00:46:53And that's the fact, it's always Edge and Christian, Edge and Christian.

00:47:01Well, because I'm a friend of Christian's, he's a fellow member of the Alliance.
00:47:04I feel bad that Christian never got the credit he deserves.
00:47:08So how long have you been friends with him since last Thursday?
00:47:11About Wednesday when he agreed to join.
00:47:15Edge got hung up there.
00:47:17And again, as Christian now, for the first time,
00:47:21bringing the ladder into the fray, if you will.
00:47:25And this ladder can be used as a weapon as we have seen on many occasions.
00:47:30And right there certainly was a weapon right back in the solar plexus of Christian.
00:47:34The infamous table ladders and chairs matches that these two men participated in as partners,
00:47:40were certainly some of the most memorable confrontations I've ever witnessed.
00:47:45And now both Edge and Christian get to use that knowledge against each other.
00:47:50Again, notice one of the cases as Christian is peeled over the security wall,
00:47:56right after the concrete floor.
00:47:57And Christian, who probably would like to get away,
00:48:01comes back with a couple of right hands.
00:48:03I just don't think Christian has the guts, and he certainly doesn't have the character
00:48:08that his brother Edge has been.
00:48:11No, but Christian has the Intercontinental title, which his brother Edge does not have.
00:48:17Edge won the King of the Ring this year, certainly a great accomplishment,
00:48:21also won the Intercontinental title, lost it about a month ago at Unforgiven.
00:48:25As his own little brother Christian using that low blow bin to win the Intercontinental Championship.
00:48:33Well, it wasn't just a low walk.
00:48:35Well, it didn't hurt you either.
00:48:36It was a low blow with your chair.
00:48:39There you go.
00:48:39I want to stand to record as usual.
00:48:42Back drop, outside, back end.
00:48:45And Christian threw me up.
00:48:48And grab the physicality of his own brother and the ladder.
00:48:52This ladder can be used in so many unique ways.
00:48:55And everything is a candle.
00:48:57Anytime you utilize an intimate object like a ladder or a table or whatever it may be,
00:49:03it is a dangerous environment.
00:49:05Even more dangerous than these men put themselves through on a normal mansion.

00:49:38And Edge, he's got his eyes raked by his own brother.
00:49:43And Edge elevated and dropped right on that ladder.
00:49:47You notice the ladder didn't move, didn't give, but Edge's body did.
00:49:52Those ribs, Edge holding his ribs there.
00:49:54Advantage now goes to Christian, the reigning Intercontinental Champion.
00:50:01Edge hurting for certain, trying to work his way back up.
00:50:07Christian with a handful of hair, bringing Edge on that ladder.
00:50:11And that is a dangerous bridge to be teetering on.
00:50:16Great camera shot there.
00:50:21Christian just straddling the rooms of that ladder.
00:50:26And I can only imagine that bruising.
00:50:29How can Edge treat his own brother that way?

00:51:18Well, he'll wrap it out of his hat there using that ladder.

00:51:25And Christian's still feeling the effects of what occurred to him earlier.
00:51:30Here you go, Edge may be bigger and stronger, but Christian is the more resourceful of the two brothers.
00:51:37Certainly was on that particular opportunity.
00:51:40And that could be a knockout blow again.
00:51:43You wanna incapacitate your opponent to the extent that you're able to climb the ladder,
00:51:49preferably unmolested and get the Intercontinental title.
00:51:52No doubt, no doubt, and now Christian has a chance.
00:51:55Christian needs to get that ladder propped up and go and retrieve the Intercontinental title,
00:52:01which I might add, belongs to Christian.
00:52:05Christian, the reigning Intercontinental Champion,
00:52:08strategically placing that ladder as close as he can,
00:52:12directly underneath the Intercontinental title belt.
00:52:15Christian climbs the ladder, gets the title belt and further, and he will retain the gold.
00:52:21But here comes a brother Edge upsetting the ladder, but getting taken down in the process.
00:52:29But Christian landed on his feet again, more resourceful is Christian, and Christian nails Edge with a clothesline.
00:52:39That ladder, like a battering ram, right into the torso of the challenger for the Intercontinental title.
00:52:47I think Christian, maybe he hit it well, was jealous of his brother all along.
00:52:53I actually see it the other way around.
00:52:55I think it's been Edge that has been jealous of Christian's talent for all these years.
00:53:01Well, certainly Christian is a very talented competitor.

00:53:12We have seen these two men, especially Christian,
00:53:15effectively utilize the steel chair because there's no disqualification.
