02:25I mean obviously we live super far apart so that would be something that we would have to be able

02:31work out in real life when we're out of Italy because this is like a dream like getting this
02:37time and hanging out but it's different when we get home and reality kind of sits in and right now

02:47conversation I'm in Houston and he's in Seattle how are we going to work that out because you're
02:52so into somebody you forget to ask those and that could be a jailbreaker I feel like that's how me

02:57Calvin were the first time around it was like a whirlwind and we just kind of jumped in like
03:02too fast and we really don't want to do that this time around Calvin and and Autumn I think that
03:08they
03:08are a beautiful couple so I want to see their relationship blossom how's it going with you and
03:14Paul now like I hardly know I hardly know but I don't because it's right now it's I mean I
03:19already
03:20have expressed my feelings and it's kind of the balls and Paul's court so it depends on what what
03:26he's thinking and what he wants okay he's a little more sort of grumpy now but he was he was
03:35actually
03:35more kind of loving and affectionate before but then that loving and affectionate guy you know broke my
03:42heart so now that now he I don't even get that I just get you know he's kind of gruff
03:46but I think
03:48it's just the way he's showing his his affection he just doesn't differently and I haven't been used to
03:53that Paul and I still need to have the hard conversation because even though I sense how
03:58he's feeling and he knows how I'm feeling he needs to say those words and for this man who is
04:04the most
04:04honest man that I've known he's holding back ever so slightly and he needs to say it to me I
04:09need to
04:10hear it I need to hear I want to be with you forever what's your update give us your name

04:18we've been friends for over 30 something years Alan is a great person and we get along but there's
04:27different aspects of like you know a romantic relationship that Alan and I don't know about
04:33of each other and that's what we're like you know discovering about one another but it's gonna take some
04:40time but we're just trying to see if we would be like right like if we're fitting for one another

04:46like a romantic relationship that's one of the things is us trying to find out like you know if
04:51you know we can that's that's a lot to unpack it's kind of funny because Rasmie when she talks to

04:59about her relationship with Alan she says the same thing back to back to back to back yeah we're just

05:07know really trying to get to know each other I sense that she's afraid to actually come up with
05:13what she wants I'm gonna have to explore because I I need details and and I'm inquisitive some people
05:19call me nosy um let's go get going for the rest of the day because I think we have to

05:26ready for the workout cool I'll walk you to the door like a gentle woman thank you because that's how

05:37so today we have a workout with chili who's in such good shape so we won't go too hard today

05:45gonna do the core workout this is exactly what we need there's been a lot of pasta here like a

05:51like to eat pastries potatoes and pasta pasta pizza I can eat there's no doubt about that so this is
05:59gonna be so wonderful all right you ready wow I'm gonna be in the front of the class I'll be

06:08you know cuz I work out you know I'm an athlete today we're gonna concentrate on the core that's
06:12my favorite because if you want to preserve your back as we age you got to have a strong core
06:18we know
06:19that yeah yes Paul and I have been hitting the gym every single day when you consistently work out
06:25classes like this are very very easy so I'm ready let's get down here okay on your backs let's do

06:37one two three six seven eight ten ten more I was wrong it was it was it was hard all
06:54together I'm here
06:55with someone who I want to rekindle with and she is very athletic so it makes me work a little

07:03harder I gotta keep up guys we're not done yet let's go one two this workout routine is no joke

07:13two three I was fighting for my life oh my gosh I haven't had this much fun since polio now
07:29we're to come
07:29around and we're gonna look at everybody's ads what's crazy is that you know our time is kind
07:35of winding down here it's bittersweet isn't it you know we've had such a good time but I think we

07:43to make sure that you guys have those conversations that need to be had and don't get to that point
07:48where all of a sudden you realize time is out and you haven't really discussed with your partner what
07:53you're feeling I think it's incredibly important just making sure that it's real clear you know that
07:58you guys are either gonna leave together or you're gonna leave separate and also remember there's no
08:03failing here leaving as friends and going your own separate ways could be the win right so don't put
08:11that pressure on yourself just be true to yourself just got to be a hundred percent transparent let's see
08:17what these next few days lead us to all right thank you I'm gonna be sore tomorrow yeah I'm gonna

09:38Tomb Raider double dates could be a little weird sometimes you know because it's different dynamics
09:43I'm not too worried about Autumn I got this daredevil next to me and she's just like pushing me to

09:49things that I probably would never do by myself I've never gone rock climbing before I love doing
10:04outside stuff like that I like challenging myself and I think it is super romantic because I get to
10:10experience all of this for the first time with Calvin come on let's go I'm excited let's do this yeah
10:19let's do this this date it's one of these once-in-a-lifetime experiences I'm beyond excited I just want

10:29carpe diem sees the day I see that with Camille too she's got that spirit I love the fact that

10:36she's like the same way that's what I want in a partner leg workout oh I got a nice little

