00:09We try to stop his car for the stronger marijuana coming from it.
00:12It's going over the curb, through the woods.
00:15I'm going to put a dog on you, you better get down.
00:17Your license is suspended.
00:19No, it's not.
00:19I'm telling you it's suspended.
00:20No, sir, it's not.
00:21I just got my license suspended.
00:23There's no way in the world that my license should be suspended.
00:25Try to run him over.
00:26I didn't try to run him over.
00:27I thought that wasn't wrong.
00:28Get out the car.
00:29I'm trying to run him over.
00:30Really?
00:31I knew that you were behind me.
00:32I was trying to get y'all to see him.
00:34He has my dog, yo.
00:36Hey, hey, hey.
00:38Go, go, go, go.
00:415, 1, 10, 1, 100, 6.
00:44Hands!
00:45Hands!
00:46Hands!
01:05Get on the ground!
01:08Get on the ground!
01:09Get on the ground right now!
01:17If you make me get wet, it's a pretty good-sized gator.
01:20You know, we all get trained to wrestle gators.
01:24Get your hands up!
01:26Well, thanks, Cupcake.
01:27It's been a while since I've been called Cupcake.
01:35We'll try to stop his car for the stronger marijuana coming from it.
01:47Hey, I think mine might be taking off on me.
01:52Rachel, Nate, 91, 1038.
01:54Actually, he's taking off.
02:02Three, it's going to be a black sedan.
02:10We are going to be turning into the grove.
02:13Zimmelcrest, first entrance.
02:20We are going over the curb, through the woods.
02:24He's going into the school.
02:32God, come on, man.
02:36Bushbone, Bushbone.
02:37I've got four jumping out.
02:39Jeans.
02:40One's in a camo jacket and pants.
02:44Get on the ground!
02:45Get down!
02:51We're coming around the back of this school.
02:53Heading back up towards Broad.
03:11I'm going to put a dog on you.
03:18You better get down!
03:19You better get down!
03:23Get down, bro!
03:26Get down, bro!
03:27What the hell?
03:28Why are you guys running, man?
03:31Go on, wait.
03:31Let me move my leg first.
03:34We're in the back of this school.
03:35I've got three more to stop the fence.
03:37Going towards Broad.
03:38Back towards Kings.
03:41Man, why are you all running?
03:42You all right?
03:44You okay?
03:46You okay?
03:47He hurt, right?
03:49Who had the weed on him?
03:50What are you talking about?
03:51What are we doing?
03:51Bro, I can smell the weed in the car.
03:53That's why I was trying to pull you guys over in the first place.
03:54I don't know what car.
03:55There's no weed.
03:55What do you mean, what car?
03:56You jumped out of the car.
03:57Are you seeing something?
03:57You didn't jump out of the car, bro?
03:58I don't know you.
03:59Stop talking to you.
04:00Oh, stop talking to you?
04:02That's how it's going to be?
04:04So usually you're looking kind of any fresh break in the fence, any footsteps or anything,
04:09but he said they ran through here and we have a unit on the other side.
04:14All right.
04:15You were in the back.
04:16I'll tell you, just stay in cuss for a little bit until we figure it all out, okay?
04:20So they more than likely jumped that fence and went down into that ditch, so that back
04:23road?
04:23Yeah, right where I had him to the left, I saw him all jump the fence and keep going towards
04:27like King's Beauty.
04:28Yeah.
04:29If you want to sit, I'm just going to check the car real quick.
04:31All right, cool.
04:35Man, this thing reeks of weed.
04:37How old are you?
04:3920.
04:40Oh, that's lovely.
04:43That's our driver right there.
04:45Left his ID in the car.
04:47Who's driving?
04:48Yeah, you do.
04:49Don't give me that.
04:50Man, I've been doing this long enough, probably long enough you've been alive.
04:52Don't tell me you don't know who it is.
04:54Don't tell me.
04:54Come on, man.
04:55You didn't find those rules, no nothing on you, bro.
04:57You're taking me to jail.
04:58So why run then?
04:59Why didn't you stand there and just say, I don't know?
05:01That doesn't make any sense.
05:03You can get charged.
05:04If you entered in closed spaces, after 6 p.m., guess what?
05:07You still can go to jail.
05:08He ran, right?
05:08He ran, yeah.
05:09We had the vehicle take off after a traffic stop, able to catch one of the passengers.
05:13Anytime you enter a closed fence after 6 p.m. or anything like that, that's one charge.
05:17It's also in jurisdiction or rights, which is no trespassing, loitering.
05:20So he's going to be charged with a trespass.
05:21And when we were doing the track, we ended up finding another set of guys with some marijuana.
