00:00So, the students come into our class that I created, the course I created called The Agentic Self.
00:07They come in with zero, they leave with the agentic hero.
00:11We guide them through ethics, pointing out some of the tripwires that happen during social media,
00:19reminding them that they have to be ethical, they're accountable for the agent that they're going to be deploying out
00:25there into society.
00:28And some of the students, the things that they've turned in for their final, it's a 16-week credited course.
00:35Amazing companies by pointing out solutions to problems, pointing out problems and creating solutions to that problem.
00:43A woman by the name of Claudia, a company called Aki, amazing solution to vendors in the global south
00:54that aren't connected to the internet, don't have the knowledge of building agents,
01:00going there, giving them personal agents that they can build, and that agent being accessible on a phone call.
01:08With this idea when we talk about agents, I mean, it scares a lot of people.
01:11Some people say, oh, agent, that just means somebody's going to take my job or something like that.
01:15Now, you've done a lot to sort of not only educate people about this,
01:17but I even saw a product that you had had, a teddy bear.
01:21Was it mofo teddy bear?
01:23Yes, it is.
01:23Okay, all right.
01:24But this is AI within that, basically an agent, a genetic AI in that.
01:29Was it the idea to kind of make this a little bit, I mean, I guess teddy bear is a
01:32human,
01:32but for lack of a better word, to humanize this a little bit more or what?
01:35No, it's just the, it's a fusion of creativity and technology.
01:40So the mofo is not a toy.
01:43So on the box it says, I am not a toy.
01:47It's a tool to get worked on in the form of something that's expressive that you can communicate with.
01:54We have our text-to-expression architecture.
01:57So we know what text-to-speech is.
01:58We know what ASR is.
01:59We know what LLMs are.
02:01We have this text-to-expression.
02:03So the agent's able to express itself and give you cues on your digital world
02:12where not everything should be verbalized.
02:17So there's other cues that you can do that are outside of an emoji that you have to type in
02:22text.
02:22So it allows the agent to express itself for things that you are going to deem with you and that
02:28device personal to you.
02:32But more importantly, it's an amazing art project.
02:36Creativity at its highest form.
02:37I do want to talk a little bit about FYI.AI.
02:40And first of all, let me say, some of the investments you've made, a lot of investors would like to
02:44have that portfolio.
02:45But when it comes to what you've created there, what is sort of the mission statement?
02:49What are you trying to accomplish with FYI.AI?
02:52So two.
02:54So I started my philanthropic endeavors in 2008 with my I Am Angel Foundation telling kids in the inner cities
03:01that they should apply themselves in this conversation around job creation, career creation, and industry designing.
03:11Like, use your imagination to its full potential.
03:14But when you tell a kid from the inner city to take a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics course, and
03:21you're not doing that yourself, how can you expect them to take you seriously?
03:25So I started FYI.AI to show them, like, hey, if I can do it, you can do it.
03:29One of the things that we wanted to solve is how people communicate and get worked on on a messenger.
03:34To work on a messenger, you need five different products.
03:38To work on WhatsApp, you need Dropbox, you need WeTransfer, you need zip files, you need all these types of
03:43things.
03:43So on FYI.AI, you can send gig-sized files on the messenger.
03:49Each person, I don't like using the word user, is granted an encryption key.
03:56So to ensure that your data and your privacy is all locked under a key that you own, that you
04:04keep, your data is yours.
04:05Then we started building personal agents.
04:10This is our personal agent tool, so you can create and build your agent that reflects your beliefs, your concerns,
04:17your point of view, and your aspirations, and where you want to go in life.
04:20So your agent knows you, and we're about to show how our system integrates with other legacy systems in the
04:27next couple of weeks.
04:28How soonest, John Lewis?
04:28It's a partnership that really helps us to learn more about opportunities for Turnover and Denver who will apresent ourselves
04:28in view.
