00:00I love you, Belcalese. I'm sorry. I hate this dress. I'm sorry.
00:05I didn't know where you were going with that, by the way. I was about to agree or disagree with
00:08you.
00:08Hated it real bad. Someone said it looked like hemorrhoids.
00:10It did. It really did.
00:16Welcome back to YAP Session, where we talk about all the trending topics here at Page Six.
00:19And of course, we have to talk about the Met Gala and some of our favorite looks and some of
00:24the most weirdest looks that we've seen.
00:27The first Monday in May. The first Monday in May. It's our Super Bowl.
00:32Literally my Super Bowl. I always go in person. I'm always out there fighting with the paparazzi to get a
00:36few.
00:37And they always put it. It's not like in the movie Devil Wears Prada.
00:39It's like they put a tent. You can kind of squint and see somebody, but you really can't see too
00:44much.
00:45But it's just for the energy. It's such a moment for art.
00:48It's like, first of all, people don't really know it's a fundraiser for the Met.
00:51It is. For the arts.
00:52That gets lost in the messaging.
00:54It does get lost. But let's talk about the gowns.
00:56Let's talk about what we really want to talk about in the first place.
00:59I'm so excited. First of all, Beyonce was a co-chair.
01:02Along with Nicole Kidman, our AMC queen.
01:05And Venus Williams.
01:06You almost forgot that one.
01:07I know.
01:08The tension was certainly on queen day.
01:11Literally Beyonce.
01:12It was almost weird to see her like, oh, like just, it's, again, we don't see her doing this.
01:15She hasn't been in the Met in, I think, over a decade.
01:17So just seeing that was almost weird.
01:18It was a family affair. She went with Jay-Z and Blue.
01:22Oh, I mean the fair!
01:24So, I mean, okay, Blue.
01:26She was like stunning and shining with the shades on.
01:29And I want to say she's one of the youngest Achimbees ever.
01:33So the rule is normally 18 and up, but, you know, Beyonce gets what she wants.
01:37But Lizzie gets what she wants.
01:38And so they lowered it to 14 just for her to have this exception for Blue Ivy.
01:41This was like her world debut almost.
01:43You know how like when, like back in the day when they were bringing their daughters to the debutante?
01:48This was her welcoming to society.
01:50This is her society.
01:51It was very Bridgerton-Coded.
01:52Exactly.
01:53Did you guys see her interview with Lala Anthony?
01:56First of all, she looked, Beyonce looked super nervous.
01:58She did.
01:59She's so cute.
02:00Which is so weird to me because I feel it.
02:02I can see her as such a powerful girl.
02:04Like she's always in the spotlight.
02:06So it's interesting to see her.
02:07Makes her feel relatable.
02:08She really is.
02:09She looks like us all the time.
02:10Yeah, they really are.
02:12Somehow, someway.
02:12But what did you guys think of Beyonce's look and Blue Ivy's look?
02:15So Beyonce was wearing Olivia Rustier, something like that.
02:20Uh-huh.
02:21Former grave director for Balmain.
02:23Yes.
02:24And she's been working with him for many years.
02:26The look was very like opulent skeleton with like a ombre train.
02:31It was stunning.
02:32Did you guys get into the look?
02:33How'd you feel about it?
02:34I liked it.
02:35Did we need the whole train and the fur part?
02:38I don't know.
02:38I feel like the rest kind of stood out so much on its own.
02:41I don't know if I needed that.
02:42But honestly, I feel like I appreciate going over the top and above and beyond.
02:47Because honestly, I was so excited for the theme this year, costume art.
02:50And I feel like a lot of people didn't deliver.
02:52I feel like that is a theme where you do have to deliver and go above and beyond.
02:55And I feel like most people's looks, as stunning as they looked,
02:59were giving more like regular award shows.
03:01So I think the bigger the better for the Mecca.
03:03And she's a co-chair too.
03:04I love Beyonce's, I love the train of it all.
03:07To me, I just, I feel like the combination of the train and the skeleton,
03:10I was a little confused.
03:11I agree.
03:12I'm like, what are we going for here?
