00:32But in those five minutes, you'll stop seeing it as one big scary task.
00:38And you'll start chipping away at it with smaller objectives.
00:42This causes your brain to release dopamine, rewarding you for each little bit of progress.
00:48And by the time the five minutes is up, you'll most likely keep going.