05:24So it was an eventful track.
05:26No one got hurt, which is the main thing.
05:27So that's always a plus.
05:36Apparently there's some kind of argument at the checkers down the road here.
05:41I guess somebody backed into the delivery truck driver, and now they're fighting or something out in the parking lot.
06:04Okay, it's all the other flagging me down.
06:09We got visual in the taillights.
06:13What was the vehicle description?
06:22We're east on 52, trying to catch up with some taillights.
06:26I'm not sure if it's going to be there or not.
06:30Apparently the white pickup truck with camo trim is supposedly what ran into that 18-wheeler and then fled.
06:38There's a good chance that this white pickup here is swerving through traffic.
06:42At 52 at Paradise Point, I'll be lighting them up.
07:02What's going on?
07:04Okay.
07:05All right.
07:05Where are you guys coming from?
07:08Checkers.
07:09Okay.
07:09You guys get in an accident on checkers?
07:11No.
07:12You didn't back into the semi truck?
07:14Uh, nope.
07:15He tried to say I did, but, you know, I did not.
07:19Okay.
07:19So why are you doing 80 miles an hour swerving through traffic on 52 then?
07:23I was doing 55.
07:25No, not even close.
07:29I know.
07:32Roll the window down.
07:33No.
07:34Hmm?
07:35No.
07:36What do you mean, no?
07:37He doesn't need to.
07:37Yeah, he does.
07:39Yeah.
07:40Because I asked him to.
07:41Do me a favor.
07:42Can you take keys to ignition and hand them to me?
07:4610-4-6.
07:49Hang tight for me.
07:5010-4-6.
07:5010-4-6.
07:5010-4-6.
07:52Can you smell it on her?
07:52She's dropping her license and slurring real bad.
07:55She's real belligerent.
07:57She said we were doing 80 down 52 when I lit her up.
07:59Well, yeah, she was going all over the lanes.
08:01I was trying to catch up to you guys, but you guys were taking off from me.
08:03And then she decided to, like, almost ram this curb.
08:05If there's damage to the vehicle back there, then it's considered a crash, and this will
08:09be considered a hit and run, and then we'll also then work the DUI aspect of it.
08:15Hey, her tire hit the ramp, so there's no damage here.
08:18You might have a mark on her tire.
08:21Yeah, she's got some big mud and tires on there.
08:23That's what we figured.
08:24There probably wouldn't be anything.
08:26Truck driver over there at Checkers confirmed that there was no damage on their vehicle.
08:29She actually just backed over the ramp with her tires, so FHP probably will not come out
08:33to handle it because it's not a true traffic crash, hit and run.
08:39We're going to have one of our deputies that just work the DUI aspect and check her out
08:42and make sure she's able to drive.
08:44So listen, I smell the odor of alcohol on your breath.
08:48I see your eyes are glassy, they're bloodshot.
08:51Okay, I want to make sure you're able to drive.
08:54Okay, so I'm giving you all the benefits right now, okay?
08:57I'm good.
08:58So, you can tell me you're good all day long until I finish my exercises.
09:01I know, I understand.
09:02Okay.
09:03Okay.
09:06Look at where your head is.
09:08Do you see how your head's turned?
09:10Now your nose is straight on with me.
09:13A second ago it was out here.
09:14You're turning your head on me.
09:16Okay.
09:17So I do detect signs of impairment in your eyes.
09:20Are you willing to continue my exercises?
09:29Are you willing to do this?
09:30No?
09:31Okay.
09:33Make sure you find your back.
09:36Most likely we'll have to get a tow truck out here for the truck.
09:38I believe the passenger doesn't have a license and is also intoxicated,
09:42so he's not going to be driving it out of here.
09:45She's going to jail.
09:47Okay.
09:50Okay.
10:11Hey, hey, go, go, go, go.
10:155-1-10-100-60.
10:1876th Street North.
10:19It's a Black Dodge Charger.
10:20The initial stop was just a traffic violation that Deputy Patterson observed.
10:25I happened to be right there in the area.
10:27Left, 3rd Avenue North.
10:33Taking a left on 4th Avenue North.
10:37Oh, my God.
10:45Woo!
10:46Where'd they go?
10:46Right.
10:48Reese's got eyes.
10:53Failed out.
10:55Failed out.
10:55Failed out.
10:5775th.
10:58Come on.
11:0075th, 75th.
11:06What's up?
11:08What?
11:11Do you see what he's wearing?
11:13Negative.
11:14There is a firearm in the vehicle.
11:19When he bailed, he carelessly left the vehicle in drive and it rolling into someone's parked car.