03:13We had train.
03:14We had skeleton.
03:14We had headpiece.
03:16We had a lot going on.
03:17And honestly, what I liked about it was the makeup was warm.
03:21She sometimes has been giving us like a colder look lately.
03:24I enjoy the warm makeup.
03:25We're out of that platinum blonde era.
03:28Now, Beyonce, you know I love you, girl, but I don't.
03:31That's not my favorite Beyonce.
03:32That's not my favorite Beyonce.
03:33That's not my favorite Beyonce.
03:34I like when you give us a warm honey blonde and we're back in her fun.
03:37And that tells me act three's coming.
03:39I mean.
03:39She couldn't have dropped that during the Lola Anthony.
03:42I know.
03:43I know.
03:43I can only get so much.
03:44I want to say one of my other favorite looks, which I know is causing some conversation,
03:48is Madonna's.
03:49Okay.
03:49See, I didn't love Madonna's.
03:50I liked it.
03:51I didn't love Madonna's.
03:52But I love that.
03:53That's the thing.
03:54I love a creepy look.
03:56I love a creepy look.
03:57It's giving.
03:58Like, is it costume art?
03:59Like, yes, I guess so.
04:00I mean, yes.
04:01Is it making me depressed?
04:02Yes.
04:02She committed to the band.
04:04I love the waviness though.
04:06Like, you know, I love how they have everyone.
04:07I also saw, like, one of those ladies about the trip going down the stairs with the
04:11.
04:11Did she fall in Jason Derulo?
04:13Oh my god.
04:14The blindfolds were so randomly a trend this year between Rachel Zegler and Sarah Paulson.
04:19Like, why?
04:20Sarah Paulson went with the dollar bill.
04:21The dollar bill.
04:22Sarah Paulson though, I feel like, maybe because I like Sarah Paulson, I want to feel
04:25like she was making a statement.
04:27Like, although I'm here, like, we're all blinded by the dollar.
04:29I don't know.
04:30Maybe that's fine.
04:31I prefer the Rachel Zegler blindfold look though, opposed to Sarah Paulson.
04:36But I actually agree with you.
04:36Sarah's probably going with something there.
04:38Yeah.
04:38There were so many trends.
04:39We can get into Blue Ivy's look also.
04:41Yeah.
04:42I think she had Balenciaga on that all white with the bomber.
04:46Her shoes were very, we're not in Kansas anymore.
04:48I thought she was going to click them together and go somewhere, honey.
04:50It was very cute, very fun.
04:52And I was like, I just like to see Blue Ivy's style develop on her own, right?
04:55Like, I feel like she, they let her have a hand in it.
04:57They're not like micromanaging what she does.
05:00And this is really what she wanted to wear.
05:01Yeah.
05:02I love it.
05:03And Jay Z was there, honey, too, also.
05:04We love you, Jay.
05:05Simple.
05:05Louis Vuitton.
05:06Simple look from him.
05:06Yeah.
05:07Simple.
05:07But, yeah.
05:08I mean, I feel like with most men's fashion, it's usually more simple.
05:11Yeah.
05:11I saw something on Instagram where it's like, they need to start having a sign, like, before entrance.
05:14Like, no entering if you're only wearing a tux.
05:17Yes.
05:17Okay.
05:17Because I feel like that is a reoccurring issue with men's fashion.
05:20I feel like in more recent years, I feel like they are trying to get a little bit more outside
05:25the box.
05:25I mean, you know me, I love heated rivalry boys.
05:27Yeah, let's get into their look.
05:28Let's get into it.
05:29There's a lot of mixed responses.
05:30There's a lot of mixed responses.
05:31I did love both of their looks.
05:33I feel like Connor's story, I kind of expected a little more.
05:36I was a little disappointed.
05:37I'm not gonna lie.
05:38I mean, don't get me wrong.
05:39He said look at my arms.
05:40He was serving arms.
05:43He knows what direction people are looking at, but the outfit itself was, I thought, a real let down.
05:49He looks good.
05:50Oh, he looks incredible.
05:51He had serving arms.
05:53Thank God.
