00:03Episode 7 of The Boys' Last Season is expected to be one of the most important ones yet,
00:08with just two episodes remaining.
00:10The penultimate episode, which is scheduled for publication on May 13, 2026,
00:15is anticipated to focus nearly exclusively on the consequences of the V-1 finally changing hands
00:21following the significant shift in Episode 6.
00:24The largest power change of the season occurred at the conclusion of Episode 6.
00:29Soldier Boy finally gave Homelander the V-1 after the protracted search for the serum,
00:33and Homelander injected it right away.
00:35The boy's one advantage, which they were trying to keep under control,
00:39suddenly landed up within the one person they were most afraid of giving it to.
00:43Because of this, Episode 7 is probably going to start with the fallout from Homelander stealing the V-1.
00:49What the serum truly does to him is the most important question, going into the following chapter.
00:54Homelander's dread of dying has become one of his defining obsessions,
00:57as demonstrated in Episode 6.
00:59The virus strategy that has dominated much of the season may suddenly become much less effective
01:04if V-1 grants him more resilience, the capacity to heal, or some sort of near-immortality.
01:10However, a potential loophole might have also been subtly added in Episode 6.
01:15Soldier Boy offered to take away bombsite's mortality when he challenged him.
01:19Soldier Boy essentially provided him the opportunity to lead a normal human life with golden geisha
01:24by taking away his powers.
01:26It's clear from that point that Soldier Boy is still capable of taking away powers.
01:30In Episode 7, that might prove crucial.
01:33Soldier Boy might be able to eliminate Homelander's gains from V-1
01:37if he can nullify powers the same way he did with bombsite.
01:40Because of that potential, Soldier Boy becomes more than just the man who gave Homelander strength.
01:45He might be the only one who can undo it.