10:44going yeah I thought it was just gonna be a short little walk but then there's like rocks that we
10:49have to kind of like start stepping over climbing up you got it promise it'll be okay just wanted to
11:05support her let me try he'll pull you this is freaky I'm climbing over rocks climbing under rocks
11:16hanging on for dear life oh my gosh oh my gosh I can't I'm done yeah no no no you
11:24want me to get
11:25come on I do not do things like this ever I believe this is for you oh it's not necessarily
11:39my nature to be romantic thank you you're welcome I'm not gonna make the same mistake I made 45 years
11:45ago the balls and Paul's Court we should probably talk about compatibility I made this big effort to
11:53try to like connect with you but it doesn't feel like you're ever gonna want to take that chance maybe
12:08not there were some tricky rocks to climb over okay one by one okay but I'm willing to go through
12:18this
12:18because our time here in Sardinia is coming to an end Blake makes me happy and I deserve to be
12:27with a
12:28good guy and I honestly think this is all in God's plan and I am just trusting it for my
12:37first time
12:38rock climbing I definitely think it was a little challenging my arms were shaking but I love it I'm
12:45having a blast this is a lot of fun oh this is a workout I was impressed when I saw
12:50her moving the
12:51way she was it showed me a lot about her it shows me that she likes a challenge not saying
12:58that this
12:58is a competition but it just shows that we're gonna push each other to be better okay no matter what
13:04happens good job so razz me yeah are you prepared for the serious questions or the serious conversation so I

13:17thinking maybe you want to explore see you know if you have those feelings with Alan and I know it's
13:26not in
13:26your comfort zone but you might want to sort of just open up about this you can do this it's

13:35razz me is a little garden in her feelings and sharing it with everyone but I sensed there's just
13:43something more just try it because what's the worst that's gonna happen I'm scared I'm scared that
13:54our friendship dynamic might change it will change that's the point in the negative oh the possibility
14:02of losing a friendship all together if that doesn't work out yeah and that's I think what's holding you
14:07back maybe yeah perhaps yeah because you don't want to risk losing that yeah I think that that's
14:14perfectly fine but I understand Alan wants more I think so do you think that that's a big obstacle
14:21in a relationship right now it might be really I think it's one of the things if you don't take
14:27a risk I can assure you that nothing will happen if you do take a risk something might happen yeah

14:35just consider that I mean I know you've probably had conversations about it to be completely honest

15:16Camille actually got up there up onto the top of the mountain which is huge
15:21she pushed through it good job thanks Blake this is level of just like admiration and respect for her

16:59feel like I couldn't have done it without him he's made me feel so safe I'm very appreciative for you
17:07just being patient with me you know and just giving me time anything for you honestly it's a breath of
17:14fresh air to be with somebody who cares about me and sees me for me thank you for opening up

17:26that's a lot I get it we've both been there and not so great of relationships so I totally understand
17:35like you know it's the whole just trusting again and you know doing doing the work and to open up
17:43and
17:43trust again it takes a long time I know my worth and Blake knows my worth and I deserve to
17:52have a good
17:52relationship and I'm happy that just the good things come to those who wait I guess you know
18:02I'm ready to let my guard down and open my heart to you you're a good one and I would

18:28You give me butterflies and I haven't felt that in like a really really really long time and it's just

19:03we've been friends for so long and now we're working on the romantic aspect of it but I'm looking
19:10for something more things haven't been aligned I don't know how much more I can wait to figure
19:16that out we're really enjoying ourselves but there's nothing fluffy or romantic sometimes we
19:23can be a little clueless that would be a word that comes to mind practice my vocal cords I learned

20:12I love that I mean I love opportunities to get a new perspective on things it's going to be helpful
20:16with regard to Razmi and I's uh relationship so I just want to know I want to go you know

20:22of you and see if there's a moment like a romantic moment a moment that gave you butterflies on this
20:28whole trip that really you felt that little spark you know that someone loves you by looks totally
20:33looks and smiles yeah I'll catch a little look from Chili and it it just melts me for sure okay

20:40awesome good to hear the reunion when I first saw it was just like this this feeling of euphoria just
20:47washed over me when we were getting gelatos and he gave me the journal on the bridge it was really
20:53nice yeah and then the stuff that was inside the journal it's really really nice and it meant a lot
20:57cool that's very cool my favorite was us just like cuddling like on the couch it was like all dark
21:06and we
21:07were just like having like those moments of just like talking about life that's great it was nice
21:12what about you when do you feel butterflies seeing her coming off the boat onto the beach this was our
21:18reunion oh okay yeah yeah like lightning bolt down my spine yeah she's uh she's pretty I don't know how
21:26you get any butterflies at any point in time on this trip so far I enjoy just quality time like
21:31I went
21:31out to tan the other day and I know that man does not want to lay out there and tan
21:35up to me but he was
21:36like oh go we were out there for like two hours and I was like I knew he didn't want
21:40to but he did
21:40it just to spend time with me and I love stuff like that totally like our reunion you know he
21:45had the
21:46butterflies first saw them yeah after so many years it felt like home Alan and I had that moment on
21:54our
21:54first date where we really opened up to one another and we spoke about well marriage and children he
22:02opened up and talked about his children and then we both got emotional and the moment was just so
22:08real so genuine that for me really opened up my feelings my feelings in a different way not just the
22:15friendship way okay well that's a great moment yeah you can really bury your soul like that to somebody
22:20it's pretty special our first date okay I left that date I had a hard time sleeping that night
22:27because my mind was racing I love all of this Paul yes what about you and Leslie what's going on

