00:16Sir, as a non-techie person, unahan ko na kayo,
00:19pakiexplain ano po yung naging ugat ng aberya sa eGov PH?
00:23Ang puno-puno, dito po yung sobrang dami po nang gumagamit po sa eGov.
00:28Tandaan na natin na ang eGov po ay unified platform
00:31at naka-integrate po dito ang mahigit 1,000 government systems
00:35para po maiwasan yung paulit-ulit po na registration at submission ng document.
00:41Kaya sinimplify po natin yung process.
00:43So, sinusuportahan natin po dito yung mahigit 3,000 po na servers
00:47ng iba-ibang klase ng government services.
00:50So, nagsabay-sabay po yung papagamit ng ating eGov app
00:54dahil marami po mga bagong features na nilagay
00:56at nag-search din po yung paggamit din po
00:59ng iba-ibang mga features po ng iba-ibang government agencies
01:01na connected po sa eGov app.
01:03Yun po yung naging dahilan po ng maintenance natin po ng ilang araw.
01:08So, capacity versus actual usage.
01:11Ano po yung mga numbers?
01:12Sa ngayon po, nasa 45 million downloads na po tayo ngayon
01:16sa ating eGov app.
01:17Hindi po natin inaasahan po ito yung dagsa po ng download natin
01:21at hindi rin po natin po na-ready po talaga yung ating cloud services.
01:26Kaya po, nagkaroon po tayo ng decision na yung mga ibang mga services
01:30kailangan natin i-disable po for the moment
01:32para ma-unleash po yung ibang space po
01:34para hindi na po mag-down po ang ating eGov app.
01:37Okay. So, wala naman pong external attempt to sabotage the system.

01:42It's really organic use.

01:47Especially, full encrypted po tayo.
01:49At dinagdagan po natin po ng mga karaming layers of security po ito.
01:52Kaya kampanti po tayo na wala pong issue po sa any hacking incident.
01:55So, 12 government systems po, din-disable muna ng DICT.
01:59Can you tell us, ano-ano yung mga ito?
02:01Ito po yung tinatawag po na integration po.
02:03Hindi naman po ito yung mga major services na ginagamit ng tao.
02:06Ito po yung national ID integration.
02:08So, isa po dito po yung medyo nagkaroon po ng issue.
02:13Ito po yung DSWD, yung TESDA, yung PillHealth.
02:17Ito po yung national ID integration.
02:19Hindi po ito mismo yung service po ng DSWD or service mismo ng PillHealth or service mismo po ng pag
02:26-ibig or GSIS.
02:27Ito po yung national ID integration lang po.
02:30Yun po yung ating din-disable.
02:32Kasi yun po yung sobrang dami po nang gumagamit po sa ating digital national ID.
02:36Meron po tayong nasa 91 million digital national IDs now na ginagamit po yan sa identity verification.
02:43Kasama po yung mga bangko, kasama yung mga e-wallet players at kasama po yung mga government agencies.
02:48Yan po yung ating din-disable for the moment po.
02:51So, kung kailangan po natin i-upgrade ang capacity, magkanong budget po ang kailangan?
02:57So, mayroon na pong budget actually yan ng 2025.
03:00Na-allocate na po yan ng around 500 po to assist po yung 1,058 government systems para po wala
03:09pong magiging issue.
03:10Hindi lang po yan nagkaroon ng releasing kasi kailangan po i-comply po yung mga documentation po nakakailanganin.
03:15Tumutulong po sa amin ang DBM, tumutulong din po sa amin po yung aming internal finance ngayon para po makumpleto
03:23po yung mga documentation para po marilis po yung budget na yan na na-allocate pa yan ng 2025.
03:29As we speak, Yusek, hindi pa rin siya fully operational, hindi 100% up and running ang EGOV PH.
03:37Kailangan kaya natin marerestore yung full service?
03:40Full service po ang EGOV natin.
03:43Full service po yan. Ang na-disable lang po dyan is yung identity verification po na connected po sa digital
03:50national ID natin.
03:51Yan po yung surge ng paggamit. Kasi kung mapansin nyo po sa EGOV app, nandyan na rin po yung iba
03:56-ibang mga IDs nyo po.
03:57Kasama na yung digital national ID, yung driver's license, PRC license, pill health, NBI clearance at ibang mga ID.
04:07Yan pong ID na po yan ay connected po sa tinatawag po na national ID e-verify platform.
04:11At yung i-verify na yan ay ginagamit po ng mga libo pong mga government services.