05:54But that was kind of it.
05:56I think it's just like, it's something I could have bought in like, at a department store.
06:00Those two boys know going into this, that when it comes to the men, all eyes are on those two.
06:05They're the it boys.
06:06And Hudson went in a completely different direction, he went all, you know, over the top.
06:09Which again, mixed reviews.
06:11I appreciate it.
06:12I love the black swan, multicolored makeup.
06:15It's the makeup for me.
06:16I know a lot of people talk.
06:18I love a rock star look.
06:20I do.
06:20I know again, mixed opinions, but I appreciate that he put in some color, put in a jacket with
06:25a pattern.
06:26Jacket and outfit wise, he was way better.
06:28Something different.
06:28Overall, his look was better.
06:29Yeah.
06:29Yeah.
06:30As opposed to the common, I feel like most men were just wearing a tux again.
06:33We love you, Ben Stiller.
06:35No, at that point just wasn't me at the next game.
06:37No, he was like, Timmy made the right decision.
06:38Why am I here?
06:39He's like, my wife's making me here.
06:41Yeah, crap, crap.
06:41He even wore like the orange tie for the next, he's like, he's probably watching on his
06:44phone.
06:45I mean.
06:46Wait, so what do we think of A$AP Rockies?
06:48I mean, obviously it's another like suit situation, but the pink.
06:51No, but it was nice.
06:52It gave very dapper, like almost last year's theme where it was like that dandy dapper vibe
06:56because it was like a suit, but it was light pink.
06:59It had that kind of almost like frilly something at the bottom.
07:03It was like a softer.
07:04Also, I like to play with textures.
07:05The textures were really nice.
07:07He always gives it up.
07:08He always gives more than the average.
07:10He's a fashion killer.
07:10He's a fashion killer.
07:11And the fashion killer right next to him, Rihanna.
07:13Yeah.
07:14Last but never least.
07:16And even Anna Wintour admitted the only one who's allowed to arrive late to the Met Gala
07:21is Rihanna.
07:22Do you think people are trying to like take that spot from her and it's just established
07:25like, no, no, no, that's Rihanna's spot.
07:26That's Rihanna.
07:26You cannot arrive later than Rihanna.
07:28She's the only one that has permission and fashionably late.
07:31She's allowed to do it.
07:32And because she lives up to the name.
07:34I will say at first I was a little confused.
07:36I have to Google like, girl, what is she wearing?
07:38I was Googling all night, so don't worry.
07:40Literally, she looks like a crater.
07:41Like is she Mrs. Rocky?
07:43Like what's going on?
07:45Mrs. Rocky's crazy.
07:47But when I looked it up on Google, it was saying that she was like an oyster, like supposed to
07:51represent
07:51an oyster from Barbados or something like that.
07:53Oh, wait.
07:54Okay.
07:55I was like, okay.
07:55She's an island girl.
07:56We'll give it to her.
07:58I'm down for it.
07:59I mean, you were talking about this previously before filming.
08:01I feel like, like Sabrina's look, I loved.
08:04But I loved it because I had to research it.
08:07I feel like part of the issue sometimes is like, I shouldn't have to Google the significance.
08:12I feel I should look at it and understand it.
08:14I thought it was really cool.
08:14She is wearing the film strips.
08:15Very creative.
08:16From a movie called Sabrina.
08:19But at first I was like, I don't get it.
08:20But once I Googled it.
08:21It's art.
08:22It's all Hollywood.
08:22And that's where the art comes in.
08:23And I feel like with this theme, I should just be able to, it should be over the top
08:27enough.
08:28Yeah.
08:28I mean, over the top goes Heidi Klum.
08:31Yeah.
08:31I mean, Heidi.
08:32Oh my God.
08:33But again, you kind of needed more info along with it.
08:35But it was very much clear.
08:36Like she's a statue.
08:37She is a statue.
08:39I mean, the queen of Halloween, she pulls through.
08:42Did you feel like it was more Halloween than Met Gala though?
08:45Because I kind of felt that way at all.
08:45I think it's okay because it's costume.
08:46Yeah.
08:47It's costume.