11:27I've got three cell phones, three sets of car keys, digital scale, baggies, and I'm going to go run that
11:34fire on.
11:35All right.
11:36That's what he's supposed to be.
11:37Hiding out underneath a white glacier behind those stations.
11:42Keep going.
11:52That's where the apartment complexes are at, where he possibly would have bailed.
11:58So...
11:59Yep.
12:06Hey!
12:07Come here.
12:09Come here.
12:11Come here.
12:25That's where you got it.
12:31hands, hands, hands, hands, crawl out on your belly, crawl out slowly, slowly, you, don't
12:40you move anything crazy, come on out, come on out, crawl out slowly, I got cover, put
12:48your hands behind your back, behind your back.
13:09There was an actual civilian that called in and said, hey, there's a guy matching this
13:16description, hiding, like he was running out of breath, hiding behind Little Caesars.
13:21As I was exiting, I saw him pop around the corner, and he saw me, and he took off.
13:29Does that match?
13:30Does that match?
13:31Yes.
13:31Does that match?
13:32That be it?
13:33That's it.
13:33That's beautiful.
13:35That's fantastic.
13:35You can't have the jacket without the hat, right?
13:38Yeah.
13:38Inside the car, he's got a hat.
13:40It matches the tie-dye airbrush stuff that he's wearing.
13:44Also, there's some Air Force Ones in there, and Mr. doesn't have shoes.
13:48If I was a betting man, I'm sure those Air Force Ones will fit him like a glass slipper.
13:53So, Mr. is also going to be possibly facing some theft of property, first degree charges,
13:59along with reckless endangerment, playing attempting to elude, resisting arrest.
14:03All right.
14:04She was open to the relative's house.
14:087-6-7 in the rear.
14:12He's responding for an armed robbery that apparently just occurred here.
14:17All right.
14:17We're going to see what's going on.
14:21They ran that way?
14:26Yeah.
14:26I don't know if they've stood up before.
14:28You ever seen him before?
14:29No.
14:29I haven't.
14:29I didn't even get a chance to really see him.
14:31They had on hoodies.
14:33I saw, like, maybe a drag.
14:34It could have been anything, like, a hoodie string, but maybe a drag.
14:38OK.
14:39All right.
14:40One of the carhops here at this outside taking a break.
14:44Two unknown males wearing black hoodies took off on foot after they jumped in for his
14:49carhop money.
14:49Happened about 25 minutes ago, so we're going to get the dog out.
14:52See if we can't pick up a track, see if we can't locate these two.
15:00Circle 7-6, dog on the ground.
15:02We're going to be looking for a track.
15:08There's a bunch of money.
15:126-6, I got loose cash back here at the table.
15:27He doesn't know.
15:28Two black males, black hoodies.
15:29That's all we got.
15:30Get to work.
15:38Tracking into 134.
15:40Two open gates.
15:41Two open gates behind 134.
15:43Tracking towards it.
15:45I'm home.
15:472150.
15:52Oh, yeah.
15:55Yeah, he's home.
15:58We're still tracking south along the creek.
16:02Hey, there's somebody right there.
16:03Please tell me.
16:05That's not him.
16:06You see anybody running down the path?
16:08Never noticed.
16:16He's home.
16:18Good job, buddy.
16:18Good job.
16:21I have a Dorchester canine here as well.
16:23He's running the course parallel.
16:25He's in his vehicle at this time.
16:2610-4, when we come up to the cross, we'll get him to take over.
16:30He about spent.
16:32The Ohio's across the creek, have you?
16:35Negative.
16:35Negative.
16:36We're negative.
16:36We're still far with Hummerbird.
16:38God, dog.
16:40He's an old man.
16:43All right, I'm going to come out of Hummerbird and come back over.
16:48Hey.
16:51All right, we're right here at Parlor Drive in Southern Oak.
16:55He's thirsty.
16:56I know.
16:57Good job, buddy.
16:59That's a boy.
17:00A boy.
17:02That's.
17:03I know, buddy.
17:04He's on track.
17:06At this point, though, he's about smoked.
17:09Now we're just going to get him some water, get him some rest, get him some AC.
17:13Cool him off.
17:14He's pretty hot.
17:17Hey, come on, buddy.
17:18Good job.
17:20Get you some water.
17:24Still a successful track.
17:25He was on it.
17:26We just had to end it due to him being tired a mile and a half in 75, 80 degree
17:31weather.
17:32And this humidity is pretty tough for Shepard his size.
17:35So at this point, County's going to drop his dog on the ground, see if they can't pick up the
17:39track.
17:39And get some answers as to what went on with this robbery this evening.
17:42Good job, buddy.
17:49I'm going to back up.
