01:20And it turned out the readers were dying to have someone rock the boat.
01:24And that's not true just of the life of Scrooge, but of all his stories.
01:27They're unlike anything else anyone else has ever done in Disney.
01:31I go to more and more conventions every year.
01:33I get more and more invitations to Europe, South America, and all around America.
01:37And it's more than I can keep up with.
01:41Since you're asking is that I might have gotten around to,
01:44but nobody would have ever published it.
01:45It was the death of Scrooge.
01:52But I don't want to stop.
01:59You know, it's too nice.
02:01I put away all my meager, amateurish art supplies I had,
02:07and put away in the basement, and I thought I'd never draw again.
02:10I said, part of my life was over.
02:12Those stories I created would exist forever.
02:15And that seemed like something worth living for me.