08:48And it's supposed to be costume art.
08:49She's celebrating early.
08:51Exactly.
08:51Yeah.
08:52I did love Anopia.
08:53I don't know if she's getting as much attention, but she's a Sudanese model.
08:56And she was dressed, I believe, by Balenciaga.
08:59And like she wanted to represent a statue, but she also wanted to, she has tears rolling
09:05down her face because of all the atrocities going on in Sudan.
09:09So like that was her version of protest, which I love, you know, that mixture of protest and art.
09:13They're classy.
09:13And we have to mention the moment.
09:15Well, we have to mention the people that are protesting it.
09:17Zendaya wasn't there.
09:18Right.
09:19A lot of people weren't there because it was sponsored by Bezos.
09:21There was actually a protester there that tried to like rush the carpet and they were tackled
09:25by police.
09:26Like it was a whole thing.
09:27I mean, I feel like as of now, like Zendaya didn't confirm it was because of Bezos.
09:32It was because she did say she just needed a break from doing red carpets and press.
09:36I feel like with Bella Hadid, she was probably the most confirmed because she did like a post
09:41that was anti Bezos about the Met Gala.
09:44Right.
09:44And then she said something about you can wear the ice out pins, but you can't wear it to a
09:48Bezos pin.
09:48An influencer made a video saying like, basically like, don't go, don't support, you know,
09:53the Bezos back Met Gala and definitely don't wear the ice out pins if you go.
09:56Taraji B. Henson also.
09:57Bella liked it.
09:58Taraji commented, like, I'm so confused why would people go to this.
10:01But at the end of the day, like a billionaire kind of has to fund the Met Gala.
10:04So obviously I understand the stance that they're taking.
10:07But if it ain't Jeff Bezos, it's going to be a different billionaire.
10:09So it's kind of like they're picking and choosing a little here because they've all gone in the past.
10:13And they're probably going to go in the future.
10:14So I just think that that was interesting.
10:16I think maybe for them it's more so just the timing of where we are in the world.
10:19Definitely.
10:20And I can respect it.
10:22Like if you feel a certain type of way about attending or whatever, like take your stance and speak out
10:26about it.
10:26There's a lot of people who are vocal about it online.
10:29And just like Anoki is her name, right?
10:31Just like her, like there's different ways to protest.
10:33You can attend and make your art and your fashion the protest.
10:37Yeah.
10:37I know that there was a story behind it of something that was meaningful to her that we could, you
10:40know.
10:40Oh yeah.
10:41So there's ways to kill two birds with one stone.
10:43Exactly.
10:43We can get back to the fashion.
10:44Tiana Taylor.
10:46Tiana's having a moment left and right.
10:47Oh, she is.
10:49I feel like I look forward to her look every red carpet.
10:51Yeah.
10:51And I love seeing it.
10:53Oh my God.
10:54Look at her.
10:54She looks so good.
10:55I loved it.
10:55Another trend.
10:56Did JLo wear something kind of similar?
10:57Similar.
10:58I remember JLo was not in attendance.
11:00She did cut something.
11:01But I kind of think Tiana Taylor beat her out on that one.
11:03Oh yeah.
11:04Who wore a bust.
11:05Who wore a bust.
11:05Tiana looks great.
11:06Tiana, in my opinion.
11:08I mean, I also found it interesting.
11:09I feel like another common trend this mech gala.
11:12I saw it with Hailey Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Hailey Bieber is like the molded corsets.
11:18They all went with that same vibe.
11:20That was so tired.
11:21I agree.
11:22Cause I feel like I've literally, I've seen pieces like this on Etsy.
11:25You know?
11:26Etsy!
11:27I'm sure that's where they got those lists from.
11:30No shade, but I do feel like I'm like, I was just expecting a little more.
11:33Yeah.
11:34With Kendall specifically, I, at first I was ready to be like, oh my God, breathtaking.
11:38She looks beautiful.
11:39Obviously it's like very simple.
11:40But then I'm like, what are we doing here?
11:42With this like.
11:43Right.
11:43The whole titty out?
11:44Yeah.