17:50Lieutenant Danny Brown on the stop right now.
17:52Good job.
17:55415.
17:58413.
17:59You can clearly enter the car.
18:01Conduct a trap stop on up for the illegal left turn back there.
18:04We jumped all the way across the lanes.
18:05Come up to the vehicle.
18:06You can plainly smell marijuana just pouring out of here.
18:09All right, stand up for me, bro.
18:11All right, I got you.
18:12I got you.
18:12Can you stand up, please?
18:13All right, so based on that older, right, search the vehicle.
18:15I just searched all the way.
18:15Oh, thank you.
18:17Do you have anything to start?
18:17He doesn't hope he stabbed me or anything like that?
18:19Oh, no.
18:20All right.
18:214 ounces?
18:22Yeah.
18:22Where are they?
18:22Or grams?
18:23No.
18:25Hey, D.
18:27You got an ounce of shrooms in there.
18:29And 4 ounces of weed in there somewhere.
18:31Well, at least you're honest.
18:32Yeah, I'm not a liar, man.
18:33I'm a real human being.
18:34I appreciate that.
18:35I'm not a bad person.
18:36No, you're not.
18:37I just want you to know.
18:38I'm scared you guys over there don't mean you're a bad person,
18:40bro.
18:40Exactly.
18:40So you got how much of each?
18:44I'm doing 4 ounces of marijuana and an ounce of shrooms.
18:494 ounces of marijuana?
18:50Yeah.
18:51But no bazookas or machine guns, right?
18:53No.
18:54I'm not a violent person.
18:55I'm scared.
18:57She got anything to do with that stuff?
18:59No, she's nothing.
19:00How much stuff do you use?
19:14So you just sell marijuana and shrooms?
19:18Where do you, do you pull the shrooms yourself?
19:21You just buy them with somebody?
19:23Huh?
19:23Yeah?
19:23Yeah, usually.
19:25Just buy them?
19:27No, I'm not like a shady person.
19:29No, I mean, dude, you're being straight up and honest with me.
19:32Oh, dude.
19:33He's got them individually packaged.
19:35Yeah, just sell them.
19:36In 10s and ounces.
19:39Got a lot of dope in here for a little traffic stop.
19:42All right, I'm gonna start.
19:43Uh, you ever been in trouble before?
19:45Uh, not really.
19:46And that'll make you feel like they're in the hospital.
19:48And for you, it's gonna be pretty simple.
19:50You're gonna go to jail today, obviously.
19:51Yeah.
19:52You'll go to court down the road and that'll be it.
19:54But you won't be, you're not gonna be staying in jail waiting to go to court.
19:58You'll be out probably before we get off of work.
20:00Can I ask for me what's happening?
20:02Because, like...
20:03You're gonna be leaving.
20:03Okay.
20:04Let me get the shrooms.
20:06But that's what I'm saying.
20:07Like, what would it take?
20:10Like, look at those.
20:11They look like dead sticks.
20:13It looks like when you, uh, cremate your pet.
20:17First one, 414-1090-1085.
20:20That's what I mean, I...
20:21I cremate your pet, that's what it looks like.
20:23414-1085 and 1325-4-4-4.
20:25Yeah, I know.
20:26That's what it looks like to me.
20:28This ain't too bad.
20:31I mean, like...
20:32I've had...
20:33I've had...
20:34I've had some extremely rude officers, like, before.
20:37Did he say we were?
20:39Oh, wow.
20:40I just...
20:40The mushroom, when I held up that bag, there's nothing about that bag that says,
20:44take me.
20:45You know what I'm saying?
20:46No, it tastes...
20:46It tastes terrible.
20:47It's awful.
20:47It's not awful.
20:48So it tastes terrible.
20:49It doesn't look like it says, taste me.
20:50But you still, like, all right.
20:52Yeah.
20:52It's worth it.
20:53You know what most of them grow?
20:55They're ugly and they taste bad.
20:56You know why they taste bad?
20:58Well, I don't know about those shrooms, but most shrooms grow in cow patties.
21:02That's where you get them from.
21:04All right, you can start for me.
21:10Okay.
21:12You're good to go.
21:16We'll put all your stuff in the bag so he can take for you, okay?
21:18The suspect's being charged with possession when they tend to distribute marijuana
21:22for the four ounces of marijuana you had in the vehicle,
21:25and then also possession when they tend to distribute the, uh, mushrooms.
21:33I'm going to back up Deputy Tully on a traffic stop.
21:36Pull the vehicle over for speeding.
21:46You guys got everything illegal in the car?
21:48Any guns, drugs?
21:49No?
21:50Why don't I give it a quick look?
