00:24They're asking God to steer the boat in their life, but they're not willing to row it.
00:28And their greatest enemy is themselves. It's their lack of discipline, their lack of self-control,
00:34because God has so many blessings for them. God has so many amazing things for them,
00:39but they're not willing to see the purpose, the plans, the future that he has in store for them
00:43because they're not willing to take back control of their life.
00:46And this is exactly why honoring God with your body, getting in shape, going to the gym,
00:51taking care of your health, eating healthy is so much deeper than you think.