11:45Cause it's giving, there's something, is there a mishap happening?
11:47Right.
11:47It's Kendall Jenner.
11:49There's no mishap happening.
11:50Yeah.
11:50But just from, you know, our eyes.
11:52Is there one?
11:53You know, it's hard, it's hard to tell.
11:54And it needs to be said the theme.
11:55Let me read the theme to y'all so we can know what we're trying to.
11:57Cause some people may not have read it.
11:58What the bar is.
11:58The theme is, the theme is costume art.
12:01Dress code is fashion is art.
12:03And this year's theme and accompanying exhibit are costume art.
12:05And we'll explore different body shapes and parts.
12:08As well as close that cover and highlight them.
12:10Right?
12:10So you got Beyonce with like the skeletal thing kind of emphasizing that.
12:14And that's why you kind of get a lot of the body shapes.
12:16I know you think it's tired, but I think it's a part of the theme.
12:18Right.
12:18I'll eat my words.
12:19I'll eat my words.
12:20They were on theme.
12:21They were on theme.
12:21But there were a lot of people that were not on theme.
12:23Like unfortunately people like, I don't even think we have these photos.
12:26But like Mia Long and different people, like they looked beautiful.
12:28But it was like, you can afford to the Oscars.
12:30Like the Met Gala.
12:31I thought Nicole Kidman wasn't anything to write home about.
12:34Right.
12:35I mean, another Neville baby debut.
12:37Sunday Rose.
12:38I feel like again, Nicole Kidman is gorgeous.
12:40She always looks stunning.
12:41I always loved her looks.
12:42But it was giving more red carpet than Met.
12:43Yes, I agree.
12:44It was not very bad.
12:45I loved it.
12:46I didn't even know.
12:47I loved it.
12:48I don't know.
12:49It just didn't, it didn't, it didn't wow me.
12:51I know.
12:52Another thing I couldn't help but notice.
12:54And I know people are talking about is like Zoe Kravitz was hiding that big rock from Harry Styles.
13:01We all know.
13:01We all know you're engaged.
13:02And also she was spotted leaving Anna Wintour's house like pretty recently before the Met Gala showing off the ring.
13:09But she was noticeably like hiding it in the pockets.
13:12I love a dress with pockets.
13:13Who doesn't?
13:14But like she would, it was like she was hiding that hand.
13:17Like we've seen it.
13:18Like off, off theme, but she's just so beautiful.
13:20She really is.
13:20She's gorgeous.
13:22And Channing wasn't there so there didn't have to be any awkward ex run-ins.
13:25Cause you know, he ain't happy about that new engagement.
13:27Oh, totally.
13:28And also I found it interesting.
13:29What did you guys think about Blake Lively making an appearance?
13:32I thought we all hated her.
13:34She said the lawsuit is done.
13:36Here I go.
13:37No, literally.
13:37Like wasn't it just settled yesterday?
13:38And she's like, okay, I guess I gotta go to the Met.
13:40Blake, thanks for exhausting us for like two years with this whole trial and everything.
13:44And now it's not even happening.
13:45Yeah.
13:45I know.
13:46She just shows up to the Met like ain't nothing happened.
13:48For the Gossip Girl fans, she did give very much Serena Van Der Wissen on that.
13:51I know.
13:51They were always going to a gala.
13:53She loves a long train.
13:54She kind of does the same vibe every year.
13:55I feel like which is why it never blows me away.
13:57I feel like she's had such good looks that it's a little recycled.
14:00She used to be a Met Gala It Girl in previous years.
14:03I feel like most recently it hasn't been giving as much.
14:08But I don't know.
14:09I wasn't expecting her to come.
14:10Are we shocked that her bestie Taylor didn't show up?
14:12No.
14:13I'm not surprised.
14:14I feel like she doesn't.
14:15I feel like she's been.
14:16She doesn't come all the time.
14:17No, she's been more quiet.
14:18And I mean, honestly, I am surprised that Blake Lively did come.
14:21I mean, the case was literally just settled.
14:23Hours earlier.
14:24Literally hours earlier.