21:52I'm not illegal.
21:53What was I doing wrong?
21:54Well, I didn't say you were illegal.
21:56I'm going to my brother's house.
21:57Okay.
21:57So is there anything illegal in the car?
21:59Any guns, drugs, knives, the bodies, explosives?
22:01Okay.
22:01Would you mind if the sheriff's office gave it a quick look?
22:04I don't know why you want to search it.
22:05If you've got a little bit of weed to do, I don't care.
22:07I don't smoke weed.
22:08I'm 50% of them, sir.
22:09Okay.
22:10Well, that doesn't, that doesn't mean anything.
22:17You know anything on you, man?
22:18Yep.
22:18You got any weapons or anything?
22:28Hi, ma'am.
22:29How you doing?
22:29Good, how are you?
22:30Good.
22:31You have anything illegal on you?
22:33Anything that's going to poke me, stick me, stab me?
22:34Nope.
22:35No?
22:35You got any pockets?
22:36Perfect.
22:37No?
22:40Okay.
22:40I just wanted to check your...
22:41No, no, no.
22:41It's fine.
22:42Is there anything in your purse?
22:43You're smart if I give it a cook?
22:44I just got Dunkin' Donuts and popcorn.
22:46Dunkin' Donuts and popcorn?
22:47Yep.
22:48Good.
22:48I like popcorn.
22:48Can you share some?
22:49Nah, I'm okay.
22:52It's a heavy bag.
22:53Will that change?
22:54Yes, sir.
22:55Woof!
22:55I went to the casino.
22:58What's the scale for?
22:59That weighs jewelry.
23:02What's this white stuff on here?
23:05I mean, is that coke?
23:07No, sir.
23:08Nothing?
23:08No.
23:10I use it for just weighing jewelry, like I said.
23:12All right.
23:13I'm going to leave that out for right now, okay?
23:14Okay, that's fine.
23:15Here you go.
23:24A little bit of mess.
23:27I had two little pieces of meth in there.
23:29I mean, maybe it weighs a tenth of a gram, not much.
23:34You have no idea where that came from?
23:36No, I don't.
23:36Really, I don't.
23:38Close to it.
23:40Close to it.
23:40I swear, man.
23:41Yep, just stand by the headlights, bud.
23:45Ma'am, come here for me.
23:48.
23:50Come here.
23:53So what's that scale probably going to test positive for?
23:56I have no idea, so I borrowed it.
23:58I used to go.
23:59Three torchlighters?
24:00Mm-hmm.
24:00Yep.
24:01Is that for smoking cigarettes?
24:03Yes, sir.
24:04Oh.
24:06You must smoke a lot of cigarettes.
24:08Did you go to prison for dope?
24:09I still did.
24:10Did you say?
24:10Did you go to prison for narcotics?
24:12Yes, sir.
24:12Yeah, you did.
24:13I got that virus.
24:14You got out of prison in 2017 for possession of controlled substance.
24:19I already ran your history and seen it.
24:21I believe it wasn't for, um...
24:23It was for possession of controlled substance.
24:25It could be anything.
24:26I mean, it could be heroin.
24:27It could be pills.
24:27It could be...
24:28Yeah, it was for pills.
24:29Not a person.
24:32Oh, you got the blue at the top.
24:35Oh, yeah.
24:36It's coke.
24:40I searched the female's purse, and she had a scale which tested positive for cocaine.
24:46She's got a history of illegal narcotics possession, so she actually went to jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.
24:54All right, go ahead and grab her pocketbook, man.
24:56You're good to go.
24:57Thanks, guys.
24:58Be safe, all right?
25:04All right, we have this vehicle up here.
25:07All right, I'm good.
25:07It's committed some traffic infractions, so we are going to do a traffic stop on it and see what they
25:13got going on.
25:16How's it going, sir?
25:17I'm doing fine, sir.
25:18Good, man.
25:18You have your ID on you?
25:19I sure do.
25:19Okay, cool.
25:22You don't live on Dolphin anymore?
25:24There's that one if you still want that one.
25:25No, I don't need that one.
25:26Ten years old?
25:28What were you in for?
25:29Traffic and pills.
25:30Oh, man.
25:31That's not good.
25:32Way back then.
25:33You have your ID on you?
25:34Somebody put something under my seat.
25:35Oh, yeah, and they got you with it?
25:36Yeah.
25:37How long did you go to prison for?
25:38Ten damn years.
25:39Ten years, huh?
25:40Been out five months.
25:41Okay, so the driver actually showed me his inmate card saying that he just got released from prison, I think,
25:49four or five months ago.
25:50He did ten years in prison for trafficking amount of pills according to his own admission.
