00:22para magsampan ng reklamo laban ni kay Batangas First District Representative Leandro Leviste

00:30Sa complaint affidavit, sinabing hindi umanotinupad ni Leandro Leviste ang mga kondisyon sa prangkisa nito.

00:36Ang tinutukoy ng DOE, ang 25 years na prangkisa na ibinigay sa solar para sa Bayan Corporation

00:43kung saan daw Chairman, President at CEO si Leandro Leviste

00:47at Director naman ang lima pang ibang personalidad.

00:50Ayon sa DOE, sa prangkisang ibinigay sa korporasyon noong 2019,

00:55magtatayo at mag-ooperate ito ng pagkukuna ng renewable energy

01:00sa mga liblib at underserved na lugar sa bansa.

01:04Nakasaad daw na marerevoke ang prangkisa kung hindi makapag-ooperate

01:09ng tuloy-tuloy ng dalawang taon.

01:11Pitong taon na rawan lumipas pero hindi umanon nakasunod sa kondisyon ng respondents.

01:16Sabi pa ng DOE, wala umanon itong proyekto pero nakapagbigay naman umanon ng renewable energy

01:32Sabi naman ng DOJ, pag-aaralan pa ang reklamo ng DOE

01:47ay sabay sa resolusyon ng Batangas congressman laban sa kanya.