14:26I mean, personally, I'm assuming that that was a really long trial.
14:30I'm assuming that's emotionally exhausting.
14:31Yeah.
14:32So before we wrap, I do want to think about, like, talk about some more weird looks.
14:36Like, were there any looks that really stood out to you?
14:38Or like, pick me.
14:39Bad Bunny dressed as an old man.
14:41Oh!
14:42Oh!
14:43I want to be in that nursing home.
14:45Yeah, he was just like a viejo.
14:46Not the one who was used to with him.
14:48I saw it, like, quickly when I was scrolling Twitter.
14:49And I go, okay, random old man.
14:51And then I go, why is that called Bad Bunny?
14:53He's like, Pop Grave or something.
14:54Well, that's Bad Bunny?
14:55Hold up now.
14:55Now I need to do research.
14:57He loves a prosthetic.
14:58Like, he always goes and leaves music videos.
14:59Like, he had that one video where he became a woman.
15:02He has, I mean, he loves to be.
15:03Yeah.
15:03He really goes for, which is fun.
15:04He has fun with it.
15:05I think he said he was trying to be the age of 53.
15:08He looks way older.
15:09Way older.
15:09Yeah.
15:10I don't know about 53-year-olds.
15:12You've been around, but I don't know.
15:13Especially nowadays.
15:14But we like you how you are Bad Bunny.
15:16Don't let you switch it up too much.
15:17Don't age yourself.
15:18And I don't think that was on theme either.
15:19Like, listen, I love you Bad Bunny, but that wasn't quite on theme.
15:22How did we feel about Katy Perry's little mask situation?
15:25No cheeseburger.
15:26It was giving blue origin.
15:28Yeah.
15:28We get it.
15:29You went to space.
15:30Yeah.
15:31We heard about it all the time.
15:32Like, what is happening?
15:33She's just spooky.
15:34She's spooky.
15:35I feel like she's trying lately to give the wow factor, especially in headlines, like in
15:40our music and publicity stunts.
15:42And that's not the, that's not art.
15:44Like, that's not the theme.
15:45I don't get it.
15:46That's another one.
15:46I don't get it.
15:47Yeah.
15:47It's, you know what it is?
15:48I'm realizing.
15:49Squid Games.
15:50Totally.
15:52I see that.
15:52Okay.
15:53I see that.
15:53She looks like a sexy Squid Games employee.
15:54Yeah, she colored her red.
15:55She colored her red.
15:56She would've been in the new season.
15:58Wait, one person I really did love though was, I feel like she was kind of on theme,
16:01was Emma Chamberlain.
16:02Oh, yeah.
16:03Oh, yes.
16:03First arrival of the night.
16:05She's a fashion girly.
16:06She loves Risk.
16:07And we need to talk about all the interviewers.
16:09Shout out to the interviewers.
16:10They did great.
16:10Lala Anthony.
16:11Emma Chamberlain.
16:13Ashley Graham.
16:13They did a very good job.
16:15Because you know what?
16:15They cast them well.
16:16They do.
16:17Like, you want to be friends with Emma Chamberlain.
16:19You want to be friends with Ashley.
16:20Oh, yeah.
16:20And they are friends with people like Lala Anthony has the Kardashian and she was very comfortable
16:23with Beyonce and Beyonce's not going to talk to anybody.
16:25She's speaking Spanish to Benito and to Marcelo from SNL.
16:28They last couple years have done a great job of who they're picking to do the interviews.
16:31I agree.
16:32Good job.
16:32Especially with all the personalities, I love making it feel like I'm gossiping with my friends.
16:36Yeah.
16:37I just want to know what's going inside.
16:39Yeah.
16:39Like, even when you saw Bad Bunny like saying hi to Kris and Kim and like his, obviously
16:43we know his ex is Kendall.
16:44Like, there's just so many interesting dynamics.
16:46Like, we need more than just the red carpet.
16:47I want to get a peach inside.
16:48I know.
16:49Even like, I saw someone like sneak a video.
16:51Like, Charlie XCX and Conor Story were going out for a smoke break.
16:54And I'm like, imagine that cigarette circle.