25:56So, due to him having a history of a trafficking amount of narcotics, we're going to get a K-9
26:01officer up here.
26:02He's going to do a walk around the vehicle.
26:06Cool.
26:18Is that a 10-4?
26:19Yeah, it's 10-4.
26:20Okay.
26:24So, a K-9 officer is advising his dog alerted on the vehicle to the odor and narcotics.
26:29So, at this point in time, we're going to conduct a cursory search of the vehicle.
26:34Okay.
26:36Here we go.
26:37You got some substance?
26:39Yeah, it's, uh...
26:41Individually.
26:42Let me see it.
26:47Okay, so, um, inside of this package right here, inside of this pill container, we've got what looks to be
26:54three individual wrapped tinfoil packets.
26:58If I had to guess, probably it contains heroin and or fentanyl.
27:03That's her .
27:04It ain't nothing in my truck.
27:05I don't have, I don't, we drug it.
27:06I don't have no .
27:07Okay.
27:08Hey, here's the deal, all right?
27:10Okay.
27:10This was located inside of a bag.
27:13Okay?
27:14That I would, I'm venturing to say it's your bag, okay?
27:17Yes.
27:17Now, here's the deal.
27:19Before I open this tinfoil up in here and possibly expose me or him or anybody else out here to
27:25this...
27:26It does have heroin.
27:27It has heroin in it.
27:28Does it have fentanyl in it?
27:30Do you know?
27:31No, I don't.
27:31You don't know.
27:32You just know that it's heroin.
27:34She's admitted that it is heroin.
27:36Okay.
27:36We're going to test it just to verify that.
27:39If it pops positive for heroin, it'll be purple.
27:41If the heroin contains even a tiny amount of fentanyl, it'll pop like a orangish brownish color.
27:48So, so that's why we need to be super careful.
27:51You can see when we pop it, it turns that brownish, orangish color.
27:55That brown, orangish color right there is indicative of it having actual fentanyl inside of it.
28:01And that's how a lot of people are overdosing is the one time that they buy heroin with a little
28:06bit of fentanyl in it.
28:06They take the same amount of heroin that they usually do to get high.
28:10And next thing you know, they're dying almost immediately upon taking it because it contains fentanyl inside of it.
28:17And they have no idea.
28:18So check this out, all right?
28:20It's testing positive for fentanyl.
28:22It could have killed you immediately upon entering your system.
28:25Tonight could have ended a lot differently.
28:26You might not have been, you might not have been here tomorrow.
28:29Okay?
28:32So, tonight she'll be going to jail for the possession of fentanyl.
28:38And the driver will be free to go as long as his license is valid.
28:49It's a concerned citizen calling in, complaining about yelling and screaming, kids sitting out on a truck drinking.
28:58It's like my favorite thing to do.
29:02Really?
29:02Yeah!
29:03Throw it!
29:05That's fast.
29:20Let's go!
29:22We got neighbors calling and complaining.
29:25About us?
29:25Yeah.
29:26What?
29:27I don't know.
29:28We're literally just throwing a football.
29:30I know.
29:30Technically, you're not supposed to be drinking out here, but you're in your driveway, so...
29:35We are in the driveway.
29:36I can't tell you to not drink in your own...
29:40We'll keep it down.
29:41We'll make sure we get quiet.
29:43Yeah.
29:43You guys are good.
29:45This is the craziest thing you guys have done today.
29:48No, I actually had to go look for a rat that was running in the road.
29:52It was running in circles.
29:52No way!
29:53No way!
29:54It's a duck in the day.
29:57Can't make this up.
29:57It was running in circles.
30:00Running in circles?
30:01No way, that's the worst.
30:04Yeah, yeah, I agree.
30:04Can you take a little break?
30:06Oh, birthday.
30:07Wait, let's get out of here, man.
30:13All right, got to make mom proud.
30:24Oh!
30:25Oh, I thought he was going to fall.
30:27All right, yeah, just keep it.
30:29Just keep it in and go.
30:31Keep it in and down.
30:32All right.
30:32We all have a good day.
30:33Carry on.
30:35If you want to drink one after work, we'll be here.
30:37Just drink one for me now, because I can't have one.
30:43There was a car that was stopped on Hoyt one block over.
30:47They were sitting on the shoulder running.
30:50All right.
30:55I don't know where she went.
30:59Hey, ladies, how are y'all?
31:01Y'all live right here?
31:02No.
31:03No?
31:03OK, I'm just trying to find out why you guys are sitting here
31:05with the car running.
31:06I'm here because he has my dog.
31:09Who does?
31:10Who has your dog?
31:11My ex-boyfriend.
