:54NAD coenzymes are the central catalyst of metabolism. NAD coenzymes come under attack in many conditions of metabolic stress and
01:05that creates the use case for supplementation with an NAD precursor vitamin such as nicotinamide riboside.
01:14NR, nicotinamide riboside, is the largest piece of NAD that can enter cells.
