The Princess of Wales has visited the University of East London to meet children, families and researchers as part of her focus on early years development and new parenting guidance.

00:28space designed to show how different environments affect stress and behaviour.
00:34The engagement comes ahead of a planned overseas research trip next week
00:38marking a return to international travel for the Princess.