31:12OK, come on back here.
31:13And now he's not going to come.
31:15Come back here.
31:16Are you standing here to meet him?
31:20He called me and said he has my dog.
31:22When's the last time anybody smoked narcotics in that
31:24vehicle, marijuana?
31:25Today?
31:26Today.
31:27So that's why I'm smelling marijuana coming from the vehicle.
31:29Yes, but that's not why I'm here.
31:30Check this out.
31:31I'm going to have her step out of the vehicle.
31:32We're going to search the vehicle.
31:33OK?
31:33OK.
31:35What do you mean, why am I calling you?
31:36Because you're the reason that I'm here.
31:38So when am I going to get my dog?
31:40Smell marijuana pouring out the car.
31:44Hi, mom.
31:44There's a good chunk of marijuana right here.
31:48Like, what are you going to do with my dog?
31:51It's not typically something I'd worry about.
31:52There's a huge chunk right here.
31:54She just got a ticket in December, which tells me she
31:56doesn't care about what the law is.
31:58You just got a ticket in December, right?
32:00Yes.
32:00OK?
32:01Y'all have been smoking a lot inside this car.
32:03And then my concern is you're out here driving around
32:05after you smoke weed.
32:06You cannot be smoking weed because it is illegal here.
32:10But I am going to write you a ticket for it.
32:11I'm going to cut you loose.
32:12You're not going to go to jail.
32:13But if he doesn't bring your dog back,
32:15what you need to do is go file a report that he stole your dog.
32:18You just got to do that part.
32:20It's better to do it that way than having to try to do it yourself.
32:22You know what I'm saying?
32:22Oh, thank you, sir.
32:23Hey, what I did, just write you a citation for possession.
32:25OK?
32:25Make sure you find the paperwork for your dog,
32:27all the adoption paperwork, and just present that.
32:29Do it the right way, because we don't want you coming here,
32:31and then something happens where he gets upset,
32:33and then you go into a fight.
32:34I said if he pulled up, I was going to punch him in the face.
32:38No, that's not nice.
32:39No, that's not nice.
32:40It was a blessing us coming here, then.
32:41Yeah, yeah.
32:45Good job, Fred.
32:47I mean, man, somebody took my dog, too,
32:48but she was already pissed off.
32:51It would have never worked out really well if he came anyway,
32:53so we came in just in time for her.
32:57Hi, guys.
32:59She's meeting up with somebody right here.
33:02Oh, I think that was him.
33:06Oh, she was getting ready to get into a fight with him.
33:10Oh, damn.
33:12Something, something just happened.
33:17She tried to run away.
33:19What?
33:22What are you doing?
33:23You cannot be driving like that.
33:24Get out of the car.
33:25...
33:27I don't know.
33:28I don't know.
33:28I don't know.
33:28Hey, guys.
33:29I don't know.
33:30She's meeting up with somebody right here.
33:33Oh, I think that was him.
33:35His boyfriend.
33:37Oh.
33:38Oh, she was getting ready to get into a fight with him.
33:41Oh, damn.
33:43Something, something just happened.
33:48She tried to run him all the time.
33:53What?
33:54What are you doing?
33:56You cannot be driving like that.
33:57Get out of the car.
33:59He's right there.
34:00You tried to run him over.
34:01I didn't try to run him over.
34:02I thought that wasn't wrong.
34:04Get out of the car.
34:04Get out of the car.
34:06Get out of the car.
34:07I'm trying to run the dude over.
34:08Are you kidding me?
34:09Step back here.
34:09Step back here.
34:10Put your hand on top of the car.
34:14OK.
34:15All right.
34:16All right.
34:16You're under arrest right now for reckless driving.
34:18All right?
34:19You understand that?
34:19I wasn't trying to run him over.
34:21Really?
34:21I knew that you were behind me.
34:23I was trying to get y'all to see him.
34:25He has my dog, yo.
34:26But we just discussed this.
34:27Didn't we discuss this about the right way to do it?
34:30Because why?
34:31We just came here to fix it, right?
34:32Watch out for a second.
34:33Y'all can't arrest him?
34:34What did you say over there a minute ago to us?
34:36I said that I was going to hit him in the face.
34:38I said punch him in the face.
34:39That sounds like assault to me.
34:42And we just discussed this.
34:44What's the better way to do it?
34:46Go to court.
34:47All right.
34:48At this point, I just want to go home.
34:50You had the opportunity to go home until you did this part right here.
34:53OK.
34:53Well, it's not my fault that he was standing right there.
34:55It is your fault.
34:56You agreed that you was going to go to court and get the paperwork so you can get your dog
35:01back.