16:56I know.
16:56There's gotta be so much gossiping.
16:57I'm like, I ain't sitting with that person.
16:59I know.
17:00I need the tea.
17:01We have the inside scoop.
17:03Remember that year where it was, nah, Diddy, honey.
17:05But remember Diddy and Kendall and everybody?
17:07Yeah.
17:07It was like that big photo.
17:08Oh, that selfie blew up because it's like, oh my God, it's the bathroom.
17:11Yeah, we can do it.
17:12Yeah.
17:13Was it like last year or whatever that someone took a picture of like the table with the food
17:16inside?
17:16Yeah.
17:18They're not eating that good there.
17:19Yeah.
17:20And it was very, it was beautiful because I just saw Devil Wears Prada and they put it
17:24in the movie The Met Gala.
17:25So it was beautiful to see it like, oh, we live in New York.
17:28We're doing the thing.
17:29I know.
17:29It's my favorite time of year because it's like, I love how they like try to keep the guest
17:33list hustosh, but it's like, wait, this person's spot, this person's spotted.
17:37Right.
17:37To me, that's the most fun part.
17:38It's kind of like, where's Waldo?
17:40Of New York.
17:42Every weekend.
17:42We have to get into Cardi B.
17:43We have to get into Cardi B.
17:45We have to get into Cardi B.
17:45How did we forget?
17:46We have to get into Cardi B.
17:47She has three dresses.
17:48She had a dress just to leave the hotel because she knew there was going to be an audience
17:51for that.
17:51She came ready.
17:52Then she's on the carpet.
17:52Now this, and I love you, Belcalise.
17:55I'm sorry.
17:56I hate this dress.
17:58I'm sorry.
17:59Despised.
17:59I didn't know where you were going with that, by the way.
18:01I was about to agree or disagree with you.
18:02Hated it real bad.
18:03Someone said it looked like hemorrhoids.
18:04It did.
18:05It really does.
18:06It gave it to her.
18:07Question mark?
18:08I don't know what's going on there.
18:09What I appreciate because no matter how far away from the Bronx she is, it's always going
18:14to give Cinderella a story.
18:15Like, wow.
18:15Look where she came from.
18:16Look where she's at.
18:17And she goes for it with fashion.
18:19I love that.
18:19But this one was a miss.
18:21But I think there is something sweet about being this girl growing up in the Bronx,
18:25probably being so close yet so far to the Met Gala.
18:29And then it's like, oh my God.
18:31I made it.
18:31I'm here.
18:32I'm in the big leagues.
18:33It's a sweet story to think about.
18:35Wow.
18:35Yeah, and it's been nearly a decade she's in the industry.
18:37But it's still, she's never lost that thing.
18:39Right.
18:39That makes you remember where she's from.
18:41Definitely.
18:41And we love you forever.
18:42But that dress wasn't my favorite.
18:43The after party dress was amazing.
18:45Like, I love the exit the hotel dress.
18:46I love an after party look.
18:47And the after party look.
18:48And they were going to Beyonce.
18:49So they had to give 10 out of 10.
18:50And I'm waiting for that Beyonce after party look.
18:53Yeah.
18:53Yeah, we need that.
18:54We need that Instagram.
18:55I saw the Cardi B after party look with her and Hennessy and it looked stunning.
18:59Is that when Hennessy was in the red?
19:00Yes.
19:01Yes, yes, yes, yes.
19:02So, you know.
19:03Yeah.
19:04It was, it was a fun look.
19:05It was, it was fun to watch this year.
19:06Yeah.
19:06You know what I mean?
19:07Every year is not always that fun.
19:08It really was very star studded.
19:09Like everyone.
19:09Oh, definitely.
19:10Everyone, everyone stepped out.
19:12It was a very elite guest list for sure.
19:14Yeah.
19:14Absolutely.
19:15And Beyonce.
19:16Go ahead and drop act three girl.
19:18We just waiting.
19:18We waiting girl.
19:19We waiting.
19:20We got up all excited now.
19:21Come on girl.
19:21Well until next time.
19:24We're out.