22:36seriously give it to me sure we're really enjoying ourselves so we yeah it's been 45 years yeah but we
22:42are so much the same as we were I think it's going well because right now I'm actually learning a
22:49lot more
22:50about Paul but there's nothing you know fluffy or romantic communication is it's not easy for guys
22:57all the time sometimes we can be a little clueless when it comes to the emotional word that comes to
23:02mind yeah she's just as you know lively and adorable and bright as she ever was and I'm still you

23:13kind of dumb well I've had trouble with that even with Chile and I it's great though she'll text me
23:19like I need some mushy stuff today oh I like that yeah and I'm like okay totally he said I

23:25for some reason it takes a lot of vulnerability from a man to get mushy sometimes it's like if we
23:33open ourselves up that way it maybe weakens us you know there's that is definitely something to consider
23:38I wasn't really thinking in those terms it's weird but it's that's what it is they know with Leslie and
23:44I it would be easy to commit I have not forgot about Leslie in all those years you know commitment
23:50sure I mean I don't I don't see a problem with that no outside date no no I'm too old
23:59for that
23:59you never no that's there's no such thing you want to bet so Alan and I are kind of like
24:08the opposite
24:08because we've been friends for so long and now we're trying to think about coming out of that
24:14coming in the friend zone yeah yeah and now we're working on the romantic aspect of it yeah can we
24:23have that spark for one another we seem to be in this kind of friendship space but I'm looking for
24:31something more things haven't been aligned we've been here for a while we've had lots of time to spend
24:36together flirty being physically affectionate yeah I haven't really felt that you know from her
24:41from her yeah okay I've kind of interpret that as a lack of interest I don't know how much more
24:47I can
24:47wait we all have that gut feeling right you listen to your gut listen to your gut like what is

24:52telling you it's always right yeah my gut has said be patient but I feel like I'm giving a lot

24:59supportive and listening but I'm not really getting that's not reciprocated for me you need to say that to
25:07her don't try to like dance around it or sugarcoat it just y'all gotta have that conversation ASAP yeah

25:27um I was definitely supportive to for him to go to support his daughter I was disappointed in the
25:32fact that I wasn't given a lot of notice it was just like hey I'm leaving right right right that
25:40does seem to be a very common male trait I don't know why we do this but we'll literally hold

25:46certain details to the last moment because we're just afraid of how they're gonna land yeah of course
25:51it could be done better yeah time is winding down running out I'm feeling uncertain about the
25:57relationship that was once super confident in the teen and I will need to have some deeper
26:02conversations once he gets back sounds like a little margin of grace yeah isn't it makes the
26:09heart grow fonder we don't have a lot of time so really throw it all out there don't be afraid

26:23what the reaction is because um you know we don't time is just it's just running away from all of

33:02because i thought it was a fun place to live no connection to houston none i love it and it's
33:07beautiful if i move i wouldn't even think about it it would just be something just a little blip in

33:13life my mom my dad my brother my sister two of my children and your grandkids i'm a northwest
33:20girl i know i know so it wouldn't take a lot of cajoling to no okay i'm just enjoying it

33:25this is something to do seems like leslie is not married to houston so the distance thing would never
33:34be an issue ideally she would move back to seattle area that would be ideal uh but we'll just have

33:42wait and see so what do you think about all these other couples blake and cammy that's an easy one

33:48start with because they live in the same town i mean it's pretty hard to mess that up you know
33:54when
33:54you they have the music the connection all that moving on alan my roommate and raz may they've known
34:02each other since the seventh grade i i'm not seeing a big spark there but they're reserved they can still
34:09be reserved and you can detect a look in their eye or something and i'm i'm sorry i don't see

34:16you know i mean i'm not exactly you know dr ruth here but i i
34:23so shakira and mateen they are like the same person because they're both they kind of are cute
34:30their personalities the way he looks at hers he loves everything about her he gets her i'd agree
34:38but how they're gonna blend you know their families how is that gonna look could be a deal breaker
34:44calvin and autumn i believe they dated about six or seven months i think they're both adorable i think
34:50they're a super cute couple yeah i don't really have an opinion i could see that happening anyway this was
34:55amazing and these flowers i'm gonna save them for i mean i'm gonna i'm gonna take a picture you can
35:01take a picture just like the sweetest thing anyone's ever done oh no okay it's been an awfully long