35:02She's going to go to jail tonight.
35:03We're going to tow her car out of here.
35:05She does not need to be driving around trying to run this guy over anymore.
35:09Awesome.
35:09OK.
35:10Come back here.
35:10Just wrote her a ticket for marijuana, cut her loose, and told her to go home.
35:13And just go home.
35:16Emotions get people in trouble so much when they act upon them.
35:21She's pulling her over just for going right at the center line, not maintaining her lane.
35:26It's going to be an orange Mazda Vague Vogue.
35:37How you doing today?
35:39Good.
35:40I'm Corporate Green, the Burke County Sheriff's Office.
35:41Yes, sir.
35:42Why am I being pulled over?
35:45It's because you went right at the fault line over there, so not maintaining your lane.
35:49So that was the reason why I pulled you over.
35:51I want to ensure that you're OK and everything else.
35:53You got driver's license and registration, ma'am?
35:55Yes.
35:55Where you headed to tonight?
35:56Um, down that way.
35:58Where's down that way?
35:59Where I want to go.
36:00Oh, OK.
36:00That's cool.
36:08I'm not sure what you were doing, madam.
36:10I'm just here for that reason right there.
36:12I'm sorry for my cigarette.
36:13You're fine.
36:14That ain't bothering me none.
36:15Any other questions?
36:16The only reason why I pulled you over was that?
36:17I understand.
36:18I got you.
36:18OK, you sure?
36:19Yeah.
36:20OK.
36:20Just wanted to make sure you was good.
36:22All right.
36:23She a little frustrated.
36:26All right, so her license is suspended, so we need to have a further conversation.
36:31Your license is suspended.
36:32No, it's not.
36:32I'm telling you it's suspended.
36:34No, sir, it's not.
36:34I just got my license suspended.
36:36There's no way in the world that my license should be suspended.
36:38Central 722.
36:39There is no way.
36:39I literally just got my license fixed.
36:41Good.
36:42Everything's been fixed.
36:43All right.
36:43Step out.
36:44You're kidding me.
36:44You good.
36:45So this is what I'm telling you.
36:46Can I have some...
36:47Work with me and then we...
36:49Can I have somebody come pick me up?
36:50Can I...
36:51You going to let me do my job or you going to do my job for me?
36:53Yes, sir.
36:53You going to listen?
36:54I don't want to step out of my car, though.
36:55I don't want to step out of my car.
36:55You ready for this?
36:56I hear you and I got you.
36:58However, you got to be quiet and listen to me so I can do my part.
37:01OK, now you ready to hear me?
37:02Yes, sir.
37:02So what I want you to do is with your cigarette and you grab your cell phone and step out
37:07of
37:07the car real quick so we can make some phone calls.
37:09All right.
37:10You already on the phone with somebody?
37:12I know.
37:12No, I'm not.
37:13All right, good.
37:14Come on.
37:15We going back into my car.
37:16I don't want to.
37:17Come on.
37:17I'm not putting you...
37:18No, come on.
37:19I ain't putting you in cuffs.
37:20You good and everything else like that.
37:21So come on this way.
37:22I got you.
37:23That way I can...
37:23You still ain't hearing me out.
37:25You're making it difficult.
37:26Come on to the front.
37:27All right.
37:28So right here at the front, this is my favorite spot to be.
37:30I know it is.
37:31I know it is.
37:32So you ready to listen to me?
37:33I know you can keep talking.
37:34Who can you call that has a valid driver's license?
37:36Everybody.
37:37I'm calling.
37:38I'm calling.
37:38Hey, can you come pick me up?
37:39I'm right here at Sangaree Middle.
37:41My license is suspended, bro.
37:42Like, I literally just got suspended after I just fixed everything.
37:45Like, I just fixed everything.
37:46But I'm right here at the elementary school.
37:48Let me call you back.
37:49All right.
37:50You ready to listen now?
37:50Because I know you like to talk a lot.
37:52I do.
37:52I do.
37:53You got two ears and one mouth.
37:54So you can listen twice as hard as you speak.
37:57I got you yesterday with that.
37:58Okay.
37:58So here's what's going to happen.
38:00I'm going to write you a ticket for driving under suspension.
38:02All right.
38:02How about you do this?

38:18Just for safety reasons.
38:20Okay.
38:21Can I have a warning instead of a regular ticket?
38:22I mean, your...
38:23You ready?
38:24Your warning is for the improper lane usage.

38:29You was ready to talk while I...
38:30Instead of listening, so...

38:41and I'll turn it into the DMV.
38:42And we'll see her soon for court to get those, uh...
38:46Those issues fixed with her license.
38:47You can get it...
